Please fix the game to open. We really enjoy playing but Im getting very fraustrated.
Ever since the update a few days ago, almost every time we do something the game freezes and we have to restart. Please fix so we can play the game.
We like this game but Im stuck, we dont understand why havent been able to see any events is the game done or something nobody explained wha is going on.
We have been playing this for a while now. Today it will not load at all. Just sits there at 0%. We hope you all fix it soon.
We have been playing this everyday for a long time, and sometimes when the events are updated we cannot access the game. Such as right now. There is a new shoreline available as an event and we cant bypass the welcome notification page about it, it just stays stuck on it. We have tried closing, reopening, deleting the app and reinstalling, still the same bug. Frustrating because it looks like a 6 day event, which means we wont be able to play until this coding issue plays out. We tried the help/support link and it goes nowhere. So we may hunt for a different merge game unfortunately.
So we love this game. The only problem we have with it is the side events It is nearly impossible to finish it without having to spend money every time you click something its 30 of your energy so you click 2.5 things and your energy is done. Also, the card game is impossible to finish. You get a lot of repeated cards and the event always ends before you can finish it or when youre really close. Also sometime its too much going on on the main island.
We very much enjoy this game but theyve removed the ability to watch free ads without paying to watch ads. And even that Ive been told doesnt work.
The game has no real game play anymore , keeps telling us the site is unsafe.
We will no longer e paying $20 a month to be ad free since you have made it to only 10 and 5 energy points is all you get. So we wont be playing it much anymore.
This has been our go to game for a year. Spent lots of money too, especially on weekends. But new game economy makes it much less enjoyable. We could play during the week for a reasonably fun amount of time. Now the new game economy really throttles things. We enjoyed 30 energy every 10 minutes. Now we close the game and am less interested in coming back when we can barely do anything. Or we forget to come back every ten minutes to do one little thing. Will probably be phasing out of the game more and more due to this.
We really the concept of this game but we dont understand how we use to wait 5 min to get 30 energy after watching an ad. Then it went to 10 min to get 30 energy for watching an ad. Now its down to 10 energy every 19 min. This game uses a lot of energy to get anywhere. There is always something g going on and sometimes more than one event at a time making it hard to finish any of them. Please communicate better with players who have issues or questions. Seems there is no one at the helm.
We lost whole game stats. Phone reset and game was gone. Reloaded and it didnt sync with previous game data. We were working to get Aurora and collecting Pumpkin Carriages. When phone reset it started a brand new game. We have to do game all over again. Our ID was Carebear Staneart thats all we know help.
So anytime we make a rare merge an option to receive another one of those rare pieces appears. After we decline it gives us an are you sure message. Well in that message someone put off instead of offer. As in you wont receive this offer again. Great game though.
This game is not working properly. We havent been able to access the animal kingdom or extra games within for more than a week and it is making us mad.
Until a few days ago there was an option to get free energy by watching a short video. Now its once a day!! We doubt Ill keep playing & its too bad because we really really enjoy the game.
This game has cute characters, adorable artwork, and smooth gameplay. Sadly, we may not continue to play. The poor translation to English makes us cringe every time a character talks. The story progression does not make much sense. If they could work on that this might be one of our favorites. Update: we got past the language issues and played through level 14. It has some features that are Exactly like some other merge games out there. But it also has some unique and creative gameplay. This game has less playing space than ANY other merge game we have played – and we have tried a lot of them. We have come back to try it again a few times and there is just too much happening at once in such a small space. We were hoping more space would open as we played longer. It just gets worse. There is almost never an empty square on the board. Then a side event or 2 will pop up and drop more producers on the board. Then another event that has you produce and build out of multiple mines to progress in that one. We enjoy having all of those things to do but we cant do the side events. We would need to sell off other pieces to make room, then start over on them when the event is over. You must choose what to save to merge 5 and get an extra piece. We keep everything we can floating in bubbles to save space, but we merge 3 a LOT or just collect/sell pieces we would rather keep when the board fills up completely. It is super frustrating. Why not give us a little more room to enjoy all that the game has to offer.
Ive been playing this game awhile and loved the side quests and events. Recently it appears there hadnt been any this is one of our favorite games but seems kind of lacking now. Just wondering what happened.
Okay so we finally found the game Facebook group in the game description and the developers were quick to help with the glitch we were having. We appreciate their updates in that group too. This game is super fun and cute.
No complaints here! Barely any glitches which always get fixed! This game is addictive for us, cute, fun, easy but challenging in other ways..more so just patience to level up lol but overall one of our top favorite merging games!! Try it out.
We are addicted to this game. And we spend about $10 every two months months on gems and upgrades. The main issue we have is the free energy after watching ads reset stops working. Which is annoying because we purchased the no ads for a week at $5 and now Im not benefiting from it since this function is not working and we wasted money now. We tried contacting customer support but that function is not working either. Very frustrating. Otherwise its a really fun game to play.
Our game has issues! We didnt get to play last event because it wouldnt load and we dont get the video energy but every 2 hours.we cant move forward, we cant collect more areas if it doesnt upload.

