We’ve got a lot of free spin but for a long time we cant use. To play in shootout we have to wait forever to get 5 player to start. What is happening?
The game has not loaded for the second day now without anyone answering to the messages for help. The app believes they are a Real gaming sight and treats you like they are doing you a favor. HERE, the CUSTOMER is never right, and that was an important lesson our family instilled on us as we were growing up. Once you become a paying customer you are branded as one of their regular buyers. We am, with much struggle not a regular payer anymore, every month we cut back from buying. We pay to play, and in the real world we’ve always been lucky, especially playing slots. We can practically guarantee you every time we buy here, we dont win with our purchase, we win when we lose the chips purchased and then we get our rebate gift for buying, and we win on their gift, but it never lasts and our bank has never grown very much. They do not treat their players equally, everyone there should be treated with the same rules, and treated with respect, AND since this is a phony gaming app, quit acting like we are winning and cashing in money for the phony chips. Its all fake but the PLAYERS MONEY! Beware, do not start paying, you will never build a bank and all your wins will be short lived. This started out with a Big Bang, but ended with a dud! We have tried numerous times to get some resolution on the problems with all the games when playing on iOS systems. It is terrible and all we get is our engineers are working on it. Well its been over a month now and no update.
This game is broken in so many ways. Playing poker, the game does not know which hand is stronger ( we had a straight and we lost to a 2 pair). The game goes down at least once a month. If you need support, they will reply back but cant do anything for you until the next business day. Their system cannot look into your game history in real time. Their ancient system takes 1 day and their is 25% chance that they will reply back. NEVER SPEND A PENNY IN THIS GAME!!! Every time we collect from our box, the game will repeatedly pop up 2-3 times for you to give them a 5 star rating. You keep bothering us and annoying us, you get a 1. We just want to play. Their Sunday freebies was very generous in the past. ATM, they are very cheap in freebies and we cant blame them. Slowly getting out of bankruptcy. The challenges are very simple to play and accomplish which is no fun. A good challenge makes the game entertaining.

We love the new Quad Crush game, but HATE how small the game is! Very difficult to see the cards & suits! Aside from that, awesome game, but would play a lot more if we could see it.
Awkward login, app opens web browser then pop up ask if you want to open app. Game friends, disappear and reappear with no know cause. When changing level of bet in slots chat window opens too. Slot graphics are long in the tooth design wise. Annoying issues but great Texas Hold-em interface.
It’s slow spinning the slots and moving around is sluggish. Wish everything was faster because we get restless having to wait. Loading at the beginning also takes long.
Use to be a great game till they changed the rating system. If your a beginner or a lower level play you will lose almost every time to the higher rated players. They have the system rigged for the people that pay for their chips instead of winning them. We’ve had enough of this app we played for over two hours and won 3 hands compared to the same 2 players that kept winning every pot. App is crap will be delete delete delete! Newest update is terrible. Can’t get into some poker tables, the table comes up but everything is blank. Tried to complete a challenge today on a high table and can’t get in. We played them all! This is truly one of the best ones out there. However, we find that the app lags or freezes up a lot, and it has folded us for a lot of hands that we would have won, which is extremely frustrating. It also has folded us after we called a large raise, and we had the winning hand. We have lost a lot of chips as a result. We do not like this about this site. We do not recommend you purchase any chips because you will most likely lose them when the app folds you automatically.
We don’t know what’s wrong w it but constantly the app freezes & will just close! It’s very slow & freezes when sending gifts.
