We have downloaded the game 10 times today. When we try to play is restarts after 3/4 matches. We have been playing this app for several years and this is very disappointing Please FIX.
Love this game, wish we didnt have to start over but Ill do it cause we love this game.
Im almost 70 and this game is the best. Great eye coordination and memory. Our only problem is we were well over 460, but somehow lost it all and had to start from the beginning! Just plain fun.
We have tried to load this new version too. We have lost a token and 5 turns as it blinks off and reloads. Please get it fixed.

Not sure what is going on lately, but loading is becoming annoying and random crashes.
We are running this game on a brand new iPad Pro. Game constantly freezes or has extremely delayed reaction e.g. Click the tile, hear the tone, but tile does not disappear until 5-7 seconds later. We have lost 8-10 lives in the current tournament.
Ive really liked playing this game until just recently we updated to fix some bug issues. Well, now the bugs are running rampant. The game doesnt load half the time. We think we should get another bug fix Update: 12/30/2019 still having loading problems. 1 out of 5 times it will load. Frustrating. And this has been since the last update of the game. None of the suggestions have helped.

Good game until it starts messing up, no support to be found. We sent 4 request for help over the last week and all went unanswered. We havent been able to load the game for a week.
We've enjoyed this game, but beware. After a certain level it is impossible to win and advance without purchasing coins, etc. We have spent far more on this game than we are willing to admit. It's only Mahjong. There are plenty of other apps that won't cost money to play.
Dont expect much from your free daily spins. After weeks we finally got a highlight and when we used it the game froze. Nothing wrong in our end. We checked. Rebooted and the same thing happened. Tried to send a message to the game peeps and it wouldnt let us. Dont spend a dime on this game.
