A Glimpse into Kari And The Lost Shrines

Imagine blazing a trail on the path to restoring ravaged shrines by finding and putting together lost relics that they once housed! This is the mission entrusted to Kari—the protagonist of the game Kari and the Lost Shrines. The game is the latest offering from Sadhguru’s Isha Foundation.

Named after the 47th Nayanar saint, Kari is the embodiment of a warrior-protector. He sprints through serpentine greenwalks across deep unfamiliar forests and cascades though verdant veils to uncover long lost relics from ancient shrines. Relic-by-recovered-relic, he puts the shrines back together in a marvellous feat of restoration. The player of the game gets to be Kari in flesh and bones!

What is not lost on the player is that the eagerness of the original Kari is personified in the character. The saint was a famed poet who donated all his earnings itothe service of Shiva and his devotees. He built temples which were spiritual and architectural marvels.

Im a volunteer and we love how they made a game.

The game is superb and it serves its purpose, there is no doubt about it.

Really beautiful game. It puts you in a certain state. The music, and the artwork, are so vibrant and absorbing.

Thanks for creating a game which is fun, full of adventure and can also implicitly teach some values and heritage. Thanks Isha foundation for creating an option to all the junk that is meaningless adrenaline pumping addiction out there. Love it.-DJ , Washington DC, USA.

Thank you very much!! Life changing..

In a world where most popular games are about shooting and killing things, this game is a breath of fresh air. Kari is on a noble and devoted quest to restore the ancient temples of his homeland that have fallen into ruin. You also learn about the artifacts along the way. The visuals are beautiful and the soundtrack is adventurous and engaging. Isha has done a wonderful job producing an interesting, fun and inspiring game.

Beautifully designed game. The art work is good but the controls were a little laggy. It may be an issue on our end but not sure leaving this comment since it left our phone a little warm to the touch. We have an iPhone 12pro. Hope to see more exciting levels.

We cant believe isha foundation has created a game… We guess in near future we will do yoga and meditation in a game too instead of real one. Honestly, extremely disappointed. Its just sad that Isha is offering a game. There is enough distraction in this world that taking us away from spirituality.
