Community Insight:
We would like our money back. This puzzle stinks. Some pieces are missing and some pieces wont move. We were so glad to find a puzzle without ads. But this is by far not worth paying money for. Someone needs to take this app offline and work on this puzzle before putting it back online.
This game is so fun and calming it has no WiFi and adds its so fun you guys should check this out we literally just got this game yesterday and we already got 14 done.
It has a lots of colourful free puzzles to start. We like option to have 2 different shapes and to show hide puzzle pieces tray when you want.
How can we get the puzzles that are not free.
Being quarantine this is our daily go to chill out activity… Im about a week in and its getting better.
These puzzles are great and plenty to pick from.
We have sent a few emails and no response.
We like this app BUT: there is a very big problem with it, once you complete a puzzle it does not mark it in any way, if you dont go into your puzzles that you have finished you might end up doing the same puzzles all over againto us that is a waste of time when there are so many more to do without redoing the same ones over again.
If we could give this app zero stars we would. Their customer service is NIL. We purchased almost every pack they released when they operated under another name. When they changed over NONE of those packs would restore and Customer Service does not respond at all.
Not worth a darn! Puzzles wont come out and leaves a notice that it wont work! Sorry stuff.
