Definitely one of the best games on App Store. However thats a pretty low bar.
It is a good game but the only problem is it lags a lot and it takes forever to get different aircrafts and skins for them are so expensive.
One of our biggest things is there is no points at all for getting mvp of the match. Makes no sense. We have spent money on it but we dont have a problem supporting devs of games we enjoy on a daily basis. We wish it didnt take so much grinding to level up once your at about a level 13. If they fixed the point system would definitely be 10 stars . Keep the new maps coming.
Its really a fun game. Incredible graphics the aircraft handle very well. Really fun game well done. Way to go star farm.
The game is great, we recommend that the game gives you the option to add more ordinance (aka. Missiles) and extra fuel tanks to the aircraft. Also able to change ordinances between aircraft. Also, we think its time to add more aircraft to the line lineup. Even throw in classics ones from the Second World War and the Korean War.
This is the best flight game Ive ever played on mobile its so fun.
We really enjoy this game and for a quick pvp fighter jet game on the phone, its great. However, if you dont have money to spend, this game is a grind to get any of the jets you actually want. Also the game seems to be biased towards Chinese jets, for example, Chinese IR missiles in the game can shoot off axis with extra maneuverability to hit targets but NATO or Russian IR missiles cant, even though in real life the AIM 9X can do exactly this as can modern Russian IR missiles. Or the fact that of the highest level aircraft only the Chinese J-20 gets 6 long range missiles and 2 IR missiles in its internal bays where the SU-57 and F-22 Raptor have only 4 and 2 even though the Raptor in real life can house 6 AMRAAMs in its bottom internal bay and 2 sidewinders in its side bays. Not to mention the various perks Chinese jets get vs everyone else. While thats annoying it doesnt stop you from crushing with any jet in the game. We for one seem to do great with the F-14 Tomcat and the ADV Tornado. Maybe Ill update this when we unlock the F-22 and tell you all of the above doesnt matter lol.
We like cooking other fighter jets with missiles, but you need to make there be an automatic reload on weapons because Im getting this old while Im trying to get new weapons going through those circles.
Recently Metalstorm has been closing out on its own. Especially frustrating when done during matches. Please look into this.
Hey, Id like to start off by saying this game is PHENOMENAL. From graphics to gameplay, all of it is beautiful. We compliment the devs, though earning in game currency is a bit slow (our experience.) The very thing we like to complain about is the matched based system. You see, Im still pretty much an amateur flying the F-5 and whatnot. But please, please tell us why we are up against an F-14 TOMCAT and some other 4th to 5th generation fighter jets. Its really unfair and a bit infuriating to be destroyed by people with such level and having such jets. In short, the skill match system is a big rugged. If able to fix, we (and maybe a few others) would very much appreciate it. But overall amazing game, good work.
Top notch from the controls to the matchmaking, to the graphics. The game now has daily and weekly challenges. The flight pass is now obtainable without paying for it. So thankful for all the updates and amount of work put into them. Playing everyday.
Please add controller support. It would make the game better.
We like the jets and the abilities for the jets but there arent ships, tanks and helicopters. If there were those vehicles it would be a huge improvement. Also this game is really fun and there are no ads.
If you like jets and flying them/fighting them this is the game for you u matchmaking is very fair gameplay is superb and if you want a grind its there or spend money either way u can still compete. Love this game best game Ive played on mobile if this is your thing.
Overall, the games are really fun. Its hitting a lot of notes graphics and physics. Pretty cool. You can grind to upgrade just take a while but you dont have to buy anything to have fun but its missing just a couple things that would make the game so much more fun adding a team calms mode where you can talk to your teammates and a cockpit view other than that no complaint and highly recommended.
This is the worst game in history of fighter jet games he keeps giving us more defeats.
Its a cool combat game, simple controls short 5 minute rounds which we like. We would like access to more of the player gameplay data/stats after each round. We like to dig into our performance a bit more.
This is hands down the top PvP air combat game out there! We love that it doesn't cater to money playersreal skill is what wins here. Plus, it's refreshing to see a game focused on talent rather than pay to playan F5 can outfly fifth-generation fighters when flown by the right pilot.

