Id like to report a random bug while we were playing our progress was completely gone and we had to start from the beginning, it happened to us once before but Im not sure why this happens, Id like to mention that we play this game a lot.
This game had more than 30 second adverts, before, after and replay games. You cannot close the adverts and are forced to watch it. It is the worst game spam in the App Store. If we could give it a zero, we would.
Ill buy this game. We play with our grandson and now ads are showing for nude women.
The game is addictive, love the game.
The political ads finally went away, and then it was pretty fun for a few hundred levels, we guess. Not as dramatic as some, but it was a good game for longer than most. Finally uninstalled.
The tutorial bits at the beginning are annoying and are spelled wrong.
We were going to give this game 4 or 5 stars until today when we got an ad featuring an explicit depiction of a couple having sex. Not cool.
Game opens and quickly closes after level 900. Wont allow us to play.
As Im playing the app will suddenly close on us. It just started happening last week. Other than that we love the game.
We were enjoying the game until update 1.5.0. Now the game opens but when we try to open a level the game closes on our iPad.
We absolutely love this game, Im on level 1183 but now when playing it just force closes and you loose where you were on that level. Like we said its a great game but something happened to cause this force closing. Im so sad we cant play anymore. Please help.
We love this game- we dont even mind the ads. We got to the upper 200s and then it started shutting down. We tried the suggestions, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. We got into the 100s and started having the same issue again. We dont want to keep losing our progress by having to uninstall. We did a help ticket, and really hope we hear back. We cant seem to find an update, so maybe it did it automatically.
Hey guys, we love this game and have been playing it for months now. Very entertaining until about a week ago. Everytime we go to play the game, we lose the connection. Ive tried turning our IPad off and rebooting but it didnt work. Ive even deleted the game and reinstalled it but no luck. And worst of all, by reinstalling, it brought us back to game one and we were in the 300s. At a loss……please help.
We have played this for some time and Im at level 2673. Yesterday it started closing out every time we choose a board. Very frustrating for how much time we put into it. Will this be resolved.

With latest update only reason a 3 star. You play episode and all of a sudden its gone. We are on episode 1583 we think you can open the app and shuts down open the episode and play it crashes. Something is definitely wrong With this latest update please fix.
New update has left us completely unable to play the game. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it just doesnt work anymore. Very disappointing. Level 749.
After latest update the game keeps crashing.
Two times we were over 300+ and it started us back over twice whats going on.
Good graphics and an enjoyable arcade but after we watch a video to earn extra points the screen freezes, and we finally have to close the game and reopen. We cant see that Im earning anything extra.

We were enjoying this game until around round 21 we find the game to become rigged. We attempted the levee countless of times once even completely kept the marbles back far enough to get a 3 star still gave us a 2. What worse is you can barely keep the marbles back without it increasing speed to fast you will never get a 3 star. We tried the free abilities given even with those its rigged to go to fast to stop the 3 stars or if you did manage to beat the speed still gave you two stars even though it barely moved across the map. We then began to see the same trend appear on level 22 as we just decided to move forward. Again the same problem on how its rigged to not give you 3 stars for playing smartly. This games fall behind a rigged platform that makes it almost necessary to buy the abilities which makes the game loose credit.
The shooter is sometimes too close to the marbles so when you try to shot you just keep changing the colours and end up shooting the wrong colour.
We were enjoy it til it crashed we were up to level 300+ now we gotta start over well we aint.
There are no bonuses, earned boosters, etc in this game, so if you get stuck, it gets VERY BORING! If we cant get past this level in the next few tries, we are deleting this app. Too many good ones to waste time on this one.
It says tough the cannon instead of touch.

It's enough to watch ads throughout the game, but they very methodically throw in political ads for one candidate & not the other. We see bias! We don't want to play politics, we just want a little time for entertainment. Don't try to steer us toward your candidate. We'll find another game to play.
Gameplay and levels are great and fun to play. However, ads are just brutal, you have to watch an ad after every single thing you do: ad after a failed attempt, ad to get a daily gift, ad if you want to exit a level and play another. Forcing players through a killer cycle of ads is disrespect. At least give an option to remove ads for a fee like others do.
Deleted this game due to political ad overload.
Relaxing to play. Love the sounds. We can only get to the low 200s and then delete and redownload but Im ok with that.
We agree with others who are stuck on 332. We eventually got through 235, but we don't see how it's possible to complete 332. Could you add some powerups for purchase for the really hard levels? We enjoy the game except for the levels that don't fit between the surrounding levels. Seems like a mistake that should be fixed. Do the developers actually play the game to test it.
We would have rated this game a 5-star time killer but level 470 is ridiculous! The shooter is practically on top of the lowest part of the track so no matter what you do you either hit the wrong spot or you are constantly changing colors on the shooter.
Impossible to get through. Very frustrating.

Enjoy playing the game. Im on level 900 if that says anything about how much we play. The only downside is that there are only about 20-25 different boards that are just cycled through over and over. Still find it enjoyable and challenging. Like others have mentioned, there are some boards that we will be stuck on for weeks at a time (every time it comes around – like Groundhog Day).
This is a relaxing game but it cheats you after you reach up to a certain level. When it knows youre gonna win it wont give you the balls that you need.

Level 332 is impossible to clear.. Tried like 100 times yet no success. Developer plz help… .. Still no help.. We got reply saying thr is no bug and keep trying.. We tried this level like 1000 times . Ahhh waste of our time . When they dont have team to fix this problem its waste for us to keep this game . We are deleting.
This game has timed out several times!! We lose our daily gifts and the chance to continue our game!! Its really frustrating.
