Tells us to decorate more but no options to do so. We believe Ive completed the game and waiting for an update for the longest.
The game was cool so far until we got up to level 30 then it just stop going to the next level. Im trying to wait it out to see if a update coming but its been two weeks now.
So.we are totally addicted to this gameor we were. We have played and played and now it seems Ive won the game. We guess once you complete all the areas you are rewarded with.not being able to play the game again until there is an update. This should be a 5 star review bc we love this game and havent played anything else since downloading it. But seriously, what am we supposed to do once all the areas are complete? It seems we have to delete the game and start over. Which will make us lose all the gems Ive collected as well as start from the beginning on all our sources. But what doesnt make sense is that there are clearly more sources to get bc there are items on the board we havent opened yet. What sense does this make??? So2 stars. If the app developers will fix this issue Ill be happy to change it to 5 stars.
Ive been maxed out on current level for months. Trapped, unable to Advance. No forms of contact get replied to. Bummer if we have to delete it which we think is in the very near future.

This game got boring after a while! We ran out of levels to play and the game seems redundant! Booooooorrrrrriiiinnnggg game! Now there are no more levels to be played! Waste of time and money after you buy gems.
How do we get area 10 open? How do we move forward? It cannot stop here, we are invested at this point. Come on.
Its one of our favorite game! The only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is because Ive finished the whole game and its been a while of us not being able to do anything with this game. Really thinking about deleting it.
We really liked this game when we first downloaded it but too soon the dog maxed out at 50 and the areas maxed at 10. We cant advance or do the events without more areas. When will this game progress.
The game is fun to play but when you get to level 30 the game just stops because there arent any more orders to fill. The Devs do not respond to emails.
We love this game however every time we purchase diamonds they take our money and we never receive the diamonds or package we purchase. We have contacted support about this issue and not once have we heard back from support and it has been 2 months of trying to contact support. So we warn u do not purchase anything from this game.
It was great until we guess we got to the end? The game no longer gives orders to fulfill. Ive spent quite a bit of real money because it was one of our favorite merge games but its always been glitchy and the developers inconsistent.
We thoroughly enjoyed this game. Side games to pass the time, fairly easy to get gems without spending real money. Some of the orders took a little while to complete, but overall it was a daily play game. Then we reached a level that had a glitch and because of that it wont complete the scene. We have run out of orders to fulfill to move on, and we cannot finish the scene. We have spent real money on this game and Im frustrated that we cannot progress on. There is no update available that could potentially fix the glitch so now we have nothing to do. If this hadnt happened we would have given 5 stars. We reached out to support via the help button in the game with no reply.

This game is fun and pretty much like the other merge games. There are wayyyyy too many ads to watch to get items. You will spend half your time watching ads. Also, everything should be able to be trashed or sold. Many items just take up space on the board or storage. And there are too many webbed boxes to take up even more space.
Ive only been playing a short time and Im at a stand still nothing more to do a coming soon post but that was forever ago sigh.
We have bought 3 different packs in the in game store and was charged but never received anything. We have tried to send our feedback about either getting our packs or refunding our money and have heard nothing.
The game is fun but we paid for the explorer pass and it wont activate. They took the money but we never got to activate the pass.
Been playing forever and our app got deleted and now will not reset to where we were also never gave our in app purchases right away. If our game can be reset along with purchases we will change our stars.
Found this game and loved playing it. Decided it was worth buying some gems and the pass. Tried to buy both, got confirmation that our purchase went through, got the charge on our card, then did not receive the rewards. Heard this has been happening to other people too. Do not spend any money on this game!!!!!! Scam.
The game itself is cute but this merge game doesnt compare to the others we play. The amount of ads forced on you is annoying and the constant pop ups to purchase from the game is also annoying. Typically we WILL spend money on our own time but having it shoved down our throat is off putting and we refuse to ever spend money on this specific game just for that. Graphics are nice and the decorating is fun.
We have been playing and really enjoy the game but there is no way to save your progress. We had to delete it off our phone and when we put it back on, we have to start back at the First level. We were on level 9. The rewards was better for watching the ads but the ads are starting to be excessive.
We bought a package to have the app ad free but it wasnt ad free so we messaged their support and they say sorry if it was unclear and asked if we wanted a refund which we replied to yes. Then radio silence. We had to make a claim with Apple and they refunded us. But then we have a new phone and then we cannot transfer our progress on our new phone so we emailed them again 3 times and they never replied.
The ads are inexcusable. Deleted it after playing for 15 mins.
Too many random ads popping up.smh we do not recommend.
After the halloween update happened we cant get into the game anymore to play. Could you please update the game again so it will load and let us into the game! Thanks.
Its a great game, but it keeps freezing after the loading bar is at 100% and doesnt load the actual game for us to play.
Your game has to stop crashing!! This our fourth time starting over!! Its really fun till it stops working and crashes.
Since about Nov. 1 cant get the game to load at all. We really liked this game until we could no longer play it.
Love the game but we find it freezes often and we have to uninstall and reinstall the game.
We love this app and probably spent way too much money, but the new update, now it wont load and we paid for a week of no ads.and losing our daily rewards.

We were enjoying this game up until recently. For the last week we havent been able to get past the initial start up screen to even attempt to play. Not to mention the forced pop up ads seemed to come more frequently. We dont mind an ad one in a while but it felt like ads were popping up every 10 minutes or so. Sometimes even more frequently. We might just uninstall it and and not worry about playing it anymore.
Are y'all going to fix the game so it will stop freezing up.. It won't even open for us to play.
The game keeps freezing and there are too many web boxes given as prizes. We would rather get new stuff.
We had to remove and reinstall the game order for it to work and we lost everything and it happened again it crashed. Its a good game besides this.

We really love this game, but have had to delete it twice because it keeps crashing. We thought reinstalling it would solve the issue, but it hasnt and Im not starting all over again because it doesnt save progress. So we guess Im done for good. Was fun while it lasted.

We dont like how we were playing with no issues and now the app wont even load for us. Very upset about it.
The game wouldnt load and we had to reload the game. We wasnt thinking but there is no login so the game restarted and any purchases we made were gone.
We updated the newer version and now the game doesnt work at all we used to love it played it all the time and now it just freezes and wont do anything.
Updated the Halloween update and havent been able to actually play. Starts to load the game at about 30% it then instantly jumps to 100 and never opens at that point. Sent an app support message then weirdly enough got a ton of crazy junk emails but still nothing done to fix. Time to get this off our device. Not to mention the little story they have is totally cheesy and really needs better English grammar.
Man we really LIKED this game. This is probably by far one of the best versions of these merge games but this game is so glitchy. If you get to a certain point in the game it completely shuts down and does reload. If deleted and reinstalled this game 3 times now and the same thing happens. The part thats the worst is that you cant save the game data so you have to start over each time. Please fix these glitches. We think youll have a better play rate if you do.
Game stopped working and we had to start over after actually putting in a little money to support the developers. Buyer beware, we see we are not the only one with this experience. Could not figure out how to get crystals back.
