Thomas Pereira: Very interesting that research affects the ability in arena. Since extensive research is barred to lower spenders due to lack of z coin / speedups, this is a way higher spenders are being so strong in arena lineup


HandroX: I am already in pain after seeing the lineup. It takes so much grinding and possibly money to build that. Im just at 12M CP. Anyway nice explanation


Win: These are good explanations, but you also miss a couple of things:

  • When positioning your heroes, you’re not only keeping your heroes attacking a certain enemy hero, but you also make enemy heroes attacking your certain resolute hero as a bait.
    Eg: the bait has the lowest agi when facing kelly, or putting the bait in front of roger or titan, or putting the bait in number 1 position to lost extra HP and get extra focus.
  • Statues, players nowadays like to put extra points on luk so they can attack first on 3rd round, but you don’t need extra luk if your hero is going to attack on 2nd round, you can put extra points on other things, like str or int, depend on the heroes

Exalted Celestial: 1:43 your take is kinda flawed here, you didn’t take into account Ricardo’s skill damage. 4 of your squishy heroes are chained, it’s a given that it would wipe out your lineup. Also, your opponent probably uses crit dmg + crit rate attribute I believe.

Exalted Celestial: 5:21 it’s not that the hero is a troop, he HAS troops, but is replaced with T1s instead of T10s. Primarily to avoid abusing the 5-tank lineup, which results in a defeat if you don’t defeat the opponent in a few rounds.
