The game is so fun and the characters are really cool and we love the way the story goes, we love how fun the game is,the graphics are really fun too, BEST GAME EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update: two months later and Im still kicked off our team!! We have sent so many emails and tickets to you guys and still nothing!!! At one point you actually said from your end our game is working fine. And once again we sent you screenshots of our game and it shows that our game is DEFINITELY NOT WORKING!! We absolutely know that this is happening to so many players!!! We think we should all just boycott this game until you FIX THE PROBLEM.
We love the challenges and the characters never bored.
The game says that we need to check our internet connection. Our connection is fine. We updated, dumped and reinstalled this game to no avail! Our teammates thought we quit the team competition, which is Not true! Im not allowed to play the weekly competition and Im upset!
We’ve been playing this game for about 7 yrs now. And these last 3-4 yrs theres been a lot of glitches from always saying we have internet issues an not allowing us to play and the not allowing us to connect to Facebook. So, we have been told different things to do such as delete the game an re-download or shutting our WiFi off. Well today 9/13/23 we did both except this time we cannot get back to our status nor connect to Facebook as usual and now we cannot connect to Apple either. We refuse to start over from the very 1st level after playing and being an novice player an co-caption on our team. We just wish the updates wouldnt ALWAYS interfere with our game. Otherwise its a pretty fun game if its working correctly.
We have been playing this game for sometime now because it is a fun game. However we are about ready to delete it because of poor response from support and the the fact the challenges have all disappeared. Seems the game is getting worse by the day. Sorry to see that happen because this has been the best game with great team members. Not sure how much longer we will continue to play.
This used to be the best game. Ever since it was sold, it has gone downhill. Since February, it has been glitch after glitch. So many team members have given up and left. 2 weeks ago, all daily challenges disappeared. Now the weekly challenge is gone. No new levels (supposedly 5 new levels a week, but they are old levels masquerading as new). Customer service never responds. What is the point of this game?
We love playing this game however, they have been nothing but technical issues for the past two months.
The support system is a joke we have been playing this game since 2019 in the last 6 months we have watched long time group members be kicked out due to the updates their rewards not being given and numerous emails sent to support with absolutely no response. We are a group that enjoy the game and have become friends . Not to mention the money that we know we have spent and then as well ! So why why why cant we get support ??? Its yalls glitch not theirs . And we know its not just one or two people . Never glitches for paying for coins . Its just so disappointing and extremely frustrating that no one from support can even bother to respond and help . So could someone please help !

Good game that we’ve played for years, unfortunately I, and other people, have had problems over the last year where the games doesnt update properly and you cant advance. Its happened to us twice; the mist recent time is almost 2 weeks ago and its still not fixed. Their technical support does not respond at all!
Wondering if you are going to fix the issue with the game not updating and leaving us on star league. As you can see you do not have an update and we’ve been on the last star league since it closed. Its very frustrating and getting old as to how much it happens.
We have played this game for years and spend hours and money only to have them update 3 weeks ago causing us to be stuck the entire time Im the same Star league followed by somehow saying we left our team . And not letting us play on any team. We have emailed for the past 3 days with No response we play on a very high ranked team we are #6 in the World and you just messed our entire account up. As has been reported by others, the game has been stuck in star league for weeks. Not only am we not able to make any progress in the game, but we dont seem to get any new ingredients for the bonus rewards nor do we consistently get the daily challenges. Is anyone paying attention to these negative comments? Please fix ASAP. Its been a month since any updates or bug fixes.
We’ve been stuck in star league for 415 games. The ingredients you get are the same 3-4 no matter how you get them. It says to look for a game update (which we have). No updates and still stuck. Help!
We have loved this game through over 1,000 levels. Then, all the sudden, two weeks ago, its stuck in some Star league, and it wont go back to the regular game. It keeps telling us that it cannot connect to the internet. Im frustrated and angry.

