The game is fun to play until there are rude people in the chat using abusive and profane language. We wish there was a feature to mute abusive players from the chat or block them all together considering young kids might be playing the game.
We started playing this game today and it was going pretty great until we noticed that whenever we bought 4 cards or 6 cards for a game, only half of those cards would appear and it really annoys us because we are basically wasting our bingo coins. We really wish there was a way to resolve this.
We have spent money on bing credits and daub hints and we can play for 2 hours and get one bingo but you see all the same names hitting it big. Done.

We truly enjoy playing and even got our wife playing. In all this, we have 2 complaints. First, she joined through our friends code, and was told she had already used that code(had never been used before), so she never got rewarded for using our code. Secondly, and biggest issue, there have been multiple times that we have had bingo credits vanish. Prime example was earlier this evening when we were playing, we started with 8 credits, played 1 round with 2 cards, and suddenly dropped down to 3 credits. Why did we lose 3 credits.
We like the game & im almost on level 50 but Ive had to buy power ups & credits in order to get that far. If not Id prolly be in the 30s for our level. Also Im sorry but that host Evan, we simply cannot okay when he is hosting. He is way to hyper & pretends hes running all the time & gives us complete anxiety so we chose to not play when we know hes hosting. All the others are great, calm, more relaxed & cool to hang out with. As we said just our opinion.

Hello try playing its keep say updates we did then say go App Store.
So we updated the app this morning and now we keep getting a pop up that keeps saying update when we already did.. Please fix!!!!! We love the game and want to play.

Bingo games are fun..Sometimes it slows it freezes. The end of the games it cuts off too soon. Some of the hosts are nice some wont read your comments You can repeat ur questions still no response Thats very irritating But, we enjoying playing.Thanks.
On most apps we are excited to see updates. And its the same with Live Play. Because their updates usually bring new excitement to the game. But with every update anymore we have had problems after updating. Contacting customer support didnt help us in any way and the blame was put on IOS. We have a lot of apps on our phone which is the iPhone 11. And we havent had anywhere near the problems we have had with this app. We used to be a regular player and enjoyed the game. But the lack of help from customer service and the fact that they left us without being able to fully enjoy the game. We just got away from it. Now we were starting to play again and now the mew update brings another episode of problems. As we realize you are a new app and you are trying to bring more fun and excitement to the game. You cant go with leaving someone pretty much not able to play for weeks and see no problem with that. Or at least customer service seems to not think that is a problem. You really need a new developer that has some experience with apps and can take your vision for this game to that next level. We dont see that happening with whoever you have working on your updates. Good luck and we hope you get it worked out someday. Its a great idea and Id hate to see a bad developer take away your dreams for this app. Trust us. There will be copiers of this app coming soon. And if they get it right without all the update problems you will be a memory. Im not trying to be mean. Im just telling you the truth in a world of competition.

This is such a fun game because of the hosts. They are live and interact w you. They talk, you type, they read and answer. So many of them we really have gotten to know and follow on Instagram. The bingo game is fun too. They always do extra challenges that award you extra credits and daub hints to help you win. We're playing over 4 years and we haven't spent one penny. They do Amazon gift card giveaways once every hour and we've won 4 times in the 4 years! So win win for us.

We love collecting the animals & really love how they change things around from time to time. Sometimes there are 4+ different scenarios of ways to win in one game! Whether its Evans electricity, Hobarts enthusiasm, Brian & Sunrises impersonations, Ricardos singing & dancing, Kellys excitement, & many other great hosts, you can always count on a great time playing LPB! So we have played this for about 3 years now, it is a fun game dont get us wrong, we are a Dedicated player for this game, we get up early for the new collection, and completed them on the first day. But every once a while, when we needed the animal like for example, we needed the turtle on we-16, it never came out and our daubs wasnt nice to us, and on the next round our daubs and our number 16 came out. We get so so mad when we missed an animal and we would have one more to go to complete, And we have to wait for hours or spend our credits to hatch immediately to get the animal we need. Also we realized that they are keep doing new collections almost every single week, in the old days, they bring one new collection each week and bring back the older ones for others to try to finish the collections. We wish that they can bring back the older collections so that to the people who already completed can take a break from the game. Also another thing is they are doing quests almost every week now, like token quests, it keep wanting to spend more credits for us to spend more money to buy credits. For the animal quests it impossible cause we have to daub the animal for token and sometimes we have to spend like 400 credits for a gold but we miss it. So If youre reading this LPB, please bring back the old days. Please. Im getting tired of new collections. Also for the past 3 days now, they havent released the Mysterys Animals and it keeping us a hostage! PLEASE RELEASE THESE MYSTERIES! Also these pull tabs event is a big scam! We can no longer stand this game! Every update it has become more and more difficult to play and win. They claim you can play for free, but have now increased the minimum credit to play with Buddy. A minimum of 40 credits just to play one round. Im not paying to play any game, especially one that you cant win! Sorry! You used to be great! No more for us.

We started playing 4 years ago and we are now at level 403. We have never spent one penny on anything and have won the Amazon gift card 3 times in our four years. The hosts are soo nice and so much fun. They talk to you answer your questions and even say hi to our grandsons when we ask them to. Some of the hosts you really feel like you know them, Kelly and Haley(Hay J) are our go to girls! The game itself is fun too! They constantly have extra contests and games going on to win additional credits. This is one game that we will never delete.
We know its only $10 gift card but its fun making friends and winning when u get a chance for the Amazon gift card and the hosts are very polite and very family friendly atmosphere.

Make sure to make an account rather than playing as a guest as you become a new player as you will not be able to link an account and continue where you left off. We got pretty far playing as a guest and was surprised we couldnt continue where we left off; reason for the 3 stars. Otherwise, the game is pretty fun as you are able to interact with a variety of available hosts and players while playing. Being able to link our progress within accounts would raise our star review for sure.
We have been playing LPB since the beginning and its been great seeing how the game has progressed. You can play for free and have multiple ways to get free credits and bonus rewards. There is an option to make inapp purchases, but its not necessary to win. Theres also live bingo hosts who will interact with you in real time. Also, if theres ever an issue with your game; all you have to do is contact support and within a few hours the issue is addressed and the problem is corrected.

We love this game and started playing almost a month ago.. Bella the first host we met when we first started to played helped us with questions, how to play and cheered us On when Id level up. We make sure to Log in when shes hosting! Only down side are the LA host too loud and very obnoxious. We love the UK group of host.. They are very calm, dont scream and you can actually enjoy talking to them.
The amount of bingos we lose because the game goes from 123 to 0 in 1 sec is absurd. Im literal 146 bingos losses due to this issue! You can hold the board and give people a Their bingos as of the last second. If you cant , Ill submit the code for you.
