Community Insight:
Challenging and fun. But on level 101 it froze so we had to delete it re-install and start over. Got stuck on the same levels we got stuck on before so its been very frustrating. If it freezes again our rating will go down.
After sending an email to the app developer about the issue in level 61, we were was not expecting to much. To our surprise, in less than 24hrs we had received a reply. They apologized for the issue in level 61 and an update to fix this has already been pushed. It has to receive approval from the almighty "apple" before we will see it. The quick manner in which they answered us and their effort to resolve this problem has restored our faith. From now on we will no longer leave a disgruntled review without first trying to reach out to app support/developer. Looking forward to "fix" so we can continue playing.
Very fun, but freezes when no available moves and we can't get past that level either. It says there are 6 crystal blocks and there is only 5 on the board. Someone needs to help us.
On Level 61 it says you have 6 frozen blocks on the board. THERE ARE ONLY 5. Was fun until the game started cheating, smfh. ZERO STARS FOR THIS SH!T.