Ive really loved playing this game and enjoy it a lot. There is always something to do and you can play this game completely free and still progress, which is not something Ive come across in a merge game yet. Great job development.
Our energy and timed items arent progressing like they should. Opened the app to find everything like we left it. If this isnt fixed soon, we wont be playing anymore. And Im so sad about that.
We love this game! We play off and on all day! We do spend a small amount of money to play sometimes but you dont have to pay to play and have fun.
We love playing this game. Its relaxing, not terribly difficult, and a lot of fun. But a lot of times, the feature that allows you to watch video ads to speed up timers or give you bonus pieces, just doesnt work. Its not a deal breaker, but still a pain. Particularly if you are waiting for something that takes an hour. Other than that, our game pretty much works fine. Ive seen other players say that the developers have given them rewards as compensation, but Ive yet to receive anything. There is also no option on the game to contact the developers with issues or troubleshooting.
Love the game, but today everything is weird. 78 hours before store renews, things that should have taken 1.5 hours to build are now showing 68 hours, etc. Very annoying.
We love this game! Ive been having so much fun over the past week playing it! Our only problem is that right now we only get one new energy every six hours. That seems like a really long time and Im not able to play the game as much as Id like to.
Played the game a lot over a week and the energy system slowed to 18 hours for one action point. Non functional garbage at this point. We were enjoying.

Usually we hate merge games. But we happened to play this during a two event time frame. Exciting, fun and kept us so busy we wasnt playing any of our other games. It has slowed down this week (thank goodness) but we truly enjoyed the frantic week while it was playing. Hint: it really needs some type of event to constantly happen otherwise the game slows down so much you can easily log in once per day.

Fun game to play but the recent update that removed the option to watch ads in exchange for game time is gone. If we want to play for more than a few minutes we have to pay. Bummer, we were having fun.
We love playing games on our phone but we have a tendency to get bored with them quickly and delete them after a few months. This is one of 4 games on our phone that has been able to hold our interest for longer than just 3-4 months.
We love this game and we have spent some money on it. There are bugs and glitches that they are still working out. Other than that, Im hooked on this game. We love the characters and decorations. We like to merge and see what comes out of the merges.
We have been playing this game for a while and we love it. Our only issues are that it takes a long time to get enough miracle essence to open new areas. Also the recent update removed a ton of progress we had made. We are missing a whole area we unlocked, some of the larger items we made for the hearts prayer event. We are also missing a large chest for that event as well.
When you click on anything that is supposed to provide an add to view for energy or additional products, it fails to load. This takes away any opportunity to go forward in the game, for those of us on a limited income and cannot pay. Please fix.

We love the game but we wish we could play between different devices. Every time we play on our phone then switch to our tablet it wont save the progress. One of the devices is always behind.
Repeatedly, Ive sat through ads in order to earn rewards, and got ripped off instead. Ive watched the little energy bolts, collected them, and saw the energy go up, then back down again. Over and over. If you pay for it, youll get your purchase. But its irritating to sit through an ad in order to get a rare item, and have it not appear. Twice in a row.

We really am trying to get into this game, however, we signed in through Apple on both devices, but they are not syncing. We signed out on our iPad and tried signing in again via Apple and it starts us over. Normally our games sync across our devices but this one will not. We want to be able to pick up and play from either device. Anyone else have this issue.
You need the ad,s to complete a lot of things yet the ads are not loading.
We are totally enjoying this game. We play 2 other merge games. We like different aspects. Our question is: where is the bill pen? We have too many animals on the grid.

Ive been somewhat addicted to this game, its quite fun. However, there are a few things that are problematic. Star this one because its important: it doesnt sync with iCloud or Game Center or whatever. The game is on both our iPhone and iPad, but they are never at the same place in the game. Other issues: One, sometimes when you get a special item, and it brings up the bottle thing, whats supposed to be in it isnt there. Nothing. Or you merge to get something special and then you get nothing. Two, and majorly annoying is that the little side quests like Bizarre town, they only last a few days. You cant possibly play it enough with the energy you have or the time to play it – this time needs to be longer. Its just ridiculous that theres so little time. Three, the nature reserve is lovely but it takes forever to build up your animals. You might get one here and there, very occasionally a couple, but its too chintzy. Make it more rewarding!! Ive had ours for weeks and we still have like 1 or 2 of a species. Four, the main level and a too small for everything that winds up on it, and theres not much space to have to add anything. So rewards are small. Its just too much stuff on too small a playing surface. Five, some of the things that you have to use energy for are ridiculously demanding of energy. Makes it a major drag to play when. You can only get a few things, as opposed to lower energy costs. Ther could be lots of improvements. Overall its fun idea.
We were actually really enjoying the game. We spent a lot of time on it this week too. But then for some weird reason it took 4 days of our progress. We have no idea what happened!! The new mini game we were close to 60% done and it started us at the tutorial. All of our new animals are gone! All the energy we accumulated for the save the whale mini game, gone. So for now until its fixed Im not gonna be playing it.