Pretty fun game with all levels of play but, it would be nice if they spent more time on developing more new levels instead of always relying on the star league which is long and repetitive. Also, an in app notice states game has been updated but there isnt any update in the game or on iPhone. Reached out to them and havent heard a word.
Love the gamehowever, its somewhat frustrating that we havent received the one ingredient we need (tuna can) to get to the next menu. With rare ingredients, you gotta hit a winning streak to get. Im going on 97 in a row winning and even bought things thinking that would help but nope, still havent received that one item. Youd think after hitting a winning bc streak of 97-100 that would have been rewarded. Can we please make it more possible or an item to trade coins or in app purchase?
Last update is a stinker. Whole team is stuck. We pass levels and our level count stays the same. BooDeb Z 2.
We have loved this game so much but lately support doesnt even respond when there is a problem. There are multiple game glitches where team members are all of the sudden removed and they cant get any help so they can come back and play. Our co-leader was knocked off and week 3 of support not responding. Interesting that the game has no glitches when they take your money. Heartbreaking.
We really love this game until the last 3 months it wont load ever on Wi-Fi or on just phone data. You all really need to do something about it we’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it like 10 times still nothing. You cant do anything like level up your fiends help your team defeat slugs. Just very aggravating.

When is the Star league going to be over? It doesnt show us where Im on the leaderboard all week because Im not connected to the internet which is not true. We’ve played over 300 games in the league now its just replay the same few levels over and over. We just want to go back to the regular game. The month bonus cooking prizes from March is still going on in April. Seems like the app isnt being updated anymore. Update: same stupid Star league going on for over a month. We will not play again until its done, its just the same few levels playing over. If it keeps going Ill just delete the app.
There are serious bugs in this game. First it was that we could no longer access the star levels any more. Now for almost 2 weeks it says we are unable to play because we cant connect to wi-fi. We are not the only person experiencing this issue. And we have wi-fi and can play other games. We finally heard back from support and they said its a cache issue – that we should delete the game and reinstall it. Pretty sure we will lose all our levels and progress. We didnt want to connect it to FB, and since we cant get access we dont know what our support or user ID is so we can make sure our stuff is saved. We asked support about this, but havent heard back – its been days. Support is terrible!

The game hasnt worked for almost a month now (same issue as everyone else. Says not connected to Wi-Fi when we am). Creator stopped responding so Im not even sure if theyre working on it or not. Very disappointing. Used to be one of our favorite games.
After the chest was over-I wasnt able to get back in app. List all the rewards for the challenge. As of right now-still cant open the app. We’ve deleted and reinstalled o er 6 times already-still wont open. Says download failed-check our internet! Internet hasn’t stopped working at all. Please fix this awful issue and please give us our rewards for finishing the slug chest challenge. Thanks to you; we are sure our place on our team has been taken. We liked our team. We were always 1st, 2nd or 3rd place after challenge. Please fix your stupid problems! If we could show you a photo of it saying download failed – we would. FIX IT.
Since the upgrade, we cannot open the game!

We dont have a problem watching ads. We get tired of having to pay for game supplies and watch ads.
For three days now every time we try to get on the game it says we need to check our Wi-Fi connection and then push download. We have done this time after time and thats all that keeps happening. Very very irritating! We have not had any problem with our Wi-Fi. Our Wi-Fi is on so thats not the problem. It Hass to be the game! If this problem is not solved quickly Im just going to delete our game, and we hate to do that because we havent went so far on it.

We have been playing best fiend stars for years. As of last week 2-14-23 the game locked us out of the star league with this weeks update it will not download the game at all. Very frustrating!
We really was enjoying this game until we got to a point. For a week we’ve been stuck on some island saying tournament is over and being calculated now for the past two days it keeps telling our Im not connected to the internet and to check our connection. We’ve done reboot, hotspot, and theres no updates so we’ve done everything. The only way we can save our space is to connect through apple or Facebook and Im not doing that. Fun while it lasted. Star League is over but there isnt update to the game no its still making us play Star League levels.
We know there has to be ads. They started out about 30 seconds. After about level 1200 they are 45 to 60 seconds. Why???? Not its really annoying.
We have been playing this game for years. We would have previously given this game 5 stars but lately there are so many bugs and glitches in the game that it makes it extremely difficult to play. App support is so unhelpful and all you get are generic responses about them working on the issue. There have been issues for over a month and there never seems to be any resolve. We cant even play any levels as of right now because it says we need to update the game when there is no update. Everyone in the group we are in is having the same issue and its ongoing.
