PLEASEEEEEEE get rid of the stupid skill upgrade for the 30k. We NEVER get a new character now. Frickin 90k later and nada. No wonder why we stopped playing.
In this game he kept on glitching and 18 asked you it always says you have to press no dot dot dot it wont let you play the game until you download it. Overall this game is so terrible.
While this game has remained fundamentally the same for the past 8 years, it is a fun, easy way to spend a few min. Love the characters and the different animations.
The update causes the game to crash whenever you try to accept gifts from friends.
For the last several weeks or so, every time we purchase rubies the system freezes and we cant get back into game without logging out. This causes us to lose special offers to make special games easier, if we didnt have enough rubies before it was made. This had occurred at least two or more times.
Cant complete missions (cards) without elevated characters, which take a lot of money. So stuck half way after completing many missions ,never being able to finish, a lot of wasted effort. Wish the tasks were more obtainable. Stuck in missions, you cant move forward. Because of this , play gets boring and monotonous. When you do earn enough (30,000) to get a premium box you get the same characters leveled up. You could have purchased the level up for cheaper on your own, so the 30,000 coins it takes , you lose. We could level up the tsum for less, how is that the same as getting a new Tsum?
We’ve been playing this game for years now and love seeing all the cute new characters. Recently though the game started crashing each time we open it. Happens like 5 times in row before we can start playing. We really hope they fix this soon. Otherwise Ill have to look for something new to play.
We think this is a great game that honestly anyone would like. Its fun and simple and it will help pass the time. Theres always events to play that are really fun. With a always growing tsum tsum collection of your favorite Disney and Pixar characters they always have new characters coming out so if youre looking for something fun we would recommend this to anyone.

Never played this game before but we were curious, but when we had to enter our b-day thing to dec it just keep going to oct we were pretty frustrated. Dec, 31 was our b-day.
We love this game, have played it since it came out. Thats YEARS, ok. Our 2 biggest complaints that seem never to improve after all these years: 1) When its Lucky Time to get the seasonal/new Tsums, and you FINALLY have enough coins to buy a new box, and it gives you same old ones you already have . We do not understand that AT ALL! Its a total tease and beyond infuriating . PLEASE fix this, its making us want to scrap the game altogether. 2) why there are not more SKILL tickets to be rewarded is beyond us. So frustrating!
This is a fun game to play but its becoming harder and harder to even get logged on. Its extremely frustrating! Also, we love the bingo cards but a lot are impossible to complete. Every time there are new TsumTsums they are all so cute, look fun, etc. But like some have already said, it can be hard to get them even during Lucky Time. We would definitely give the game 5 stars but the technical problems make it a 3.
So, its a decent game but come on! The skills tickets are so hard to come by, and then it only increases a tiny bit. We’ve spent too long on this game with little reward. Going to spend our time elsewhere.
We’ve been enjoying this game for years, but lately the game has been extremely unstable. The game constantly crashes from almost every tap we make.
We switched from android to iPhone and all our rubies disappeared once we switched our Line Account to our new phone. We think we’ve been saving up for over a year. So beware if you are switching phones just use up your rubies.
We have been playing this game for several years and we love it! Its our therapy daily. Mentally and physically. Great for any age. Our 4 year old granddaughter loves as much as us and Im 60.
This is NOT a bubble popper game !!! Its a super satisfying find (3 alike) and swipe motion type game . Its fast paced !! Its super satisfying !! You play 1 minute rounds and is so great for multitasking !! You never have to devote more than a minute !! AND you get to collect ADORABLE DISNEY Characters!! This is our longest played game !! Since it came out , we play in phases . The finger swiping concept is so satisfying and addicting !!! It gives super sensory type feelies so great for people with ADHD !! Along with the whole collecting of things but not drawn not like other games such as city building ! Its close to instant gratification!!! This is the only game we’ve spent real money on . You can get friends and trade hearts but we dont want that commitment to ruin our game play . We’ve been building our squad organically just by earning hearts and sometimes buying rubies a few times a year. BUT if you want a fast track to lots of in game money power and obtaining characters faster , the option is there. If you like connecting with people there are plenty of groups you can find to do that with on social media .
Have played this game forever, but the last year or so, it has become increasingly hard to collect the new Tsums. So called Lucky Time is rarely lucky. For the latest event, after grinding to buy probably 40 or 50 boxes, we got 2 out of 4 of the new Tsums a total of 4 times; 3 of one and 1 of another, and they were the weakest of the bunch. This has happened to us more times than not; really tiring of this! We rarely get the paired or dual Tsums! Also the heart send receive dynamic stinks! The send one at a time is ridiculous! Why do we have the option to collect all at once, but not send all at once! Please do something to address this! Get tired of having to send one at a time while also having to tap again to confirm. It is a colossal waste of time! It also appears that most players we send hearts to either do not understand the dynamic or dont have the courtesy to care about sending a heart back. Hope creators are listening! If so, thanks, if not, please do!
With there being hundreds of tsums now, most of which require 36 copies to max out, pulling for them individually gets really really tedious and just seems like a massive waste of time. Almost every gacha game has a multi-pull system now, its really surprising to us that this one being so large doesnt. We like this game, but it seems like the game doesnt want you to actually play the game.
Game gets harder with every download, just want you to spend more money. Wat Disney would not be a part of this!!
We havent played this game in yrs, so we decided to download it again. Once the download was complete we went straight to it. We clicked on the app and it would take us to a white screen for a bit and then it would close out. We tried it again a few more times and still the app would not open. We deleted the app and re downloaded the app and its still giving us the same issue. What a complete waste of 30min. Was really looking forward to playing this game again but we guess not anymore.
We would rate this a 5 star if it wasnt so time consuming.. Too much buttons to press just to receive a gift or to buy tsums. Dont get us wrong.. This is a fun game but it would be even better if they made things like giving hearts or buying g tsums easier with just a click and not 20 clicks..

