The game is fun when it works but the ads are outrageous and the game glitches during gameplay and causes you to lose sometimes. Its really frustrating.
Game is fun and challenging and one of our favorites. However we can no longer get it to load. We have made a vip purchase and have no way to contact support and because of the app issue we cannot collect what we have paid for. Very disappointed.
Give us control of our own sound. If we want to play with music we cant. We wanted to play this game on a 15hr flight while listening to music but couldnt. Usually when we want to play this game is when listening to music. STOP MAKING THE MUSIC CUT OFF TO PLAY THIS GAME AND ILL GIVE IT BETTER THAN 2 STARS.
We had been playing this game since 2021 but lately it kept crashing so we deleted but had to start from level 1 after we reinstalled it also too many ads but we still love the game.
So far so good. Well see as the game progresses.
We love the game but evert time we get to the challenge it starts us over the whole game starts Over from the beginning from the easy part we hate that let us finish The gameAnd it took all our power Ill start it over from the beginning because it keeps starting us over and if we have to turn the game off to do something and come back it starts us over we will be deleting this game.
Why is the game unable to load and now Im missing days to get our rewards another thing is that we always purchase $9.99 to get rewards from the task list and we never received them can someone help us please.

Our brother and we used to play this when we were little on the computer together. Brings back so many good memories. We absolutely love this game and forever will for what it means to us. <3.
Was enjoying the app until about 1 to 2 weeks ago, when it started crashing every time we try to open it. Havent been able to play since that started.
Ive played this game for a while. There are some glitches but Ive dealt with them. Then they added more ads. Ive dealt with those too. However , the ads have increased to an unhinged amount and its become absolutely ridiculous! 30 seconds when you log in followed by 15 seconds, 30 seconds after you fail, 30 seconds if you click the free replay button. Then it conveniently freezes so most of the time you have to close out the game any ways and log back in or you have to click the x after the ad for the next 15 second ad to start (thats assuming the x isnt hidden). We also cant forget the ads that trigger the automatic pop up of the App Store even if you dont click anything that then goes to the website. You can go back to the game but it will continue to do the same cycle non-stop. The only end to it is to exit the game completely. Its all ridiculous at this point and makes the game not worth playing. Also, if you play free life like the 15 minutes or 30 minutes but it is all taken by ads or constant exiting the game to re-enter then you really arent getting that amount of free play. We used to play this game to clear our head for a minute and focus, but whats the point if its making us completely agitated from the madness of the ads and the way they function.
We really like this game, but its costing us way too much money to continue to play so we had to take it off our phone. We just kept wanting to beat the level, so we would pay for the extra coins or things that help us. If they ever lower the cost of the extra coins and, we will definitely be back to playing.
Please turn off the random shooting of the marbles. Its so annoying. Its not fun, its not challenging. Its aggravating and makes us not want to play anymore. We already have to deal with so many ads. There are levels that are almost impossible to win unless you save up your weapons or spend a ton of money. Also, when you first log in, please make it where you dont have to x out of everything EVERY TIME you log in! While Im at it, could you please have an option to store time? Sometimes we dont have a lot of time when we spin the wheel. When it lands on time, we just have to waste it. Thank you for listening.
We have played this game for a number of years, now it keeps crashing and Im not able to play. Whats going on with it.
Love the pace and can fill idle time doing a puzzle in 1 minute.
We love the game its very entertaining and uses a lot of brain work.
We give the game 5 stars for being so addictive, improving our fastness, our keenness of observation and making us go further and win more levels. The ads drive us crazy, that is why we give it 3 stars on a review, could be better with less looooong advertising and wasted time on waiting. The game lose its sound time by time. Also on the recent levels( we play now level 677) the game it stops, just bug(frozen screen) and we lose all our given prizes(like free life etc.). The game can restart on the next day. We update our game every time we play, but the story of frozen game always repeats itself. We will be very happy if you guys fix this problem and make the gamers happier, thank you in advance.
We really like this game when it will actually open and work. We do think its too expensive but would still play if it let us. No way to report a problem either.
As many people before us we used to be loyal to Zuma and we thought this game will be a good replacement for us. This game is more challenging and interesting. The problem for us is we are not ready to pay each step of the way to get to the next level. We are prepared to pay for a good game but there is a limit. We reached a curtain level which will need at least half a dozen payments or maybe more to get through. Not our type of approach to a game.
We just got home and we were thinking of playing a game tonight and then we played Jungle Marbleit was good but it was hard for us to be able to play and we didnt want to play it again.
This game is so addicting!! It gives you timed bonuses but the ads be so long that by the time you get to play, you lose your bonus.

