Im so happy they fixed this app and Cross Stitch World. This is the best jigsaw app Ive ever used and Ive used them all its so great to have it back.

We have this app on 3 of our devices. The more you play the more points you collect to get more puzzles. Oh NO ADs! We play for hours on end.
We love this game, but it sometimes takes 3 times for us to get into the app as it keeps kicking us out. Have unloaded and re-loaded the app several times and still it does it.
Your app is only playing those ads, but they get stuck and they only thing to be done is to close the app. This is the puzzle app we like most, but those ads have ruined it. Please fix this.
Royal match ads stick and you cant get past them. Have to shut down game and go back in and never get you points or puzzle you created. Please fix this.

Excellent choices and the create your own puzzle from photos is a nice perk. No obnoxiously long ads.
We enjoy this app and it works well offline too. The new adds are lame, mainly because they take over the sound too. So if youre listening to a podcast it will stop it. We have one puzzle that is over 400 pieces which we like but we have no idea how we got that one. All other puzzles max out at 250 pieces.
This is by far our favorite jigsaw game, Ive downloaded quite a few other puzzle apps but we always come back to this one. We only have one problem though, every time we play it lowers our screen brightness after a couple minutes despite our phone saying its still at full brightness, and us having auto brightness be turned off. We think its because it overheats our phone, but we dont have this experience on any other apps in our phone, even the gaming ones.
This game was at first terrific. After about a month ads began and that is fair enough. However, thats when it went bad. Screen freezes, impossible to use any features, no refresh capacities, and this lasts for hours. We plan to remove the ASAP.

Could use more puzzles to our liking but overall its a good time passer.
It is so nice to be able to do jigsaw puzzles on our tablet. And this way our cats do not knock the pieces all over the floor! So we will continue to enjoy doing these puzzles at a very small cost.
Ive done at least one of these puzzles everyday for years. They can be as easy or difficult as you want. Love the variety. We especially like the surprise ones.

We got this game because we were bored on a long road trip and it is so good. We have done lots of puzzles and they are all so realistic (except from the fantasy section lol) So if you are bored or looking for something to do and you have a bit of patience than you should get this game. This is quite literally, the BEST puzzle game out there, you got weird puzzle piece shapes and custom images, we LOVE IT. Our only complaint with this game is that custom puzzles cant be bigger than 250 pieces! Why isnt it possible? Why not.
Ive been really underwhelmed with free jigsaw puzzle apps before, so we wasnt really expecting much for this one, except now its become our favorite. You can select what shapes of puzzle pieces you want, there are no ads, and you dont even have to spend real money to get more puzzles. If youve also been underwhelmed with other jigsaw puzzle apps, seriously, try this one.
We have been playing this game since it came on the internet and we just fell in love with it. So we had to quit the game for we did not have a tablet to play on it. But we were able to get ourselves a new tablet and installed it again.
We love this app. Its easy to use. Theres a good variety of puzzlesthat arent interrupted by adds! You can also choose a photo from your gallery to make into a puzzle.

Had one of the original jigsaw puzzles for years on our iPad 3. It finally came apart a couple of years ago. We recently purchased a new iPad and could not find it in the app store. We downloaded and deleted about 4 or 5 apps before finding one that the option of having all pieces surrounding the puzzle as opposed to in a tray that must be scrolled. Thank you.
We downloaded and played probably half a dozen puzzle apps. None compare to this one. Love the features, and the tolerances are exactly perfect.
We LOVE this app! No timer! No ads! Relaxing, yet very challenging! We can work at our own pace and stop and start when we want. Your progress is always right there when you want to resume. NO Wi-Fi needed! This app will stay on our phone forever.