The app is constantly crashing when Im either about to start a play or in the middle of a play. It takes the heart away and the money we used for items. Please fix this bug. Im loosing lots of hearts and coins due to it crashing constantly.
Tsum Tsums is awesome! We love the game so much, we just have a request that when you have missions to get 3 Big Tsums if you could have a power up to ensure you get some Big Tsums and not waist hearts trying to get those Tsums!!! Thank yall!

When you use a skill it should not restart the combo count especially in a challenge that is requiring a high combo total.
We like this game a lot. It reminds us of old school arcade fun. The missions are fun and the Tsums are so cute. We have some product feedback. The game should be playable when offline then sync with the servers when you connect again. We have other games that do that and its better if you are in areas without connectivity. This occurred on our most recent road trip.
The game is great. Our 9 year old daughter enjoys it also, however you need to pay attention to the Ads you use. Some ads are for 17+ and this game is rated 4+ The ad for breaker fun had a woman thrusting her hips on a sofa waiting to get handcuffed we mean come on Disney do better.

Like most we’ve been playing this game for a while. And yes we do enjoy playing it and the characters are super cute! However, they dont make things easy. Sending and receiving hearts manually takes time and also purchasing new Tsums! What a headache. Everything is manual and you can purchase more than one Tsum at a time! We have considered deleting this game more than once but we’ve invested so much of our time getting every Tsum that if we delete this now it would confirm all the time wasted on the game. Hope the developers find a way to make it easier for us who are busy but still want to play by allowing us to do multiple things on here… When that happens we will gladly come back and give this game better ratings!

We’ve been playing this game since about 2015 and we love it. Its amazing to see how its evolved over the years. The tsum tsums are just so cute and we love looking at them!!!
We have been playing this game since it first came out and we love it. The only gripe is have is what others have mentioned is the manual collection and giving of hearts. Its the dumbest part of the game. We want to be playing not giving and receiving hearts on an hourly basis just to have coins and points. Way too tedious. We are almost at the point where Im over playing this game bc of it. Keep in mind we’ve always been a manual sender/receiver for hearts. There are hacks to do it so its automatic but its a lot of work to set it up and it may have to be on another device that has to run all day like a laptop. Also, when u give/receive a heart there are multiple confirmation buttons to get thru. WHYYY?? We dont need confirmation. If we press it once, do it, dont ask to confirm if thats what we want to do. And this has to be done for every single one. Its hard if u have 100+ friends. We can spend almost 20 min/hour giving/receiving hearts. And thats not even playing the game!! There should also be an option to purchase more skill tickets and more ways to earn rubies than purchasing them.

It takes us months to build up a good bank of coins. Im a loyal player. But each time you introduce a new Tsum Tsum, we can wipe out our whole saving of coins trying to get the newest Tsum. We only try and purchase them during Lucky Time when we have a greater chance. But no luck. Please!! You must be able to program the game so players can get new tsums. PLEASE!
We love this game. But here we are again with the error message. This has happened so many times over the years. Duplicate uuid. Error 22000. What is this? Havent been able to play for over a week. Last time it was months before we could play again. No way to report problem. If it were for this Id give five stars.
Look its a good game. We play it a lot, but the more we okay the more we realize there is an algorithm at work. The odds to get new tsums arent boosted. We dont care what they say. They just arent. Currently we are in an event that is only playable with this months tsums and the only one we’ve managed to get is garbage and makes the event almost impossible. Its by design to get you to spend money to get coins to buy the boxes. And 30k coins for a premium box is a LOT for how much you get per game. You can get up to 1500 per day in missions. But thats it. Typical Tsum Will average you 200-500 coins. If you get a good one and get food with it you can get 1000-1300 a game. But thats still close to 30 games with 5 hearts that take 15 mins to replenish EACH. And then when you start getting good with a Tsumit just kind of stops falling. We have one we can consistently break a thousand coins with and after farming her for a while she suddenly got horrible and wouldnt fall. Now Im lucky to break 5-600. We have another couple tsums we use for scoring. If we use them too many times in a row they dont fall right. And the more we play consecutively (it we’ve stored up hearts) the worse ALL the tsums fall. Make sure you dont okay with the same one on repeat. Mix them up. And dont waste your real money on this game. Because its literally designed to make you do just that.
Cute game but can gain a lot of points but lose them all if you have to change devices very frustrating not transferable.
