We want to start by saying that your game is absolutely fantastic and incredibly enjoyable, especially on mobile devices. However, Ive encountered a major issue that significantly affects the gameplay experience. Currently, the only available servers for players in the United States appear to be located in Chicago and Florida. Unfortunately, we do not live near either of these regions. As a result, whenever we attempt to join a match, our ping becomes excessively high, and we are frequently disconnected with an error message instructing us to check our internet or cellular connection. Ive verified that our connection is stable and high-speed, so Im confident that the issue is not on our end. This situation makes it extremely difficult to play and enjoy the game as intended. We kindly ask that you consider expanding your U.S. Server locations to include more regions across the country. Doing so would greatly improve performance and provide a fair, enjoyable experience for all players regardless of their location. Thank you for your time, attention, and continued dedication to improving this wonderful game.
This game is the best game Ive ever gamed. If we were to game another game, it simply wouldnt game the way this games.
Tbh playing the game has been really fun At the beginning we saw a lot of add featuring this game we fixed we thought it was another game and another failure, but then we we tried it and then it turned out to be amazing. We thought it was going to be a flop, but it was amazing. The only thing they could add is like putting something you can Push feature.

In the new update, where they added the new skins, our game doesnt have them, and Im still on the earlier version. Why.
We like it because its a entertaining game and u play against other people around the world.
The game is very fun and can be very competitive. We just wish u could pick how many people u play against. They should add the option where u can choose to play 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 etc. We personally have the most fun playing 1v1 but we barely get to play it since its normally always 4v4. You should also add tournaments but overall very good and fun game please just add where u can pick 1v1, 2v2 etc.
The game is fun but its missing so many things that it might as well not be playable U cant choose what type of game u do so u have to hope u get lucky instead of choosing between 1v1 through 6v6 its not hard to add an option to choose what type of game u want. Also u cant add friends/invite to clan after a match and if you search them up by name or id they dont pop up u have to hope they show up in suggested.
We used to have a lot of fun with this game but theres been a lot of glitches happening for a while now recently thats made it no fun and unplayable. Specifically in the 5v5 mode in the rooms, the game glitches and some players turn invisible and others are unable to move. Please fix this.

Mamoball is a very good game except that our teammate wont pass the ball making us throw our phone into the wall.
Im winning all the time never lost once we start with the ball we score only hatricks.
Its a really good game but sometimes it glitches and say we have a couple million gems when we only have about twenty. Also it doesnt let us play online with our friends. Other than that its an amazing game.
