Do you want to update your review? You can also contact the developer. This was our response: we would still give you 1 star. We would give your customer service a zero if we could. The puzzles deserve 5 stars except that we dont have any!!!! First of all Apple is not responsible for the issues with your software. It is Jigsaw Puzzles World (Denis Sonin) to stand behind your product. Secondly most of the puzzles were earned thru challenges and watching videos and it took us a long time to collect them. Your software developers should be capable of re-installing our puzzles. If they cant then you need someone who can!!! We will continue to give bad reviews until someone can fix this issue. We worked hard for these puzzles and we want them back!!! We MUST SAY THAT we WOULD NOT BUY ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS BASED ON HOW YOUVE HANDLED THIS ISSUE! .. We have lost all our puzzles. It took us a few years but we collected all the puzzles between buying and achievements. Now theyre gone and Im so upset. We spent a lot of money purchasing these puzzles. We also left this issue on jigsaw puzzles world review with no response. Apple said this was a developer issue. So if anyone knows how to contact Denis Sonin or someone who can actually help us recover all our puzzles, please let us know. Im truly disgusted with the whole situation. We really love these puzzles and we would like to get them back. The only we can think of is to send a bad review out daily until someone gets back to me.


We’ve been using this app for some time. We have enjoyed it and it has a wide variety of puzzles. We’ve accumulated quite a few and was thrilled when the latest puzzles were added. However we have no idea how to access them. We seem to be able to open one at a time and in order. Not only that; but we no longer have the ability to use puzzles already paid for.


Awesome! We like seeing our time to complete a puzzle!


We love this game because we love doing puzzles and we love it with no adds.


UPDATE: After a couple of weeks, the ads became available again with no explanation. When you ask us to write more detail, we dont see how thats possible, but Ill try. We would click on free coins, then +1 Crystal Free or the gift, where usually a short ad plays and we get a free crystal, we got a message saying there were no ads available and to try again later. This happened for over a week before we wrote our original review. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This had been fixed, but now its happenin again! No ads available to watch to earn coins and/or diamonds. Please fix!!!


Froze at open. Never worked. Garbage!


We avoided this app for a year after the glitch it had of not saving progress. Still has not been fixed and their support page doesnt load. We wish we hadnt spent money on the upgrades and now they do subscriptions? You dont even update your game to be playable.


It did NOT work it crashed while it froze and we couldnt do anything at all we had to delete and Im not getting it back this was a long time ago though we shouldve gave you a review about this when it happened.


App as great for a few years. Now with exactly 50,000 points accumulated, puzzles won’t load and developer doesn’t help. Deleted! Ba bye. When exactly will you check our app and fix it? It does not load pieces on iPhone or iPad. We’re so disappointed as we’ve accumulated almost 50,000 points, and more than 3,000 crystals. Not to mention all the puzzles we’ve purchased Ann’s downloaded. But we can’t do the puzzles because they won’t load. Please follow up on your statement to fix. Update: you replied that you would fix our account so that puzzles pieces would appear. When will that happen? We’ve enjoyed this app for years now, with various glitches along the way. This time, though, we’re really annoyed. We’ve accumulated numerous coins and crystals. We use them to buy puzzles and packs, of which we have many, but we’ve actually paid money, too. Now, when we want to play a puzzle, it simply doesn’t load. It opens the background, but no pieces appear. The same thing on iPhone and iPad. We don’t want to uninstall for fear of losing everything, but if you can’t play the game, who good is it? We’ve sent an email requesting help, but received no reply. Ok so we downloaded this app last year. We loved it, never had an issue with it. Well we stopped playing it due to life having and never having time. We finally got back to it yesterday (bc we really do love it and have missed doing puzzles). Well while we’re in the middle of a puzzle and have to put our phone down (go back to home screen for any reason to exit the app); when we open it back up to resume our puzzle, the pieces in the sidebar disappear. We can’t get them back. We noticed this on walkthrough (I haven’t been back on till now since that mode was introduced) and then on our normal free mode that has never given us any issues. So we uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now we can’t play with the higher piece count unless we have premium. Before we were playing with 384 pieces just fine. We don’t want to have to all of a sudden start paying for premium just to have a higher piece count to do as we didn’t have to before we tried to fix the puzzle piece disappearance issue. Please fix this as well. Best puzzle app we found till all this happened. Also, we can’t find an email to eval the tech support for this app to voice our concerns directly. An email address or phone number would be great. Another addition: we’re also thinking we did purchase premium or something for the 4.99 price last year bc we’re getting the restore option but it won’t restore anything concerning that. We’ve also tried restore purchases.


