Game tends to freeze while playing and we have to restart numerous times a day. Also, its pretty laggy when moving objects around. Other than that, it keeps us occupied.
Ive been playing this game for a little while now and we truly enjoy it. However, when we dont get our rewards or the videos freeze its absolutely ridiculous. We just won an event with first place and got absolutely none of our rewards and it takes a while for them to respond and we have to send a message.
We really enjoyed this game until we didnt play it for a few days while on vacation. When we went to open the game it started all over again. It took all our progress and everything away.
Seriously considering deleting this game. We reported two bugs and it seems they only fixed one. Im still having issues with the game freezing after watching an ad for a coin reward. This game is no different than any other merge game. It just has more bugs. Update: Despite contacting customer service directly about the ads freezing up the game and posting the review above, nothing has been done to correct the issue. Actually, the problem is worse now. Delete.
We dont mind watching ads to get free energy or get bonus coins or cut back on build time. We actually look forward to these bonuses because they increase play enjoyment for us. Since the new update the ads no longer work for us and it makes the game move slower than desired, which means we are less likely to play as often and we will likely only play during the refresh times. Updating our review- august 2025 still having issues with ads and now there are issues with screens freezing or not loading so we end up having to leave by closing the app then restarting. Just the past hour we had to do that over 20 times.
We couldnt transfer the game to our iPad from our phone.
We used to love playing this game, but there are too many things going on in the game now, its hard to keep up and the game lags so bad. We cant play like we want to because it drains our battery so fast now.
Was fun but it lags so much its become boring. You want more information, now after all this time has gone by? We already deleted the game, no desire to wait another month to see if you can fix the problem.
Every few days our game does not load. It get as far as 94% then stops. Another thing is if we do get into the game is that nothing happens when we tap on objects to merge or collect items. This happened three or four days ago then again yesterday.
We really enjoy this game when its working. The continuous pop ups to purchase things when the place we need to click lines up with the Buy button and it pops in mid- click and we have to wait for the apply-pay page to pop up so k can close that, and wait 30 seconds for that to close so we can go click what we needed to click really annoying. Other than that, its fun when its up. Since the most recent update, Im frequently having problems with connecting The initial loading screen gets hung at 94% and sits there at 94% until our phones screen dims out & turns off. Ive tried all the tricks u can think of, try on just WiFi, on just cell signal, on hot-spot; restarting phone, restarting network, etc. And theres no consistency n how to log in. We can only get in about 10% of the time now. Please fix.
Love the app until today it started lagging once we opened new area.
We really love this game with the merging, the rewards, and all of that stuff. Its just Im not enjoying the pop ups that ask us to use money (real) to get rewards, and its also very laggy. Like, lets say we press the little book icon because it has an exclamation mark on it. We press it and nothing happens, so we press it again, nothing then a few seconds later, it pops up without the background. Its just floating as Im merging our wheat. Like, what? But other than that, its a pretty good game.
We have been playing this game for about a year and have spent money on it many of time! It is a very enjoyable merge game and we appreciate the features it does have. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it and we have to rate it lower. It has a terrible ad problem. We used to be able to watch ads anytime we wanted to, but for the past month or so we have been unable to watch any. We have tried reporting the problem, but we were unable to get in contact with anyone. We are a non-European player, so all they say on their FAQ Page is that we need to fix our network. We have tried multiple times on many different networks, but we still am unable to view any to get rewards. We have tried contacting them about the issue as well, but all we get back is an automated robot telling us the same information of it being our network that is the issue. We have not seen any improvement for over a month, so we hope posting a review will get them to notice and fix the problem for non-European players.
Ever since the new update with the toy games, the game force closes every few minutes. We cant seem to get very far in the game at all with having to constantly reload it.
We enjoy the variety of options to play. The screw game is fun & challenging. Enjoy.
This game is awesome for stress relief! We work a busy 8+ hours each day and while the screw puzzles arent a daily thing, merging things and doing math (oddly enough) is so satisfying seeing how we can optimize the layout of each category of items.

The game is fun and relaxing but our game wont load. You said bugs were fixed but maybe you missed some.
Ever since updating to this newest version with the screws (mind you we have yet to see that mini game at all), the app crashes constantly. The new toy battle side game is super confusing and not entertaining.

Credit Karma ads will automatically open App Store and their website on Safari to get you to buy. Some of the ads have a timer that are misleading (we.e. Saying the ad is 30 seconds, but then new timers for 3 more pop ups for the same ad. Some ads are over a minute, when they freeze your phone you have to shut down the app. So many broken ads that waste your time. So many ads.

Ive been doing playing this game for about 10 months now. It started out as a great casual game to play to relax. They are constantly making updates to the game that are not value added and the game is becoming less and less enjoyable to play. The latest update took away energy opportunities at a absurd level. For example we used to be able to watch ads from balloons several times a day for 30 energy each. Along with that they had 14 different times throughout the day to watch videos to earn energy, that opportunity had been decreased to 3 lousy chances. The gift energy chances went from all energy opportunities to a mixture of diamonds (small amount, not worth much) and small energy prizes. This game is less and less enjoyable. Ill be looking for a replacement soon.
Not happy with the new changes that have occurred over the last day. Shovel to remove unwanted items is gone. Cant get the proper conditions for the workers to work. Rules to certain events are unclear. The game has gone from enjoyable to tedious. Im out.
Seems like a fun merge three game, but it constantly freezes. Im stuck in the animal world; we cant do anything at all. Ive tried to exit and return but it just puts us back in the animal world where everything is frozen. We would be happy to edit this when the issue is fixed.
Unsure if its updated or what but all of a sudden today every time we open it it plays for a second and then shuts down and Im back at our Home Screen. We open it again and Im right back where we were the last time it opened so Im making zero progress. Hopefully this gets fixed soon because we very much enjoy this game when it works.

This game is glitched at level 84 on the minigame, we make the puzzle look identical to the sample and it just doesnt do anything we have try several times and also exited the game and nothing.
Customer support is a bot no humans. Can't find a way to get rid of g we ft boxes, and we don't want to be forced to buy them. So far we have $68 worth of boxes that are taking up space and have no intention of buying them.

This game is one of our go-tos. However, Ive been experiencing recent glitches. When we go to merge the wheat straws together, there has been two occurrences now where there is one that we cant merge together so we have to remove it. Another thing that Ive experienced is a glitch with the daily raffle. There have been a couple of times when Ive gotten 100 energy and they wont go into our energy bar. Our app doesnt need to be updated, so how can we fix this? Other than those hiccups, Ive been loving this game.
Why does the free energy raffle now give us diamonds and coins instead of energy! Super disappointing. That was a bad update. Energy is the commodity here. Please change it back to energy only prizes.
Theres a major glitch with a lucky raffle lately. Multiple times we have chosen lucky raffle, awarded 100 points. Go to continue mining and it says we have no points. Other glitches include things that we earned and were gone when we came back the next time we open the game. Also, it seems the only way you can really advance is if you spend a lot of money! It said it was a free game and Im taking it at its word and only using the free portion. But its beginning to be really boring and Im not really sure how we can ever advance from where we are without putting money into it. Its not really a free game if you cant advance without buying stuff. Updated to add that we received a response saying you updated us about the changes to the lucky raffle via the in app email. Ummm, bonuses what youre talking about. No email In the game that Im aware of. Maybe you can just include this email that was shared, in your response.
We loved this game but we keep having so many problems with the raffles to earn our free energy or diamonds and not receiving them. Its getting really annoying. Please fix this.