We like the game a lot but we hate the 30 seconds ads. We hate to wait for next round! All ads should be no longer than 5 seconds but we do NOT mean 6 five seconds ads to make it equal 30 seconds! MT.

The game has improved and made it more fun by giving more options to get pass levels. We were stuck before but now its wayyyy better! Love it! Very addicting.
Why must they give u time to play they should remove that time it makes the game boring.
We used to play this a lot and Ive been on level 210 for a long time. Only to realize that theres a major glitch. Ive noticed Ive r multiple retired that all the balls of a specifi color isnt coming off the board, and no its not frozen. This needs to be looked in to and fixed because it has quickly lost our interest.
You cant pass certain levels without power ups. Power ups are really expensive and you dont get a lot of them for your money do better! Update: Ive fallen victim, Ive spent hundreds of dollars in addicted, we have to delete this app.

Very interesting game but unfortunately it has too many advertisements that take too long be done. Over 20 seconds is too long for an advertisement, this makes it less interesting and frustrating.
The game is fun, but why is there an ad at end of every level??? We dont mind watching an ad if we choose to do so for an extra booster, but one always plays automatically at the end of a level. We tried putting up with it for a few days, but now its really irritating us. Ive been on the search for a marble blast game, but Im deleting this. Our fear is that all these games are set up like this these days with a ridiculous amount of ads built in.
Is there a way to turn off all the sound on this app and keep it off. Turning it off in the game setting only works temporarily .we cant listen to anything (music/podcasts/audiobooks) while playing the game bc if the in game sounds.
45-60 second ads are WAAAAAY TOO Long and annoying. If you insist on ads that long at least do 2 ads in the time frame. 15 seconds is sufficient amount of time for an ad. Anything over is a total waste.
This game wants to be like Zuma, and it sort of is, but they ruined it by adding all sorts of nonsense that takes away from the gameplay. Zuma was great because you could get in a rhythm. With this game, every couple of shots are taken over by some power up or other garbage on the screen that really kills the immersion. You constantly have to wait for it to do its thing so you can get back to shooting with skill, but only for a couple shots then youre forced to use whatever garbage power up they make you use.
Warning Never buy anything from the ads they are ripping people off.
You took 2 of the best features of this game the first is 6 to 5 tries and if it was a hard level and after so many tries you made it possible to pass the level.
Love this game but we want to be able to use our controller and play our own music in the background.

Good game, but the constant ads are annoying. If we lived in a place with unlimited data it might not be so bad, but living in a rural area the constant ads eat up our data allowance.

We are a housewife and we cant do a lot of these games that people do today and so we have to look around for a game that fits us and this game is really easy for us to do but not too easy so we really like it and its just one of the few games that we do like.
Dealing with all the ads ruins the game. Makes us watch an ad hundreds of times that we have already seen if we want to continue with the game.
We couldnt handle all the boosters and playing together. Awful game! Im going to delete it.
We purchased it over a week ago and Im still getting ads left and right. Win a game, heres an ad. Loose a game, heres another ad. And to make matters worse, we play around other people so we used their options to remove sounds and music. But when the ads come on – watch out! – they have the volume at full blast. Over half the time you cant stop or silence the ad. What Ive been forced to do is close the game and wait 30 seconds to reopen it. PS. They dont even offer their users a contact us option to learn about our complaint directly. Tomorrow we are contacting Apple to get a refund.