This is by far the best puzzle app out there. We are 82 years old and have been solving puzzles since we were a little girl. What we like best is that we can choose the level of difficulty. The puzzles are beautiful as well as complex. We have introduced our 7 year old granddaughter to these puzzles and she loves solving them.
There are only 11 background colors that are mostly dark and muddy. Forget it if you have dark pieces and need a bright contrast color behind them. Why isnt just plain white available? The 4 sorting trays are kinda useless. They are dark navy and you are stuck with that color. Its good to drag a bunch of similar pieces to a tray but they will only stack on top of each other even if theres room to put a piece next to another. If you want to search for or pull a piece out of the tray, you have to move ALL the pieces onto the board. Not thought out well. Without hearing a click or feeling a snap, its hard to tell when the pieces connect to each other. You have to drag the piece away to see if the other moves with it. After doing this the first 20-30 times, youre about done with the app. The fact that you cant rotate the pieces is the nail in the coffin. Theres little challenge when all the pieces are already in the correct orientation.
We used to love this app. Since the update that includes having to watch ads for the coins that belong to us, ie. Have completed puzzle, this has become the worst app. If we put together a puzzle and leave, even saving said puzzle 5 times, the puzzle will not save. If we go back,the puzzle has not been saved where we left it. Just had a puzzle completed except 3 pieces. The completed puzzle is gone and it gives us a completely disassembled puzzle. Very disappointing.
Used to be a decent app, now we cant get a single puzzle done without loading from a save due to pieces disappearing. Some times its a few other times its half the puzzle. No response from devs and clear cashe/reinstall doesnt work. It needs to be fixed or Im going to delete it soon.
This app is great but its draining the battery on our iPhone 14 and makes it hot.
There are ads now with no option to remove ads. Was going to buy a coin pack, but without a way to remove ads it would be a waste.
You will want to move to the paid version as soon as possible to discontinue the commercial breaks and its only a couple bucks- totally worth it. This really helps with your color perception and color memory and is just plain fun. This game is better than competing games because 1) you can change the puzzle size and shapes 2) The puzzle piece storage containers where you can store similar colors is useful, 3) you can zoom in on the puzzle to make it bigger, for people like us with fading eyesight. We like alternating between simple puzzles with few pieces(done in an hour) versus large XXL puzzles with 800 pieces (several days to finish). Sometimes we will turn on the background and allow ourselves to cheat and place say, 6 pieces at random spots and then turn off the background and work to fill in around the pre-placed pieces. Sometimes we will fill in half the puzzle and then finish up by sorting puzzle shapes and placing the pieces by shapes. Pro tip: we teach Sunday school to kids and create puzzles pertinent to the lesson. Then if the kids answer a question correctly we let them try to fill in a puzzle piece. They love it.
We have loved this app, partially for the lack of ads, but mostly for how well it functions to do puzzles. Nice pictures, easy interface, the ability to upload pictures to create puzzles, which is fantastic for grandmas! However, the recent addition of ubiquitous ads is driving us crazy and we are using the app less and less. Please, please provide an option to pay to remove ads. We would pay it in a heartbeat. Without a no ad option, Ill soon delete the app.

This is honestly the ONLY app for jigsaw puzzles on the App Store worth getting. Ive tried it on multiple devices, phone, android, iPad, and Ive enjoyed it thoroughly. The dev is pleasant and the app is stress free. None of the mobile game ads and nonsense weve become used to. We would love to see an upgrade option to allow for more Piece sizes on custom puzzles, but its honestly fine as it is. Its easy to use, its a joy to use, and we will gladly keep buying coin packs here and there to support this app. Its really that perfect.
Nothing complex, great options, lets us make our own puzzles without ads, perfect. Shame cant go higher with custom puzzles but thats a minor gripe.
App wont download keeps telling us login failed sad lost all our puzzles have purchased in the past not going to buy any more Apple apps or Apple products dont waste your money.
We love Just Jigsaws and use it every single day! Im now on day two of not being able to access the app on our iPadIve sent a few messages for assistance on a remedy to this problem but have not heard back. The loading screen logo just continually rotates and the screen flashes but it never loads. Any info on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. We have a multitude of great puzzles and thousands of coins which we dont want to lose. Please help.

This was our one and only kept and used Puzzle app to which Ive voted 5 stars. Logged on last night and a whole new account was set up, all our progress since 2019 is all gone, all our previous puzzles and bought coins. Im beyond mad and disappointed. How do we get them back please?????? This puzzle app was our therapy for every night before bed time.
