We’ve been purchasing diamonds and keys but it say that it invalid and contact customer service but it wont let us and when we try emailing its not working we spend money but Im getting nothing we love the game so far but Im getting nothing after purchases if this can be fix that will be appreciated.
We used to wait every day to come back to school to play this game lol but we wouldnt get that much In because of our work. But the storys always motivated us and since they were so long it lasted we a while and then we would go on to the next one. We really enjoy how some storys are comforting and have a really good plot. We usually hate love triangles and never read theme but Red white cinderella (the first one we read) was just amazing we got sucked in and loved both of theme and it was so hard for us to choose who we liked the most in the end but it was just amazing we cant wait for winter were Il just sit down with a blanket and hot chocolate and enjoy these stories this app is truly our happy place .
The plots of the stories are very well written and fun! Honestly, we think Memories Otome has the best story functions/options, some of the most well written stories, and character design/illustrations of all the otmome games we’ve ever played. We love how engaging the stories are. What we love (which a lot of games dont have) is easy it is to get free diamonds so you can buy outfits or photo cards or romantic scenes. You also dont have to pay to read an episode, its free! Furthermore, our favorite story from Memories Otome is Red White Cinderella. We highly recommend this story!!

Hi, we love this game its amazing we wish you would put some more episodes on that vampire game, Im sorry we dont remember the name. But to get to the point, we’ve been having an issue with the game for the past week it doesnt load in to the actual app and when it does we click on one of the stories and it doesnt load in, please fix it. And our account the other day, All of our diamonds disappeared we had 130 diamonds we paid for them. Please fix the game its a great way for us to get our mind straight when we have a lot on our plate.
We tried the ads multiple times, and they said you got one diamond, but none gets added to the total amount. So far we dont really mind, just pointing that out. Also mentioning, the guys outfit in Celestia looks off to us due to the fake buttons. We would prefer if you could possibly do something abt that, sorry for being picky, its just that the outfit is bothering us. Im talking abt vals specifically. Ill edit this later once we play some more of the games since we just started recently. No offense intended, and thank you for the hard work you guys spent creating this game.
This game is wonderful, dont get us wrong!! The only thing we cannot figure out is the free diamonds. You know, the watch an adget a diamond. You can win 10 free diamonds every day. The only thing is that when we play the ads for the free diamonds, the ad freezes, and wont allow you to get the diamonds. This has been very frustrating, and on-going for a month!! What is the deal? We want our free daily diamonds.
