Your picture collections are great. We enjoy seeing places all around the world when we cant be there in person. Our only gripe is the often obvious descriptions that tell us nothing. We can see that it is an autumn scene in the woods. But what country, state or park? Your best innovation was the ability to turn our own photos into puzzles. We can remember visiting that place and seeing how the sky was that day, or examining the details of a flower close-up time after time when the flower is long gone. If only we could rearrange the order of our photos it would be perfect.
The pieces does not lock in the correct space. We have been using this have for a few years and only noticed this problem in the last few months. When the pieces dont lock in the right space, we would have to close the app and then re-open. This has been happening since it IOS 14 update on the ipad. Please fix.
We’ve used Jigsaw Pro for years. Love it. But yesterday the feature which allows us to select borders or sections and add a square for arranging sections disappeared. We have no idea what we did or how to get it back. What should we do? Thanks.
Why no new puzzle option in such a long time. Also, you used to have gorgeous puzzles of scenic locations and activities. Now its all repeats of previous stuff, plates of food, or abstract junk.
It is so nice to be able to find a puzzle piece from the shape of the piece and the color.
We love this app its the only one we care to spend time on. Its more like working a puzzle on a board with loose pieces. Have spent many relaxing hours here.
We’ve been using this for several years now and its still the best one out there. You get a group of free puzzles. Then you have a large selection of puzzle groups by styles to choose from that have lots of puzzles, starting at $.99 to $1.99. The best part is that they have section for you to download your own photos! It keeps all the puzzle groups you buy, including your own so if you change or add this app to another pad, you dont lose anything, including ones you purchased!
You need to add more interestingly puzzles!
We love making our own puzzles and building them. We also like the different levels of difficulty.
Please add more country puzzles and food puzzles.
We have several, but this is one of our favorites. Use your own images, add a separate moveable work space on top of the partially completed puzzle. Take a peek at the image when needed.
You offer the best selection out there and we thank you so much. Love the foreign countries, landscapes, waterfalls, and cottages. Can we expect additions to these categories? It is truly a great bargain – please keep adding to the selections.
This is the best set of puzzles but how about more art or countries or landscape. We feel like we are running out!
It is superb to have easy, medium, etc more complex types to vary the leve of difficulty. Plus the variety of puzzles allows for expansive creativity. Dr K.
Since IOS 14 update, the puzzle pieces dont fit into their slot on the right side of the puzzle. This takes alot of the fun out of the puzzle. Please provide a fix soon. We have used your puzzles for the past 5 years and enjoy the large selection we can purchase for a small fee. You get 5 starts again once the fix is in.
We hate this newest format. It takes us forever to find where the pieces go because the piece isnt the same size as the place it belongs in. We absolutely hate it and we wish we had never spent our money on any of the puzzles!!!
We put them together over and over. When the new ones come out we purchase them. It relaxes us. Take our mind off the stressful things in life.

We LOVE this puzzle app. We can hardly wait for the next set of puzzles to come along. We buy quite a few each time. Some r a little too expensive for us as we’re on disability. But those that we do choose help us to pass our time as mobility isn’t to good. Keep them coming and we’ll buy as we can. What about if we buy so many and then you offer us some "free"?

We enjoy doing the puzzles very much. But the pieces in the holding tray are smaller than they become after moving them off the tray and into the main puzzle area. It would be easier to see larger pieces in the tray. Note the tray is much wider than the pieces as is.

Its is extremely calming and actually meditative. The best feature is that you can create your own puzzles. Take a screenshot of any google image, and then work on it as a puzzle. We love this app!
Love being able to take photos and then make puzzles out of them. Using the settings to choose the pieces to show next segment is great and being able to change background colors and contrast works very well.
We think this is the best Jigsaw puzzle for our iPad. We like the fact that we can add our own pictures and also choose the level of difficulty. We have had several that we have tried, but this the best.

The pictures are pretty, as someone else stated, but we like being able to use our own.
The pictures are pretty and the shapes are the traditional jigsaw puzzle shapes. The app has logical features, like the ability to hide the bar that holds the pieces. We especially appreciate that it asks before breaking up groups of pieces if they get dropped too close to the bar. It would be nice if there was more information about the locations of the images and if they were written with better descriptions.

We can’t think of anything missing. It has multiple levels, great looking puzzles, intuitive interface. A good way to waste a few hours and get some brain exercise.

We have done 50 of your puzzle collections. There are 3 that we do not care to do, is it because of this we have not receive any new collections? This is a high quality app. The puzzles are colorful and interesting, the pieces are well shaped and easily manipulated on the screen. We really enjoy the variety of options for choosing which pieces to place on the screen at a time and the ability to use your own photos to make puzzles.
Love these puzzles, so crisp and clear. Make great pictures after completed (can make the puzzle lines disappear after completed) and great background pictures for iPad, phone or computer. Wish there were more beach scenes and specific scenery but overall our favorite game type activity.
This is the best puzzle app out there. Many collections to choose from. It is also great now that you can use your own personal puzzles.
This is much more challenging than the others we’ve found. Love it! We are so addicted to this! Our only suggestion is that we can somehow mark a group to indicate that all the puzzles are finished. We need more puzzles!! We’re glad with the new version we can place pieces in the middle of the puzzle if we want. Got even better.
