You get 1 gem for completing a castle of treasure boxes…. Really?! 1 gem… Wow. Thats some incentive. Other than this game sucking at rewards, the different layouts are fun to try and win… Until you get to the higher levels. All the puzzles start looking the same. Not much variety.
Im so upset with this game Ive bought so many micro transactions and one day our game crashed and we were told to delete the app and reinstall it after that no matter what we have done we can log the game back on to restore our previous game. We contacted support over a month ago and still havent heard from them or been able to log on.
Ive played a lot of fun games over the last several years, and we always come back to Mahjong! Its the best.

We started playing your game after the new year. We were enticed by your advertisement that only 90ish percent completed past Level 32. It was only after reaching level 32 that we realized the difficulty curve is made to encourage micro transactions.
We play this game to keep our mind and eyes fresh and also play it with our great grand kids too.

07/21/2018. App has gotten better & the lock ups have ceased. Game challenges & requires strategy. 06/16/2016 … THIS UPDATE COMPLETELY CHANGED THE APP BUT NOT FOR THE GOOD! Developers finally made required corrections& & modifications to get the app unlocked & up & running. The app is running & the new format is too much like another different Majhong app. The tiles' symbols are the same as another game. This version, while good, is not as difficult as the previous version. This, we have raised our rating to a 3 which indicates the modified app is marginal. It is recommended that the original version/format be restored. 06/14/2016 … This is a fun game that assists your dexterity & hand-eye skills. However, the current update has LOCKED UP the app & made it completely USELESS. Y'all dropped the ball on this update. Actually, when we try to open the app it just provides the message "waiting" but nothing has happened for about 1 hour. FIX THIS APP!!!!! We have have LOWERED our rating to a 1 due to it still being LOCKED UP FOR SEVERAL HOURS. The message indicates "waiting" but there is no indication as to "waiting on what"????? The app is currently USELESS & there is NO RESPONSE OR SUPPORT!?!?!? 06/15/2016 … It's now been 24 hours that this app has been LOCKED UP WITH NO RESPONSE, CORRECTION OR SUPPORT!!!!! As previously stated, we have lowered our rating to 1 only because there isn't a 0.
Wish the "tiles"could be a bit bigger for us old folks, but might not be able too. Like not having to pay for the shuffles, but we thinking the game we WAS playing intended to make it harder as we did one over & did win it. One other small thing: when we leave then come back, we don't know what puzzle we're on & have reworked some over. Not a BIG deal, but would like to know we've played them all. We've heard of Mahjong for yrs but didn't know anything about it. Now that we have its one of our "go to" games. Thanks for putting this together. . SR.
