Hi the reason we gave you 3 stars is because we are a huge fan of makeup and you have different colors of her hair and you can adjust into any style but the reason we left 2 stars is because some people just can't get it for example we can't have it (cost for 5 characters and over 500 new things) and because you should have levels but you don't.
We bought for our daughter and it didnt unlock all features! No one has responded to our emails either.
Paid for the full game but nothing unlocks. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and restoring purchases but everything is still locked. Dont waste your money on these scammers.
Do not purchase the Black Friday ultimate package deal. It does not unlock any of the make ups or accessories. We want a refund.
You try to buy the package, see that it is 9.99, refuse to buy it so it offers you a Black Friday purchase price of $4.99 for the ENTIRE game. It only unlocks other girls, not the makeup or masks. Rip off.
We uninstalled and reinstalled the game 5 times and nothing…we want a refund. Buyers be warned. It broke our little girls heart when everything was still locked.
We paid for the full app but the paid features were still locked no matter how many times we would restore our purchase. We tried deleting the app and redownloading it to restore the purchase but instead of restoring the purchase, it charged us again!! $10!! Its unfair you cant even cancel or return a purchase especially when it was a mistake on the makers end. Very frustrating. We like the actual app for the most part and thats why we gave it a star but its not worth $10.
Its really bad, you only get three hair options one or two or MAYBE three lipstick options, three skirts etc. So like they should really unlock everything to make it better, or Im just gunna tell everyone that know it and tell them about it so they dont waste money.
