We learning and liking the challenge.
We hate we cant turn off all the anti mistake settings. We want to figure out things for myself.
We loved playing this game prior to all of the ads. Now, you have to watch an ad before and after every board.
We love this game. Keeps our math skills intact. Try it, youll love it.
We stayed with it when all our records and hints disappeared. We stayed with the incessant ads at the beginning and end of games. Now we click on a square to answer and Im taken to an add. Cant even play.
We hope its a glitch, but the game has started to abruptly take us to the internet for an ad. Out of curiosity, is your company hard up for cash so youre now pushing ads in the middle of games to generate more revenue (instead of only at the beginning or end of a game), or is it simple greed?
If we had given this game a review a few weeks ago we would have given it 5 stars. Today it gets two because we cant even finish a game without an ad taking us to the internet!!! We can deal with it before and after, but not during!!!
Its a good brain game. We enjoy it but all the ads are frustrating.
This app has sold its soul for ads. We can accept some ads but this app will hit you with multiple 30 and 60 second ads to play one game. We are switching to a different app.
Im trying to play Close the Ad, Mute the Ad, and Close the Pop-up but sure enough every 5 minutes the app makes us play a game of Suduko before we can resume. Suduko is only a small fraction of the time but bills gotta be paid. ;P.
Playing the Auutumn challenge, had completed phases 1 & 2, and had 12 puzzles left to play on phase 3. While playing game 52/64 the screen froze on a Free Cell Solitaire ad. It wouldnt move. Clock wouldn’t wind down. It just sat there! So we exited, turned off our iPad and rebooted it. When we got back into Killer Sudoku it had wiped out the 52 completed games and set us up to play game 1/64. With only 1 day and 4 hours left in the challenge there is no way we will complete the level, thus ruining our completion score. We are very disappointed in the game. We had just downloaded the newest version of the game yesterday. So, we are not a happy player right now. F. Harless.
The additive numbers are too small.
We dont think its always been this way, but recently there are soooo many ads. There is one before and after every single game. So you get an ad after you finish a game, and then as soon as you start another game theres another ad, 2 in a row. Some of them are 30 seconds long and cannot be skipped. And now its a recurring payment to get rid of ads not even a one time payment? Super annoying especially when moving through games quickly.
We dont know when this changed, but there are long ads after every single game now. Im done. Will find a different killer sudoku.
Love the game and paid for a subscription which promised no ads. For awhile we wasnt getting ads but they started again. We will never respond to one of their ads.
Since the last update the app has crashed one or more times a day.
The groups of nine are very hard to distinguish.
It was a new and better way to play Sodoku. Made us think more than we usually do when completing our squares. We like the way it becomes more challenging.

WHAT THE HECK? You guys do a update on the game and we lost all of our daily challenges and the events. We’ve played this game a long time and watched a lot of ads to build up our hints now theyre all gone. All the daily challenges, trophies for the events and all the hints. What happened? So bummed out now we dont care to play.
Fun and challenging at the same time.
Today we opened the app to play and noticed we lost nearly 1800 hints we had earned. Many of these earned by watching 30 second videos. All of our statistics were also gone. Now after years of playing our daily challenges are all Easy because it assumes Im a new player. Your advertisers need to be aware customer will no longer need to watch 30 second commercials if points are taken from them. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT WATCH THE 30 SECOND ADS FOR EXTRA POINTS. MAYBE ADVERTISERS WILL ABANDON THIS APP AND FORCE DEVELOPERS TO ADDRESS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
We’ve played and enjoyed this game for several years. Recently, a screen popped up with 3 different statements. We could not exit out of this screen and had no choice but to respond to one of the statements. The third statement read something like: we play killer sudoko, (this is what we checked). After that our level went back to number One and all of our stats were gone! We would like back what we have worked so hard to achieve! Thanks.
We’ve been playing and enjoying this game for a long time. NOW with the last update the hints we earned are gone. We went from over 130 hints to only 3.
Probably fine if you use the free version but we have a subscription and no matter what we do, we get ads. There is no super desk to help so you are on your own if anything goes wrong.
This is a fun mind expanding game.
We concentrate on numbers and our mind lets go of the million things that go through it, just for a few minutes a bay. Then we can focus more clearly on other things one or two at a time.
We enjoy playing. It challenges us and helps keep our mind sharp.

Bummed. We had over 200 hints yesterday. Today we only have 5 after the update was done. And we work the daily challenge everyday but today the only June challenge that shows done was June 30.
We love this app, but we absolutely hate all the commercials, especially the royal commercials. They get stuck and you cant get out of them. Also, we had a very good record going and it was wiped out yesterday or this morning. We dont know why.
We love this game, its a good challenge but we had watched soooo many ads to build up our HINTS and now they are gone? What happened to our game? Its like it was over written! We have been playing for a few months now and not only are our hints gone but it shows that we have only played one game? A screen popped up that asked what best describes us we’ve never played sudoku we’ve only played classic sudoku we’ve played killer sudoku we were playing killer at the time and we had no choice but to pick one of those 3 choices. There was no exit button. So when we picked we’ve played killer sudoku it took us back to a game and erased all our past history?? WHY?? How can we get back to where we were before that happened?
We love this game, although, last week the game reset and all the data accumulated for the past three years was gone! We had almost 1000 hint points! Also, the themed battle game is gone! What happened?
We’ve been playing this game daily for over a year and when we opened it up today, all our history and game stats are gone. It is as if we’ve never played. Not sure what happened if it was an upgrade to the software but that is very disappointing.
Our 2 years of accomplishments on Killer Sudoku vanished overnight. We are thinking about calling it quits!
First off, the ads in this game are a bit much. Secondly, the new update erased our year+ of progress. If it doesnt come back Im deleting this app and not looking back.
Opened up the app this am to find that we had been logged out and lost all our progress & stats for the last several YEARS. Not able to find the gaming log in; only FB, Google, or Apple. We’ve been struggling with keeping this game anyway because of the number of body shaming ads we have to see so frequently between games. So we guess this is it. Not worth our time anymore. Deleting today.
This newest update cleared all our progress and stats. Very disappointing! The game is otherwise great, we play it daily!

We just dont understand why arent you guys answering any of the most recent reviews. It looks like everyone is complaining about the same issue that with the game is losing our data. Its really make us upset because you dont have reviewers on here recently thats complains about the game itself. We think we all enjoy the game because if we didnt we wouldnt be worried about the history but we have so much of it we want it back. You also have some us that lost all our hints that we had, the Independence Day event is gone, all of the daily challenge for the month is gone, we mean it literally makes us go to the very beginning and losing absolutely everything. This is so upsetting and how you are ignoring us makes it even worst.
After the update, our history cleared! Logging in on our account didnt help. 6 months of playing daily went poof grrrrrr.