We enjoyed this puzzle game. Worked diligently to get enough gems to buy a wanted set of puzzles. Purchased 25 gems for $1.07. Charged TWICE and didnt receive gems. Watched lots of ads to get gems. Within 2.. Puzzle stopped loading!! Can access thru the app but thats not right. What to do next. No one to talk to. No one to help. Too bad. This was one of the better ones.


Why cant we download the Doughnut puzzle pack? We’ve tried many, many times and it keeps telling us thats there is not enough room on the device! We successfully downloaded other packs with more puzzles in them so the size of the pack is not the issue!! This makes no sense and its very frustrating! Whats going on?? Help!! We would like to share completed puzzles with family by email. We like the selection of puzzles. Sharing them with others might be a good advertisement favor you.


This is by far our favorite puzzle app. But our progress does not save (it used to) so we could be 80% done with a puzzle have to leave the app and after a while, we have to start over from the beginning. Its frustrating.


We love this app! But recently when we start a puzzle and go back to it, none of our progress has saved and we have to start it over. Is this an ongoing issue others are having?


Nothing has Changed. Still a terrible app. Your purchases disappear and they make you repurchase puzzles you already paid for!!! Purchased a personal puzzle picture of our young son and they stole that as well. Great puzzles but the company is terrible and the owner/operator could care less! Crooks! The light bulb with the option for border only and view of the picture Im working on disappeared the weekend of April 13-14th when the additional videos were added. What is the email address so we can email the appropriate person.


Need help. Use your app on our IPAD. We have played for several months and have accumulated many puzzles. However, recently we had problems and was forced to delete the app. We were able to restore it from the iCloud backup and got back the points we have earned. We love this app, but its hard to get support. This is the only place we can find to communicate issues. We never pay for an app, but we did pay to have this app without ads. Since the last update Im back to getting ads and we cant play work purchased puzzles off line. Very disappointing.


We’ve had this app for over a year, and spent probably close to 100 hours doing dozens and dozens of puzzles over the months. We even used USD$ to buy a few bundles and also paid for custom puzzles. Then in April 2019 they released an update that turned this game into a $10/month subscription model. We had to sit through 2x 30 SECOND ads just trying to load into the game and play a single puzzle. We had already spent over $20 on this game, Im not going to pay another $10/month just to play the content we already paid for, and forcing all the non subscribers to sit through A FULL MINUTE of ads to play a puzzle is just a disgrace.


Great game so far, but we have a question about the music. Can you please tell us the name of the songs used? Much appreciated.

We have this on our iPad 3 and we just got the new 6th gen one. We paid for the no ads already why doesnt it transfer over?

We really love this app. Our oldest grandson is autistic and he is a puzzle freak. We let him do the puzzles but we are unable to buy and puzzle packs. We rely on the free gifts that we were getting Dailey but it will not allow us to open it up anymore. Please can you give out more free puzzles and fix our icon that we can open up for the feee daily gifts.

It crashed once but we deleted and reinstalled and it was fine.


Works occasionally, other times it opens and will not do anything. Also, there are times when they put there own ads on top of the puzzle you are working on so you cannot finish. We will avoid the frustration and try one of the many other jigsaw puzzle apps. Possibly one of them will actually work.


We’ve been using this app for about a year with no problems. Most of the puzzles are really good. Recently, however, we purchased two new sets of puzzles, and neither of them has downloaded. We have contacted the developer several times, with no response. Good product, but dont expect help if things dont work.


We love this game, however we keep getting an error message trying to login to Facebook. Any idea why it tells us that its not fully developed yet, and we dont have authorization to continue? Aside from that such beautiful images and keeps our mind busy.


Some pieces dont fit. We were completely done with a puzzle and the last piece was not the right size, shape was right just a tad too small to fit.

It will not allow us to download the free coins. We tried updating and we even reinstalled the app and we cant get the coins. Please help we would hate to uninstall the app.


We recently downloaded this app bc we love doing jigsaw puzzles it helps with our anxiety so when we came across this app it thought oh how awesome a new app for us to try (its new to us lol) so we download it and and we cant even get past the title screen it asks us if we allow notifications which we did and after tht nothing so we decided ok maybe we accidentally hit something nope deleted it and redownloaded it and we had the same problem.