Actual game is good mechanics are awesome but Lobbies are manly bots ngl tho it is the best dogfighting flying game Ive come across.
Nice fast matches, relatively balanced gameplay. Biggest downside is how short the matches are which is also an upside. Id just love a massive war with 50 planes instead of 10 in a match. And would like longer match options.
Its the best game as of now great graphics no glitches in that, or performance issues. But challenges are pretty much the same different plane but really never changes good maps what would make it better while playing to go from one map to another in like a special completion with maps that are are similar in land scape but noticeable different or bring a water based map into the game like attacking ships or fog fighting over water.
We absolutely love playing this game. Is very addictive and the graphics are amazing on it. Best thing about it. We can also play it on our PC.
This is an awesome game. But, if youre not willing to spend some money or a lot of money. You may not like it. You buy a flight pass and get a ton of what you get when you complete the pass. If you own all the planes you literally just stack up flight tokens that would cost a ton and do nothing with them.
Needs better communication between players in battles.
These devs need to sweeten the crates. NEVER any gold! Just add a bar or 2 along with more Silver which would make getting crates something to look forward to and add a little excitement. You get tons of tokens for mods but theyre basically useless. Also need to add more kinds of planes. Not enough variety for a flying game imho. A few of those planes are for troop support and ground missions. Not dogfighting. Oh well. Theres other flying games to play.
Biggest flaw is the pass which we dont buy anymore. To level up it requires you to fly planes you may not want to fly. We have a set of two we like to fly and many of the quests are on planes we really just dont like so we dont even do the quests. The quests should be more like down 3 Mirage III because that would be fun to hunt in a match. 3000 points with F100 just isnt for us.
Dont know why but the app is updated to the current version and it still says need update everytime it opens on the phone.
We never write reviews.. But for a mobile game its tons of fun, its FREE and theres NO ADs!!! Has a battle pass with some cool stuff you can unlock if you wanna drop a few dollars and support the game creators but it gives you gold for free every once in a while just from the daily log in and the free half of the battle pass. Best mobile game on our phone. (Add ADs and youll ruin it for us).
One of our biggest frustrations with Metal Storm is how the mission system works. Every Sunday, the weekly missions refresh, and every day, the daily missions refresh. However, these missions often force us to use aircraft we have no interest in playing in our case, the A-6. We think the game would benefit greatly from adding a feature that lets players change or reroll unwanted missions. Something simple would make a huge difference: 2 mission change per day for daily missions Up to 4 mission changes per week for weekly missions This would give players more control over how they play, without breaking the progression system. It would make the experience far more enjoyable and much less frustrating. And honestly, being pushed to play the A-6 makes it even worse we absolutely hate that plane. We have zero interest in using it, we regret ever buying it, and Id get rid of it in a heartbeat if we could. It was a complete mistake for us to purchase it. Every Sunday the mission always gives us something to do with the A-6, daily missions two, rarely do we get missions of the planes that we actually wanna play in. 10/10 game.
We love the game but the gold is pretty expensive also the flight pass you guys kinda made the challenges pretty useless and the only time points go to the pass is when your doing a challenge we just feel like the flight pass was made so you buy it and then realize you cant finish it unless you play all day every day or pay money for more gold we think the game would improve ten fold you of just rewarded more flight points for challenges making it less of a useless grind.

This is one of the best flight sims we have flown so far. Very realistic and very challenging. Im a true dog fighter , so the only thing that would make it the best would be to have a guns only engagement.
We love playing this game almost everything is super fun but we have two things that we wish to be implemented into the game and that is a weekly/daily task to complete for a reward we feel like that would make the game better and also the gold in this game is ridiculously hard to get and really expensive in the shop so if something could change with the gold that would be amazing and make the game so much better.

We are not really into jets and planes but this game as shown us a lot and is very fun one thing is tho we wish you can unlock jets faster because we dont want to be stuck on the same plane. Overall this is a very fun and exciting game and really recommend this to anyone who loves planes.

We love this game it is super fun but we just wish it was a little more realistic with graphics and flying the jets and all that but overall its a amazing game we definitely recommend if you like fighter jets and dogfighting.

Im tired of getting into games with too their planes that out maneuver, and have better guns than what we have. It makes the game hard to progress and less fun when Im in the first jet, going against F22s and sukoi 57s. A first person view would add so much more depth into the game to, a new POV would drive us to play the game more with that alone.
Unable to update in our iPhone. Not enough space. Was enjoying the game.
