This is the best game for learning how to distribute money by spying on the stock exchange and buying various real estate. We love this game.

Overall we love the game as its easy to play and very realistic with the shares and how you can take over a company using your shares. And we will just just say that it can be hard to progress it doesnt let you lose interest in the game.
We expected this game to be like any other P2W money grabber game. We couldnt have been more wrong. While it encourages paying for extra bonuses and such, this game doesnt overwhelm you with ads or anything. Everything in the game that can be purchased with money, can be gotten in other ways. Except certain premium employees. We plan on playing for a very long time. It also encourages us to get more exercise. We cant wait to get into the top three for our city.
We love the game and have played for probably about a year now.
We love the whole new concept it brings to idle games and the fact that its kind of like Pokmon go to where it uses it geo location so we can buy the properties we know and love thats insane! Wish there wasnt as many ads to get boosts but thats okay! Still love the game!
This is one of those pick us up whenever you want and still have interesting things like plot out your next move to invest. Type of games. Please creators fix the bug after the case to get the chest to get 1 mil. Our game freezes.

After playing this for almost a month we can honestly say we like it. Purchasing a promo ($20) after a couple weeks gave us what we needed to make larger purchases and enough influence to buy land and cities near us. IMO It was worth it. Make sure you read the tips and tricks to cuz the game is pretty extensive in all that you can do.

With its unique concept and engaging gameplay, this game offers a solid simulation experience. However, it falls short in a few areas that prevent it from achieving its full potential.
The game freezes. The paperwork. Timeouts are absolutely ridiculous. You dont accrue real currency and not all properties are available. You cant create new properties that dont exist already on the game and takes months to get up to $1 billion.
Im ranked 215 in the country of the u.s.a Use to be great with out having to watch ads unless you wanted to get 2x coins , now its not worth trying to do something and be forced to watch ads , R.I.P to this game MIGHT AS WELL HIRE ME AS A SOCIAL MEADIA MANAGER SO YOU GUYS CAN ACTUALLY GROW A COMMUNITY ON A GAME AND NOT STRESS OUT ABOUT PAY TO KEEP IT A ABOVE WATER !

This game has taught us a lot about the estate industry. It shows you the pros and cons of the real estate industry.
Its a great game but every time we log back on and it says we earned money offline and we click collect it doesnt give us the money. We didnt get the 2mil for the beginners challenges either. Help pls.
We have instantly become addicted to the app. We check it frequently throughout the day. Its fun knowing that you can buy shares of properties and businesses that are actually local to you. It makes the game feel way more realistic. The app is incredibly easy to navigate, which we like. Highly recommend this game for anyone! Update 5/7/23 – we updated the app and lost all of our properties and shares. We’ve sent a support message and havent got a response. We had 100% shares in multiple properties that took time to achieve getting 100% of the shares. If our progress isnt restored, we will be deleting the app as we put so much time into what we had and now its all gone.
Worked fine until last update. Would have given 4 stars because of the long wait times. But NOW, will not register the travel cards or print cards we win and watch extra ads for. We try to upgrade or buy more shares for properties we have, and nothing registers, BUT IT TAKES MY MONEY AND ALL MY INFLUENCE POINTS!!! We have paid in money, which really shouldnt matter. We also watch all the stinking ads we can for extras. We HAVE messaged twice and no acknowledgment or reply to fix these issues. We have lost so much in card bonuses, game monies, influence, and personal time invested, that we are totally frustrated and disgusted. If, or when, everything is fixed in a timely manner, we WILL IMMEDIATELY, revise our Review. But until then, we will cross our fingers and whine.
You spend money and then bam, it just never loads again. Stuck on loading screen, total waste of time. Deleted after maybe 15 min.

The game truly is a landlord Sim you get to buy shares in businesses near you and wherever. We really enjoy competing with our friends to buy out a place.

This is a step backwards for this game. The reason we enjoys Landlord Go more than Landlord tycoon is, we were able to buy properties without it being locked behind a paid currency. Please revert this change, or have our properties earn influence over time based off the % of the property we own and its overall value. Or youd need to allow us to buy AND sell influence so we have a way to earn influence without being required to pay real money.
The most recent update made the game pay to play. Was our favorite game and we have spent hundreds of dollars in this game. We spent that money because we wanted to spend it on the game. The most recent update made it pay to play. You will be forced to spend a lot of money if you want to progress. There will be no choice. You will no longer play this game if the current update requiring paid influence to purchase shares of properties in your portfolio is not rolled back. Very disappointing.
Up until a couple of weeks ago, this was a five star game. Sure, there were some elements of pay to win. You could buy gold to buy employees that would increase your income and stuff like that, however, you could still play and enjoy the game without it, bothering you too much. Now theyve gone to a system where you have to buy influence in order to buy any of the property. Since you are only given a limited amount of free influence, that means you just with gold. This seriously we met your ability to buy properties without having to spend real money. Not a good good move at all, it looks really greedy, especially considering all the ads we have to watch in order to get the little bit of free influence in goat that we do get. And we’ve had this game and played it regularly for over a year, but we will definitely delete if they dont stop being greedy.
This game is pretty satisfying, you earn in game money to buy land that provides money, which to us, as said before is very satisfying.
We’ve tired these landlord games before and all of them used to give us the same results, boring and always messing up but we cant stop playing this game. Its fun once you get the hang of it and it hasnt messed up and keeps us entertained. We highly recommend this game.
