Unable to purchase for IOS players

First, please ensure that the device is in a non jailbreak state;
If your device is already jailbroken, please delete within iapfree or iapcracker false credentials and other available software, and then make sure the device UUID is the normal state, then please try to purchase in the game.
If you still can not buy, do the following process operation to be supported.
1, Enter the Apple Support Center, select the lower right corner of the iTunes icon

2. Select the lower left corner of the _Contact Support_ option
3, select iTunes Store in the _contact iTunes Store Support_
4, select the _purchase / bill and redemption._
5, the pop-up options, select _can not be purchased from iTunes_
6, select your appropriate contact information.
