Our score is lower in its final submission than when we actually finish the level. It is not including the 12,000 pts when the final 12th level finishes. This needs to be fixed.
We were a paid subscriber for the game. We really liked it, until the app started crashing every time we tried to playplease fix.
This game, one our our favorites, is not working since the last release on or about 9/27/2002. When we click play, it jumps back to our homescreen. Help.
We have played this game forever it seems, over 40 years. The crew will go out of their way to make sure everything is running smoothly for their gamers. Ive never seen a company respond to our questions so quickly as as these people do. We believe they deserve our utmost respect for the care they give.
Clicking it on main menu does nothing. Clicking upgrade in the three lines menu to access arkadium advantage, which supposedly gets you untimed mode, also does nothing and just takes us back to the main menu page. Love this game, but we hate timed games, so we always want to put this down after just a few minutes. When ultimately we would prefer to want to keep playing it longer than that.
When you need extra time to finish a puzzle, you have to watch a minute or more of ads to get 30 seconds. Too frustrating, we deleted the game.
Ive tried to make a purchase but all that happens is we get put back on the the main screen.
The only problem we have is that we dont have the option to change themes or discover what else this game offers and iIve easily made it to level 22. What is going on here.
We have a paid subscription. We log in, sign in and get welcomed. Yet our game is constantly interrupted by very long ads. Ive restarted our phone. Deleted the app and still frustrated.
We wanted to play with no timer. After they fooled us into paying $1.99 it turned out we had to pay for a monthly subscription to play relaxed. No way would we do business with this company.

Ive a paying member. This game continues to interrupt our game with paid ads. Ive reported numerous times including requested screenshots and the response we get is that there is a bug and the developer is working to correct it. The developer is a loser or has so many other bugs that he/she hasnt gotten around to fixing this! Very frustrating.
This game is ok, but all of he levels are exactly the same. Theres nothing challenging or surprising. It could use more, changing up designs when you get to certain levels, put puzzles to solve that lead to newer levels or a bonus and being able to play again Facebook friends and trade and give pieces, maybe change the color the higher up you get.
Stop taking our game away when Im still playing. Im allowed more time with you stupid ads.
Really love the game and would pay for it if you didnt have to sign in. Would like more than four levels. Hate to have the game end with 2 minutes left.
Very addicting and we love to play it. It does give you a way to add seconds to your time. However, after four or five levels, the game is over Eve. If you have time left. We want the challenge of being able to keep the game going by adding time as well as points. It is very disappointing when we have two minutes left and the game ends.
We agree we love solving the puzzles but never make it past level three with remaking time then you start over. You have a Relaxed Mode for a charge but no explanation What is it and what am we paying for.
Not enough time given to win any levels. Levels get progressively more difficult and harder to find matches. Must Pass seven levels in six minutes, pretty difficult to do. If you want to Play relaxing mode without the timer, its $.99 every six months.
We dont mind paying the .99 for relax mode but we expected more than just the same 4 puzzle patterns over and over. Whats the point? Am we missing something? We just got to level 8 and it started over at the cube shape again. No instructions for what the power up thing is or what the points/money won is for.

This is not the same version online online has different patterns and is more challenging.

This game can pass the time for hours upon hours. Difficult but capable of winning a few hands.

Ive been playing mahjong dimensions for so long. Then last week the main screen shows .99 for for relax mode. Theres no other way to get in, no play tab, nothing. Whats up with this.
We cant play! Wheres the play button.
The game freezes up and crashes after one game. The only way back in is to hard reset the device. Purchasing protections are also not in place to prevent double charging. Use with caution.
After last update we cant start the game. Is this because we now have to pay to play? If that is the case we will uninstall.
After updating / reinstall. – nothing works. Payed 99 cents for more play and still doesnt work. Cool game but not recommended anymore.
Not being allowed to select an avatar, curstomize, and see the leaderboard.
To many ads and doesnt allow to purchase ad free so you are forced to watch ads. If you even when you select main menu. You are also forced to play timed game. Game freezes up and logs you out and when try and log back comes up unable to locate account. We deleted the game and tried again, no change, Is very frustrating.
We enjoy the game but we are petty enough to notice that the score at end of the game is less than the score on the winner board/high score screen. The game may not be awarding the winning points from last round or move.
We updated for what? More ads? Ads after every other round? In one update you said it included 36 more rounds when it actually only included 12 total. So instead of 4 rounds, now theres 12. Im not sure if Im missing something or what. Dont get us wrong, we appreciate more rounds but the ads arent worth playing the game anymore.
Idk if anyone here is old enough to remember when this game was on msn games, but we always played it there. Thankfully its on iOS and android now.
Its fun, fast and keeps you on your toes.
If you don't make it to level 18 you don't know how great this game is. A lot of cubes don't respond well but thats so you have to spin and click. This week we installed around twenty different games. Dimensions and one other tile game are the only two games left installed on our phone. We are so glad we didn't uninstall when we started getting bored with just the four boards over and over. We like games with timers like this too so we can keep track of when to get back on task. Dimensions is great mental and hand/eye coordination exercises. Its a keeper. Unless they go and mess it up with a future update. We'll keep you posted. :).
We paid for the ad-free version for the last six months. But today we see that the price has gone up dramatically. $3.99 per month is shameful and the game simply isnt worth the price. We will no longer play this game simply due to the relatively high price of the subscription. And for the record, even adding the extra eight levels still cannot justify such a steep price increase. To put this in perspective, the new subscription price means that this game costs approximately $48 per year. Far better games can be purchased outright for such a price.
We used to love this game but now we find it a HUGE waste of time.
We like that you can play in relax mode but wish you would add 30 seconds to 1 minute on the timer. We know that its supposed to be challenging but since theres 4 levels thats less than 2 minutes per level! Also, can you please add a daily challenge feature.
We really like this game. The traditional mahjong characters have become boring. One thing we dont like is the timing. We saw there was a relaxed version within the game. We checked out the In-App Purchase in the App Store description. It said the relax mode is 99 cents. We downloaded the game. The app takes you to a menu page. There you see a list that includes No Adds, and Untimed Mode. We clicked on the untimed mode and was taken to a page Arkdium Advantage. Tried to click on Untimed Mode. There was no link. At the bottom of the page was a link to subscribe. The link went to a page where you can subscribe to the Ark.. Advantage for $1.99 a month. No way to get just the Untimed mode, said nothing about $.99; only $1.99.
While sometimes the pieces dont respond to touch and you have to rotate, it is still a great game. Good for brain work.
Great game. Minimal ads. Fun to play.
We love this game. It would be perfect except for 2 things. First, game pieces at the top and toward the back dont respond. You have to rotate the whole board to move them to the front in order to eliminate them. Meantime Ive burned seconds trying to eliminate cubes that shouldve been eliminated the first 2 or 3 times we tapped them. Second, we wish there was a simpler way to turn off the bonus feature. We like just playing the plain 6-minute game without adding time to the game. We also kind of wish there was one more level, but we can live with the four levels.
Took us two games to get used to the dimensions. Great twist on the game. Very entertaining.
Why it is asking us for rates every time we open the app while we already posted.

Such a great game. We swear it helps keep your focus functioning. But it is the fun that relaxes us. Its great to get them all ! We usually play several times a day. Im not always trying to win. We really like to keep our skill level up so we can win sometimes though. Our least favorite thing is when the board automatically rotates. Always when Im making a match, of course. All mahjong is ok but dimensions just adds a wonderful twist to keep us on our toes. Thanks for the game.
