This game was always 5 Stars for us – until the various and mysterious resets. Now Ive noticed the magic timing of game piece overlays that occur mainly during the mid-level (and above) games. A march for a piece is usually digitally revealed at a slow pace to runout the timer. We used to buy the coin packages and pay for their seasonal promotions as a way to showing good sportsmanship; but Ive become disappointed at their frequent and seemingly built-in lapses of that characteristic – so we dont anymore.
We an always getting kicked off and have to sign in several times to play.
We lost our game. Was up to over 300games now we are starting all over. Makes us very angry this our favorite game.
After the most recent update EVERYTHING changed. The game, sadly, is no longer enjoyable.
Every time you do an update, the game goes wonky and will not load right. Very frustrating.
We love playing this game and have been playing for quite awhile now. But when we logged on today, it took us back to the beginning and not the level we were on. So now we have to go from level 1 to where we were at. Overall its a great game.
After so many years of friendly competition the game now doesnt seem to either care nor want to work about ready throw in the towels.
Game is a great challenge both for your brain and to see if it will even work. Been playing this game for over 5 years never an issue until they did some updates then all of a sudden it barely works and to top it all of it always happens on the last day of your weekly gifts where you get 5 coins. Well missed out on 3 weeks of the getting coins and we are a player that does not pay for coins so only gets 4 stars not 5.
The game always freezes when you want to play on. Very frustrating as we have played for years. Please send a fix.

The higher levels ,There is not a level that can be completed without using trail coins . Multiple amounts, and if you are doing fairly well on time then you have to use multiple reshuffle to get through the levels. Getting too costly for our liking!!! Laurie.
Love the game but freezes all the time when trying to sign on. We have tried reloading and turning off we-pad but does not work !! HELP.
Played all the time, everyday on our iPad, tried yesterday and all that comes up is the sign saying log in or use Facebook, and we cant get it off to open. When we do it is only the beginning, we are on at least step 300? Please fix it.
We have been playing this game since 2010. We were introduced to it on FB and have been glued! When we saw it in the App Store for our iPad, you know there wasnt a hesitation. Only, shortly after uploading there were update problems. From friends not being able to send the booster gifts to the gifts expiring once received. Sometimes, you get stuck in one of the games and no matter how the puzzle was solved, the next time you play, you are right back where you started. Patience? Sure, all computer operations go through updates; but never have we ever been through an update that took more than a year to complete! Its been ridiculous! As much as we liked playing the game, Im going to have to delete this. Maybe thats what they wanted so when you come back it will cost for you to do so. Update: Since the last time we wrote this review, no… We did not delete it from our iPad. The updates came through finally! But we felt cheated because we were only given the boosts as it was doled out by the games operation (no better way to explain it). It is supposed to be fun. It has since causes frustration especially since we have more people operating as friends than you know. Why cant we have the gifts that they send? Wasnt that the point? Why is there a cap on them. We have NOW deleted the game.
We tried to play last night, and we want to play today! But all that comes up is sign in with Facebook or continue as a guest! Whats going on? Im having withdrawals.
Dont bother contacting the company, they wont ever reply to you. This is a really fun game, but it has tons of bugs in it and internal issues that cause users to not be able to complete quests. Dont contact them, because theyll never reply. We have never spent any money on it, but would consider it if it was a better game to play. We wont waste our money on a company who wont reply to their customers with game issues.
Gotten to several hundred levels and now its all gone because you are having a fight with Apple? Be damned if Im gonna play your game anymore.
Tried to download on our iPhone. It just loads to 33%. Why.
We just played this yesterday and now it keeps telling us to login to Facebook. Will not load to do that.
Please fix the game crashing so much. Always happens at the end of the game and sometimes in the middle of a game.
When is this game going to be fixed! Very annoying we love this game but nothing is working. Cannot get gifts from friends, quest is not working. Very frustrating.
We have loved this game for years and was so happy that it was fianally available for our IPad, but its filled with problems. Refuses to load, cannot accept or send gifts when it does load. So disappointed.
We just downloaded it yesterday. Played it for a while last night. Now this morning it just loads to 52 percent ready then says there was an error. Cant get pass it. Please fix.
Cant really give it any stars since it wont load past 52%. Do enjoy playing it on our pc though.
There seems to be a problem with highlighted matching tiles not being eliminated from the board. Experienced this problem today, 12/9/2020. Absolutely love this game but am very frustrated with not being able to complete matches.
Cant play tiles that should be removed wont.
Its frozen on 50% and its unfortunate bc we do like the game. Im also tired of purchasing coins to play. May have to give it up. But we guess you dont care.
When we open the game screen is black. Tried to delete and reload but that did not help.
We just downloaded this game because we enjoyed playing it in the past. Unfortunately when we try to open it, it wont open past 30%. Can you please help with this.
Trying to load this game and it wont go beyond 54%…..so we cant play it……….really folks really need to fix this. Very disappointed.
The only positive is that the premise of the game is fun. Otherwise, the creators have intentionally made it impossible to progress through the game. You can be stuck for months on one level. The hope must be to get you to purchase more coins. Definitely not worth the frustration.
Just downloaded this game and screen is black.
Been playing the iPad version for awhile. For two days the screen for game play is black. Disappointed. Hope it can be fixed soon.

Tiles are so tiny we deleted it right. Away.
