A wonderful recreation of a childhood classic, we believe that minesweeper fans should be more aware of this apple version.

The final results are covered by the banner that says we lost. That we cant review the board to see what we did wrong. We agree. Id like to know how we lost. Is there any way to move the results screen? Or display a show results button at the bottom after the game is over.
Good game, blank space start option would be nice. Most expert games end on the first click since its all luck.
The end of game pop up covers the screen so you cant review how you died. Please move it or make it where it goes away. And let us get rid of ads. Otherwise pretty good.
When a game ends, the app displays a new game banner thats too big and in the way. When you lose and want to see the mistake you made, the New Game banner covers most of the screen. So, you cant see your mistake. Make the banner smaller, or make two banners. The first would pop up after a game ends, and just ask the user if he wants to play another game. The second would allow the user to select difficulty. The smaller first banner would allow the to view his mistake.
Kind of disappointing that you all didnt code in a workaround; seems kind of impossible to win.
Title speaks for itself. Love the classics but every 1-2 games they have long ads and each game isnt that long.
Results are covered when a ours is hit not giving the user an opportunity to learn or review the board.
Great for passing the time but it does seem to glitch a little and crash sometimes.
We have concerns after reading the comments. Spyware? It did sign into an Instagram account for apparently no reason. Message appeared signed in as account name Copying the contents of the clipboard was noted in the comments. The game mutes our music in game forever after the first pop up the plays something. We thought Apple was checking these apps.
This is our favorite version of minesweeper we have played so far. The only downside of this game is that sometimes we will be playing and it will randomly go to our homescreen. This has never happened with any other game we have and it is very annoying.
We have a few tips for the devs of this game. The first one is to generate the level around the users first tap. Tapping for the first time of a game and instantly losing because you tapped a bomb is not a good experience, especially if it happens multiple times in a row. Another tip is to not show ads even if the user didnt win the game. Its just not an enjoyable experience for the user and makes them want to not play it anymore.
If you do lose, the massive level screen immediately pops up, covering the playing field, app you don't see where you went wrong. Everything else is fine, but this is why we are deleting & finding a different version of the same game.
This game isnt even like other games like why would anybody play this game? We dont like it. It is not fun. Thats why we rate it 2 star.
Two things Randomly closes, ending the game Cant see what was missed when we make a mistake. Just closes.
We love this on iPad, but so small we cant get the bombs to flag. Frustrated; we are expert at this game.. Maybe we are wrong, but doesnt one cover a ours by holding the square in question.
Mines are already generated. This means you can tap a square and hit a ours, therefore losing, before even starting the game.
This version covers the board when the game is over so you cant see where the mistake happened. We think there are errors, too. Use another version.
We are constantly dying from our first press being a bomb, the first choice should always be safe, this isnt fun when you have to reload 5 different times to get a good starting point.
How is this even minesweeper if there are only 48 mines on expert? Sad thing is, thats the only thing that puts this one well under all the rest of the horrible minesweeper apps out there. Most of them in order to reset you have to do all this extra nonsense, but this one you just hit a button. Fix the ours amount, and fix the inability to put question marks on minds cells that you think might be mines and this will be like the classic game.
Why would this game app request to paste from Authenticator? We can understand the request to send notifications, but the request to Authenticator sounds a bit phishing if you know what we mean.
Because of their ads, the system crashes in the middle of the game. Ruining all the work you put in. So many others out there. Too bad, was perfect. Delete.
We could handle the ads between rounds, but then it started trying to paste in whatever we had copied every time we opened it and that's just not okay.
No instructions on how to mark bombs.
In addition to constant and incessant ads, the game isnt even programmed right. Heres a tell tale sign: can you hit a bomb on your very first tile? If the answer is yes then youve found a very poorly programmed minesweeper! Just find another version of minesweeper to play, you dont need to waste your time on ads over a game thats made as a beginners intro to programming games class project.
Used to work fine, but now it crashes every time we attempt to play. Sometimes lasts for a minute or two, but often crashes within seconds.
Loved this app, but now it crashes constantly. Developers website is no longer there.
Tried to open 3 times Froze and crashed all 3 times.
Fun for a couple games then it starts DOWNLOAD A DIFFERENT GAME. Every 2 or 3 games, another Advertisement pops up you cant stop until its time is up. The fun you had disappears within 2 or 3 minutes and you wish you had not even tried this version of a great game! Dont Install. Huge Pain In The Butte.

The game works great, but unless the developer can answer why this app grabs the contents of the devices clipboard each time its used then it seems a bit like spyware at best. Please explain and remove this behavior and this will be a perfect version of this classic game, but we dont see how it can be trusted until then.
App automatically pastes whatever youve copied into its storage when you open it. You seriously approved this, Apple.
Loaded it up, got a message saying it pasted data from the clipboard (Safari in this case). This is highly suspicious, and in the past has been used to steal passwords. Do not use.
This app is using information from the clipboard for no reason. Every-time there is something on the clipboard this app pastes that information in the background. Why does it even need access to the clipboard is the question to ask.
As soon as you make a mistake a big GAME OVER menu comes across the whole map, so you cant even see how or why you got it wrong. Cant clear it away either, just stays blocking the entire thing. Seems easily fixable.
We havent finished a single game. Finally just deleted it for another app.
So they have a pre generated map which means 1 your first move can end the game and 2 half the time youll tap a number then end the game would not reccomend.
If there was a way to flag the ours, we couldnt find it.
Need to tone down the ads! Uninstalled.
Started playing, after our first game a ad came up, no big deal, then we were immediately kicked to the AppStore for that ad. We touched nothing yet was jacked out of the app. Zero stars.
This is a pretty good remake of minesweeper, but there wasnt enough stars to rate 10/10.
