We really enjoy playing this game. We find it very relaxing and fun. We play for hours trying to figure things out! We cannot even put into words how fun we find this game. Thank you for creating our relax time.
Fun game to play when bored. Its mostly just merging items to make new ones and to unlock characters. Our suggestions would be to make energy go faster because we have to wait for about three to five hours to get all our energies back. Also more characters pls we dont know if theres any more besides the ones we saw so far.
This game is a pretty good time killer and actually fun. We enjoy it for sure.
No lie we love the merge games but hands down this one is our new favorite the graphics are beautiful and gameplay is smooth and easy understand and there is always something to do we love it thank u to the creators.
We have played many merge games non really stuck out to us or lived up to what they were offering. But we started playing this one and we actually really enjoy it. We play it at least 2-3 hours a day if not more. Whenever we get a break we check up on our little world. Keep up the good work.

Third day playing addicted already. Dogs woke us up at 4 this morning. So we had to get on the game and play. Already at level 9. One issue though, never enough energy for the adventure quest and we havent gotten enough coins to buy the extra energy. We were hoping that we would get an extra refill each day, but only got that once. Stopped plying two other games to spend more time with this game. We’ve been playing merge since merge dragons. You need a gem purchase where we would get gems each day we log in and play.
The game is a lot of fun to play but there should be a way to get energy faster and the side games should last longer to give working players time to complete.
We are trying to find help with a problem but there is no where to go. We are stuck trying to get our next fairy and dont know how to get what we need. Very frustrating.
We started playing a few days ago. It was going well until the game did not save our progress and backed us up a bunch. Now we have no chickens no cows no genie no diamonds no castles way less animals in our zoo and we almost had the Alice event cleared. All the things we did gone and we spent money to get a good start. We would love to see if the creators could somehow find our progress and fix it? There is no way to contact support on the app.
We love the cute graphics in this game. We play a lot of merge games and this one is our favorite! We go to this game first, then play some of the others. We like the events where you get chests and energy and other items for the game, not so much where you get clothes to dress the characters. We love the island with the animals (beasts). They are so cute!
We were playing on our game this morning and now it has completely stopped to where we cant collect anything on our main island, but we can play on the nature reserve island. Please help us figure this out so we can play back on our game.
Great game love it. Easy merges and easy to complete levels.
Took a while but you finally fixed the problem and even gave us free diamonds for our inconvenience.
We were frustrated not being able to log on for so long but the developers works hard to fix it and gifted us diamonds for the issues. This game is so fun to play and so happy its back up!
This is a really cute and fun game. They have had a technical problem with the iOS system, but they have been working hard to resolve it and rewarding players with gems to make up for it. We would recommend this game to anyone.
Have been playing this game for months. Now it wont load.
We opened up the game and it isnt opening up at all.
Since we updated will not open. Trying update again see if this works.

This game is fun, but since we’ve downloaded it a month ago, most of the time the app doesnt open and stays on the first picture and not load. Def frustrating!
Its a really cute game, we would have loved to have continued the game but they limit your energy and if you want to play beyond, it starts costing you. Not only do they limit your energy, you have to use your energy to harvest pieces to get more pieces to merge, so you are totally depleting your energy in a very quick way. Every game is made around how much money are you willing to pay to play! This one gets you right out of the gate! Good luck!
We used to love playing this game it was one of our go to games but for the last few weeks we have barley been able to open the game at all. We have deleted the game and redownloaded and it still wont open. It is a good game otherwise.
We love the game, when it works. Problem is, it never works. Customer service is the worst we’ve ever dealt with. Its been forever since our game worked.
Im having trouble getting our game to load from the start up screen it wont move past it, we have no loading bar or even a swirl on the screen that shows its loading. We’ve deleted and reinstalled it several times but still wont move past that first screen Im not sure what this issue is but it should be resolved.

Fix the game! It hasnt been loading for the past 2 weeks now. We keep thinking its going to get fixed but still isnt loading. We’ve uninstalled and reinstalled twice now.
But for some reason the game wont load to let you play we’ve tried everything it must have a glitch please fix our game.
The game itself is fun. Every couple months though it has loading issues which last for days. As for gameplay its fairytale meets goth, so no floofy characters.

There is no more space to add more creatures and merge, what happens if you have all chests and you cant open them, merge them or hide them away?
We love this game so much!! Originally we would have given it 4 stars, but now when we try to open it on our phone, it will not open. It just sits at 0% loading. Super disappointed because we got far and do not want to lose our progress. Do better!!

Our game is now missing all of our collecting pieces (the places where we collect for the next building) – rebooting and restarting our machine is not working.

Game was working finebut latest updates has caused a discrepancy in being able to click on our collections and receiving any coins for new merge collections we make. It shows the coffee feast at top of page & when we click a new tab it shows beneath (you can barely see a shadow) but stays on the coffee feast. We would attach a screen shot, just not sure how to do that here. Can this be fixed? If not, Ill have to uninstall and we really do enjoy it and would like to have it fixed. Thank you.
Im having the same issue as the reviewer from 11-8, but we also have another issue on the animal island. We completed the flamingo and it gave us the congratulations screen and zoomed to the habitat. But it never unlocked the habitat, so we cant access any of the treasure or store our flamingos there.
Money has been spent and lost a lot during this last update.
So we love the game and the idea but recently when we go into the book to get prizes we cannot because the coffee version that ended like a week ago are in front of it and wont go away we have tried many things and it wont go away.
Would be a solid game if it didnt crash constantly UPDATED: Game works very well now, no crashing!
