Our students loved this app. However, when we updated our iPad to ios11 it would no longer. Our students and we would truly appreciate the update as Ive found nothing else to compare to it.
This is a great app. We think that the ability to customize your own cards and sounds is a cool feature! We also love the layout and how polished it looks versus a bunch of other memory apps. For example the background turns the active player's color and the score on the corners are a nice size. We Am giving this 4 stars because when playing on an iPad, there are a few hiccups in the layout, the start screen is small and looks scaled for an iPod and the background is too. The cards also look small with a lot of dead space. Thanks for the nice app that whole family can enjoy! We by all means think this is not a kids only app' teens and adults can enjoy it too.
We use this app in speech therapy and really like that it can be played by the whole speech group at one time.
Lot of fun to play this app, highly addictive. Ads are at a minimum.
Our dad had dementia, lived with us for 8 years. We customized this game for him with old family photos. He enjoyed playing this, and it helped us all! Using the " make your own" feature is very cool. Highly recommend.
For some reason, we had a hard time finding a basic memory game app. Then we found this one, and it is perfect! We use it with our aunt, who has developmental disabilities, and it is her favorite app. It times your performance, gives a percentage of correct matches, and has customizable cards. There are two drawbacks-the score takes up a lot of the room so the cards are not as big as they could be (which makes it harder for someone with poor coordination to tap), and some of the cards it comes with are similar colors (some animals like the cat and gorilla look very similar to our poor weary brain!) But it is an incredible app, and we're going to buy some of the extra cards to support the devs cuz this app rocks.

We originally downloaded this for our daughter, but we love to play it! Our "mommy brain" is still terrible, but this Memory Game is helping us to get it together! We love that so much of it is customizable. A really cute, fun game.
Very easy for our almost 4 year old to learn to use. He even learned how to select multiple players. We love that feature, especially the way the background changes its color according to whose turn it is. It helps the kids understand that it is now someone else's turn, though that does not stop our boy from taking our turn right after his! He likes the game that much. In future we will buy the new card packs (with new pictures) which is very affordable at $0.99 per pack.
Our daughter loves memory, and we like it well enough, too. This version has some nice twists in the two special cards, one of which turns over every card in the game suddenly, the other of which turns over every card that has been previously exposed during the game. You can disable those if you like, as, with all Alligator Apps, everything in the game is fully customizable. We haven't played around much at all with customizing it but the options are extensive, including adding your own pictures. We recall that there is even a rather intriguing option to use audio and video together or even turn off the pictures so that you have to remember which word was spoken when each card was turned over. We've downloaded other Memory apps since and deleted them quite quickly because this one makes them all quite blah in comparison.
We're a special education teacher for 3-5 year olds. They LOVE this app. The screen lights up a different color for each kid while it's his/her turn. There is no question whose turn it is. That's so concrete for these early learners. We've also been able to take their pictures and put them in the game. :) They get excited to see their friends. It's also helping them learn their friends' names. This is huge since some of our little guys are barely acknowledging peers around them. We plan on making a new category for items around our room. All in all, this is an incredible app.
Our whole family loves to play! It's Memory without the mess of clean-up and reshuffling. Our 4yo will sit and play forever if we'd let her!! Great app.

Saves a lot of time setting up cards. Muti-player works great or classroom. Suggest adding cvc words to pictures, eg. Cat to pic of cat. Teachers would go nuts.
Excellent! The ability to customize this app makes it wonderful. We can use it to teach sight words, numbers, letters, and more! We found a fun way to keep the students playing- some cards have students pictures. It helped our new student learn names and the others love it too.

We love ending therapy with a little matching game that adds vocabulary and let's them use their brains.
This is a great memory/matching game! There are numerous categories to choose ranging from animals to letters and much more (for added purchase), plus the images used for the cards are wonderful. Additionally, the range of pairs you can choose to play is rather large and the overall interface for option settings is nice. It is super for young kids and we'd recommend it for seniors who want to keep their mental skills up to par. It would even be helpful as therapy for those who have been affected by stroke or other brain trauma. In addition to playing the traditional memory game, the patient could be encouraged to say the words aloud as they see the images revealed adding to their level of mental challenge by coupling visual memory and speech skills. The options for multiple players is great, making it a nice sharing activity in school settings, assisted living centers, and fun for family entertainment. A nice change from your standard matching game.
Best app to play with toddlers. Creating your own cards is a fantastic feature.
Our grandchildren love it. It entertains one with the single player. The sounds and that fanfare it makes when she finishes makes her so happy. It's also great as two to four player game and includes more kids which is great for us.
This is our son's favorite app. He especially likes when the voice tells him "we'll done!".

This is an awesome app. We're a reading interventionist at a public school working with small groups. This will be a great game to play with our kinders. We love how you can choose what theme you want the cards to be. We're looking forward to using the upper and lowercase letters. Another feature we thought was cool was the multi-player option allowing up to four players to play a game together. Finally, this app has great graphics.
We like that this was easy for our 3 year old to figure out. We can change how many options he can choose as once. We also like that we can change the "viewing " time to longer or shorter durations. We have used another "memory game",but this one wins hands down . We measure the success by the number of times our son keeps coming back. The pictures are not too juvenile so that we can use it with older children with different learning styles.

This app is awesome! Love how you can create your own cards with personalized pictures and audio. We're in the process of putting our daughters Kindergarten Word Wall Words on there.
The coolest thing about this app is that you can very easily create your own memory boards complete with pictures and sounds. Our kids love creating their own memory pictures and recording funny voices to go along with the pictures. This game really is very fun.
As a speech therapy assistant we're always lookin for a good game to help dress up therapy and it's hard to go wrong with a classic like memory, so many ways to incorporate it into lessons or just use it as a reward.
