First let us start by saying this game isnt that bad and Im genuinely surprised on how you devs really captured the experience of how landlords function however the pop up Ads every second destroy this game automagically and its a shame because theres not games like this one in the store and sincerely if you truly do care for this game find a way to lessen the amount of ads during gameplay it would help a lot.
So been working on it since July still too much ads everytime we touch the screen we get an ad so.
App quit working once we paid $3 so that we dont have to watch ads. We cant select anything no longer get rent, interact with the tenants, etc. Dont spend money on the game because youll no longer get to play it.
Honestly we did like playing the game but the ads are what made us delete it.One of the ads that we got was Belle from beauty and the beast smoking pot in a color by number type of game . Why would you advertise this to children that just wanna play a game?we thought we were truly disappointing and we wont be redownloading until these ads are removed.

So we got this game because the ads for it seemed fun and funny. The tutorial was fun and didnt have any ads so we thought the reviews like the one Im writing right now were fake. After the tutorial the reviews were right and we soon realized that every 20 seconds there was an ad. We really like this game but its mostly ads, it does have potential and we would love to see a change.
Too many ads,every time you hit a button a ad pop, up very irritating. The game would be more enjoyable with less ads or no ads.
When it worked, it was decent enough shovelware. However, after half a year of inactivity the game was unable to operate. The app is up to date and Ive reached out to the developers multiple times to no avail.
Im trying to get into the game to see if we Like it or not but after you pick a new tenet it force closes all the time Im going to try one more time if it continues to act up Im going to delete it save our sanity! You devs have to fix this game seriously.

As the other reviews state, unskipable ads occur after every choice you make in the game. This renders it unplayable, since youre watching a full-length ad after every 10-30 seconds of gameplay. You will sincerely spend more time watching ads than playing the game.
We just started playing this game and we enjoy it. But,the game freezes a lot.
We love this game so much it is addictive and it teach you how to be a good landlord and it is kid friendly and really fun we think youll should try it out and see how you like it.

The game was fun but now we cant play it because its bugged it keep saying select tenant.
We really started to like this game until we closed the app. Now everytime we try to play again it gets stuck on the loading screen, we uninstalled and redownloaded and still does the same thing. We would still play if this issue is fixed.
Whenever we do a task there is an option to watch an add to multiply but when we press the no ad button we still get an add can you please change this.
The game is decent and has potential, however, the having to sit through ads every time we click Anything in this game is probably why Ill end up deleting the app and not recommending it. For real. Limit the ads.

This is a great game. Our daughter complains that there are too many adds. We hope you can fix that. This game teaches her responsibility. There are some games we dont enjoy her to play, but this one isnt one of those. So not many problems, but just too many adds.
Game is so far fun and interesting we like the way you can interact well BUT THE ADS ARE DISGUSTING! We press just collect and skip the multiplier to not watch an ad just to get another ad. The ads we get anyways are atleast skip able after a couple of seconds but cmon.

Its a fun game, especially if you pay the $2.99 for the starter pack (removes most ads). But we cant progress in the game because we dont know how to complete the Renovate task. Thanks.
Ik this game has bad reviews but we honestly find this game enjoyable to play but the only problem we have with is so many ads but everything else we like in the game its fun game and its not that bad should add more stuff into the game though overall its not a bad game in our opinion.
We just downloaded this game a couple days ago and it has been what we have been playing consistently since, it keeps shutting off. Not only does it click off during rent negotiations or repos, the ads are annoying! The positive side is, we appreciate how it is not a hassle to earn diamonds and money.
