Tips:

Practice controlling your marble on the introductory level. Choose the "calibrate" option to optimize the controls for how you prefer to hold your device. If you don't like the accelerometer control – try switching to touch-based control.

Don't expect to make goal time for a level the first try. Making goal time takes practice and requires completing the level with relatively few mistakes.

If you need to slow down quickly – tilt your device straight back towards you. It's easier to brake when you're not trying to turn.

Use Turbo to get the best possible level time – or make up time lost by falling. Using Turbo is optional – all levels can be beat without using it.
Manic Marble 4 has been recoded from scratch using the "Oolong" open source 3D engine.

Thank you for making the game free!! The Gyro is fun. Takes a little practice. Would love if you could fine-tune the on-screen control for Manic Marble #5 ;-) and disabling Gyro for when laying in bed! ATM its too close to the edge of our phone. We had the lite version of this game on our old iPod touch when we were REALLY little, so seeing it here again is really cool. Though, if we could make a small request, could you add support for MFi controllers.
Level 4 Is Unfair And Rigged If You Fall Off The Track Once You Still Miss The Par Time What A Ripoff.
We bought all the manic marble games, and they were some of the best games we have ever had on our ipad. We would love to see the game return. If not, then thanks anyway and hopefully you have something else cooking., thanks.

Another awesome Manic Marble game to add to an already awesome series! Definitely reminds us of Marble Blast Ultra from the Xbox 360. Doodle Jump and Angry Birds may be good, but every Manic Marble game that Rich Olson has put out there so far is better! This series has seen a good amount of fans, but we believe that Manic Marble has not received the true popularity and fame that it really deserves. This game is good to play in any place and at any time.

We downloaded this game and was amazed by how much fun it is. It works smoothly and doesn't glitch at all. Very impressive.
We've never really seen or tried any game like this but from what we've seen and done so far the game is challenging to the point that you just have to keep going to see how much better you can do also it lets you know how good your hand eye coordination with how much you tilt hahaha.
We've always love marble games, and this one made touch and tilt controls work. It's a good game, but it looks like something we would make in a map editor, we don't rate games on graphics, but some polishes here and there wouldn't hurt.
This is the type of game that defined the older itouch devices. Simple yet elegant in their own way. Due to its age, it can not be reviewed in a standard format. Graphics: a bit pixelated but consistent Speed: 60fps. Can't beat that Controls: well implemented and fully functional. Audio: low quality, but not bad. Worth the money?: not by todays standards, but if your feeling nostalgic, its not a bad choice.
This is an amazing game. So pure and so simple. Keep going.

We have a really old 2g iPod touch and we love this game because it still works with our iPod and it is a lot of fun. People really need to stop complaining about the few bucks to unlock the other levels. This game is totally worth just a few bucks and it's really nice of the developer to put 2 levels for free. The 3D graphics are pretty good even on an old device. Im sure it would look absolutely amazing on an ipad. Thanks so much for making this game and making it compatible with old devices.

It's a good game, and it's almost as good as marble park, but marble park gets WAY more levels for 1.99 we think it's like 15 or something.
Only one complaint, to get levels 3 to ten, you have to pay 3 bucks.

This game is just perfect! It feels kinda indev, which we think fits it great! The music is catchy, and it has the best controls in the genre!! One thing though, is we found a secret level and it thanked us for supporting them…. When we didn't even know about any offer on that LOL.

This game is lots of fun! We got it for our kids and now we play it more than them. We like it because it's challenging compared to the many other maze games we have. The graphics are cool too.

We found this secret level on the bottom and we made the top 10 on it. Manic Marble is AWSOME.

We used tomplay this game alot when we were youuger,3 years ago, and it didn't change.
How do you improve upon perfection? We don't know, but these guys did. By far, this is better than the previous version which we could not put down. Now we'll never get any sleep. At least we found something to get all those birds and pigs off our mind.
