Community Insight:
This is a quality game but very difficult at the same time. You have to play a LOT of games in order to attain goals and advance, and for the somewhat impatient player we can understand them not continuing and just giving up. The steps to advance are extremely difficult and the amount of coins required to purchase a new country is costly. On the timed games the touch often doesnt register, so it delays you when you have to repeatedly touch a tile until it registers, and this aspect has cost us a win many times because we ultimately exceeded the time limit. Also, there could be better explanation as to what the various numbers and colors mean, and its not clear what it takes to complete a country. The tutorial is very basic and not helpful in this regard. Lastly, its not easy to match four tiles in a row; it almost seems as though they are fluid, meaning, they change position from underneath various other tiles, to foil you from getting a bonus for getting four of the same tiles in a row. We cant prove this but it does seem that way. Lastly, the game teases you when you start a game and it shows you three tiles of the same theme, but the fourth is buried deep and youll never be able to claim all four because eventually you will have to match two of them early on.
Fun and challenging game. Only complaint is any board that requires a certain score before shuffling just doesn't work. We have completed the challenges multiple times, but it still won't register in the game.
Been a few years since theres been any updates. Are the developers still around? We just keep starting over but wish they would add. More vacations. Hello guys? Where have you been.
LOVE the new card animations at the end of the games! So cool.
Why cant we access tokens for us to play the other games? Not too pleased with what is going on.
We just paid for some coins and selected the 750k for $19.99. The links are all mixed up in the game because the one we selected did not read to be what we tapped on. Once we made our purchase, there was only 300k coins added to our game, but we were still charged $21.39 to our card. We want the rest of our coins or a refund.
This is the second time we lost our coins and progress in this game. No way to contact anyone.
We used to have this app on our iPad years ago and loved it. IPad broke (and was strictly an android phone user) so we didnt have this game anymore. We searched every app for mahjong made on the android and nothing even came close to how awesome this is! Finally, at Christmas time, our entire family switched to iPhones. We finally have the app back and we are thrilled! Hours of entertainment.
Love playing this game and it definitely gets harder as you go! But we were so disappointed when we finished this game and there were no more levels to play! Please! Make more levels! We started at the beginning and we are playing through it a second time.
Ive read some of the other reviews and have to say that you can jump around wherever you want if you pay for boosts at the beginning. Yeah that makes it too easy we know but Im old. We love this game. Its the only one we play. If you increase the size of the tiles on your screen (we play on our iPad) youll see that some of them are real works of art. Some of the layouts are very clever too.
This is the best mahjong game out there. Ive been playing it for SIX years. It took us that long to finish and it was worth every minute. Its so challenging and so interesting. Heavy Ninja you need to make more levels. We became totally depressed after finishing the game. Please make more levels so we can keep playing. We have been looking on the App Store for something that comes close but there is nothing like it out there. We even tried downloading the other game by the same developer and it is no where close to this game.
This is a fast paced game. Keeps your interest and cant put it down.
How about an update. Seriously.
Great majong game- enjoying the graphics and the challenge of the different tiles.
In our opinion, this is the best Mahjong Solitaire hands down…Tons of unique tile sets, challenges, and you could make your own goals too, while getting more "coin" to open further countries/ regions. We hope developer will continue making more levels…would be worth paying extra $$ for. Thank you.
This game is the best! We switched to android for awhile but recently came back to the iPhone and am so glad we did simply for this game! The best mahjong game ever.

We love this game! It is very challenging and fun to play.
Updated 09/2016: still lovin this game. It took us two years to beat every section, and then we deleted and reinstalled and am looking forward to doing it all over again. For the person complaining about having to pay to play, that's not so. Start at the beginning and you can make enough to play all the way through. If you want to jump around or buy a bunch of booths, then you're going to have to put a little of your own money in. But if you just start at the beginning and play the levels in order, you don't have to spend any money. ————— we always swore we'd never spend money buying extras on a game app, but this one is so much fun we were glad to spend $5 a time or two in the course of playing. We're almost at the end of the game, and hope there will be more added soon. Also, this might be a fun one to add a head-to-head interface at some point to enable players to compete with each other in real time. Update: Still our favorite game app with Mah Jong Triplet being a close second. Sadly, MJT is no longer available on the app store. What's up with that.
Great game but way too many ads.
This is a fun Mahjong but there are far too many ads and they seem to run as long as each game. We dont know that we will actually keep this game because of the ads. How about an ad free version.
Come on and get some more destinations! Looks like Im not the only one who has this request.
This is our favorite game, just wish they would update the app with more destinations less then a year at a time.
This is by far the best game. Only one problem, they havent upgraded it in two years. Its fun and challenging but please give us some more levels.

This is our favorite mahjong game! Our only complaint is that the new vacation updates are few and far between. The last time new boards were added was a year ago! Please add more – Im tired of playing all the old ones.

We like the challenge but it gets boring it takes so long to get to other levels.
The board keeps shuffling even there are moves available. Its very frustrating.
This game freezes our iphone x. We have to close out before we can do anything. It works fine on our ipad. Please update so this doesnt happen.
The tiles are a little small and it's hard to progress. But the worst thing is the LONG full screen ads after each board. It's a very irritating wait while they show you a whole other game, most of which don't appeal to us at all.
Love the graphics, the settings, the trivia notes etc., but points don't accumulate fast enough to let you skip around. In each game you "earn" just enough points to "buy" a trip to the next location. Sometimes you don't, so then you have to go back and replay a previous game. You have to visit each location in their pre-determined order, unless you want to pay real bucks to get points. We're too smitten with our other (totally free) mahjong game (Mahjong Master, check it out) to get into this one, and there's not enough freebies to draw us in here. Played four games, including one replay, before we got bored with the tile set — which you can't change until a new destination is chosen– then deleted it.
We would be more interested in the game except the challenges are almost impossible to win. The tiles will tease you by showing 4 matching tiles but forcing the player to have to use other tiles so you can't get all 4 matching tiles in a row. We love the theme of vacationing around the world, but it's a bit difficult to travel when you can't win the challenges.
This game makes you buy coins from the very beginning…. Such a disappointment.
Love this game, just wish they'd either make some of the impossible levels easier or come out with more levels faster.

This game is great fun, although we wish they'd start you off with enough coins to at least do a couple countries. Also we had this game for years and had accumulated over 100,000 coins so we had ALL the countries. Now we had to start over due to a crashed iPad. It stinks.
We've been playing this for about 4 years – we keep installing it on different iPads. It's the best Mahjong game out there. We tried others since we love this so much, but others are insipid and boring. The tiles are bright and themed to the different countries. The games have a regular goal and then a challenge, like finish game in 2 mins with no hints. Some we've just not been able to achieve, but we keep going back to try. The designers keep updating the app and adding new countries, so there's something new to look forward to. We can't recommend this game more highly – it's our absolute favorite.
Love it. Best and most themes of any mahjong game. Played for literally weeks before we finally paid for a full vacation pack to open 4 at once instead of one at a time. Love this game. After the purchase, we didn't get any ads. We love how many different boards and music. Definitely add more challenges.

This is an awesome game-beautiful tiles and backgrounds for each country. It is truly addictive, has lots of interesting facts for each country, and challenging.

The best match-game out there. So nice to "visit" other countries and places with beautiful scenes and tiles. Hope they keep adding more places as we don't want it to end. Very well done.
