Flash cards are ideal especially in the early stages of learning when children are becoming acquainted with the letters but can also be well used once children already mastered the material and self-test their knowledge. -

This app has letters and 26 letters.
We have liked the simplicity of 22 Learn products and especially the constant audio identification of items. The real problems are that there several version of the same or similar products with the best features requiring payments and we cant tell which is the good one that actually works and we feel like they definitely took one of our payments but didnt give us the full features. Sooo its sad because its really good if you can find the right version that actually works ugh! Please fix because its one of the simpler apps that allows your kid to work it pretty independently which is what Im looking for. Would be 5 stars.
They look exactly the same, as the lowercase j does not have any curve. It is especially confusing because the j and we are right next to one another. Also, the connect the dots is too small and close together. We wish it worked on letter sounds more too. Not bad for $3 we guess.
Got this for letter recognition practice and actually paid for it before realizing that the lower case j and we are IDENTICAL. Our 5 year old was so confused and Im still mad about it. Like….YOU HAD ONE JOB PLEASE fix this.
2 of the 4 games in this bundle dont work, Phonics on the Farm am the Alphabet game. It is disappointing after paying the extra when we originally was just going to purchase Phonics Island.
Paid for a upgrade of $2.99 & we still dont get all the letters complete rip-off.
Did the free app. Worked for like 5 letters, then it wants you to pay 2.99. Bought it, nothing but black screen. Help says the problem is due to space on our phone, but Im not even using 1/2 of our phone capacity. Dont bother even downloading the free version of this! Have the newest iPhone, not an old updating system.
It is not worth it the abc alphabet song was very vague you can tell they just wanted the money didnt care for the business whoever created this app must not have put much time into it things are just everywhere.
Liked the free version only to be greeted with a black screen when launching the paid upgrade.
We open the app, it says "loading" and then the screen goes black! Any suggestions to fix this would be nice, thank you! Update…after having the app for a few hours it finally loaded correctly and works great so far.
Perfect learning game for preschool and kindergarten kids. There are a variety of different mini games in the app, and each one is fun and unique. The characters and interface helps to keep kids focused and involved.
This app is great for smaller children. It teaches children how to write letters and quizzes them! Great for learning.

This app engages our children and keeps their full attention, while also teaching them age appropriate games, so that we can get our nightly chores done. Parents tend to forget about the developmental stops that their children need to take a want them to go straight from making baby talk into forming perfect sentences they want them to go straight into writing letters. However, it is important to start with tracing and it is important to keep learning fun. This app really helps children in preschool or kindergarten help get the skills they need to become better learners and have fun while they're doing it.
As soon as we introduced our children to this app, we couldn't take it away from them as they had so much fun with it! The best part was that they were learning at the same time and you cannot put a price on that. We have found this app to be great in every aspect of learning different letters in the alphabet. They have everything from exciting flash card games to matching games and even letter tracing! The colors are bright and vibrant which our kids loved and is very child user friendly. We highly recommend this app to anyone with children in preschool and kindergarten and even for teachers to use within their classes! Great app! 5 stars.
We had been looking for an app that would help our daughter learn her ABCs until this beautifully designed app came along. All of the graphics are very colorful and smooth, and all of the games work wonderfully. Our daughter absolutely loves this app as she asks to play it almost everyday. Additionally, we can really see the results from her learning. With seven different games, the app is interactive, comprehensive, and effective. It will even help your child/student learn new words! We highly recommend this app to anyone and everyone without a single reservation! Another great app from the brains behind 22learn.
We paid for the full version. Why do we have to open the free version, click on full version, solve a math problem and then get access?? It could be a great learning tool if our son could just open it (only reason we give it 2 stars.) Do better; especially since you're charging people.
New update does not fully open app. Screen goes black when trying to enter home screen.
The "letter quiz" game is useless the "hint" at the top displays the letter the child is supposed to match via the audio hint. Once they figure this out, the quiz ceases to be useful.
Everytime we open this AP the screen turns black.
Update: Now that it works, it's doing what it's supposed to, including letter tracing! Thank you! Because of the delay and the non-support, we hv rated 3 stars. We would still like a valid email address to contact 22Learn when needed. Three Days Ago: we just wasted $2 for an app that will not load. App Support is non-existent; the website does not hv an email address and says invalid, even though they make you go through the trouble of filling out a form. Restarting our device and "killing" the app do not help either. Others have also said that the tracing activities are not included, which is what our child enjoys. Do not waste your $ on any of their apps.
The app is amazing to play with children. Many types of games that help to learn an alphabet. Well-drawn graphics, good sound, clear explanations.
We really love this app and so does our 4 year old. There are 7 different letter games. It teaches the child to match the upper case letter to the lower case letter. Our son was happy that he connected the letter dots correctly the first try. We definitely would recommend this app to parents of preschoolers.
This is a great learning app for preschool aged kids. Our 4 year old has a lot of fun playing it and learning from it. The graphics are great too,that's important to keep their attention we think.

We work a lot with children and can say that this is a very suitable app for them. The flashcards are fully modifiable. It has many activities that let children practice matching uppercase and lowercase letters or learn alphabetical order. Great choice if you want your child to learn more about letters and alphabet.
Haha, this app has lots of neat features. It makes it just right level for your little ones. Our son sings the alphabet song all the time now with it.
Our daughter absolutely LOVES this app! It has really helped with her alphabet and letter recognition. Our only complaint is that she adores the letter tracing activity from the lite version, but it wasn't included on the full version. We're hoping this can be fixed in an update. Otherwise, great app.
The app doesn't stop working when you close the Smart Cover on the iPad mini. You have to close out of it completely for the sounds to stop running. Pre update, it worked fine. Just thought the dev team should know.

Just purchased the app today because our son really enjoyed the tracing activity. But when we opened the app the two tracing activities were missing. Why would it be included in the trial but not the full version? We tried to email technical report, but we only got an error message.
