We love doing the Mini Daily Crossword! Its a great way to relax and to unwind.
We like the puzzles and format but the subscription procedures are confusing and delay the actual puzzles for a week. Because of this we might have inadvertently subscribed twice but cant find out for a week. Poor set-up.
We came here because NYT games put the mini behind a paywall. This is fun but our husband and we compare times and our iOS game and his android game arent the same!!! Sync them up.
Like the game but waiting over 30 seconds for an ad is too much.

We have played this game a while and had a nice streak going when the program developed a bug and wouldnt let us in. Streak gone. We reached out to the developers and they told us how to fix our problem and we are back going strong. We are now up to 351 days straight solving the puzzle. Great way to end the day.

The app stopped working this past weekend and it has been very frustrating and we left feedback on their site. They have now updated their app and the puzzles are back and our days played streak has been restored. We have thoroughly enjoyed this game and we are glad they have got it working again.
We play this crossword app every day. There was recently an issue with the games, and the developer replied to a message we sent to their support email about it. Thanks for keeping this app going, we really enjoy it.
No support when it doesnt work! Waste of time when it doesnt work and there is no help to restore.
Used to love doing these puzzles, but havent been able to open them this week. It keeps saying will be available at 9:00 tonight.
The app is stuck. It hasnt given us a new puzzle in about 4 days. The button is gray and not blue like normal.
Our puzzles have not been coming daily, very frustrating.
We have a streak of 688 days. This app still sends us notifications at 9pm every night saying theres a new crossword to play. However, we think the developers have stopped this apps updates. It feels like a divorce. We would play one every single night for almost two years now. We miss it. We yearn for the crosswords. Our heart aches.
Live this app. Very disappointed that it now requires a subscription to play. Will not be playing anymore.

Good game. The Daily Bonus says does not effect streak but it should be affect.
We have been addicted to this game lately. The only negative thing we have to say is there are many repeating words. How many times have we played "eyes" or "elf" or "spas".
It doesnt always let us unlock packs and extra games.
The app just stopped tracking progress at all for no reason. Was alright before that.

It was a fun little daily puzzle until it stopped. Saturday was the last daily released (now Tuesday). We wonder why its stopped.
We loved doing our daily crosswords and now they stopped releasing daily :( did the developer stop supporting the app.
This just happened recently. Im in eastern time zone and all of a sudden the puzzle is not available until 9 PM in the evening. Please fix this.
Not sure what happened but our app now doesnt allow us to play. It just keeps telling us to come back for the next puzzle but the Play button never unlocks.
We have used this app for a couple years. It suddenly stopped working. We downloaded the update and that didnt help. The calendar doesnt allow us to click in the days date.
Fun but confusing at times. Fort Knox is in Kentucky – not Tennessee.
We got this app specifically so we could play multiple games a day and we cant. Also, you cant leave the game and come back to it later we guess Im so used to the practicality of NYT games that Im not accustomed to this. We think Im gonna just delete the app bc we cant deal with it. Good idea, frustrating execution.

The same questions with same answers come up or same answers for different questions. Must be hard creating puzzles.
Fun little game to do each morning.
Super fun game overall, but we had initially did the 7 day free trial and after the 7 days we paid for the 3.99 monthly subscription but it did not give us access to any of the puzzle packs and none of it was ad free. The subscription claims both of these things when purchased however none of it was true and was honestly false advertising. Loved the game but super disappointed in the subscription. Paid $3.99 for nothing, waste of money tbh.
W app Ive been obsessed with the nyt crosswords but there is only one a day but this app u can do the daily one but theres also packs of puzzles to play its very fun and the dino is very cute get this app ive been playing this every day and not a lot of adverts.
We like that its timed and that we get to compete against ourselves. We had some friends download it and we play against each other now too. Our longest streak was 9 days and we look forward to when the puzzle comes out at night to try to get back to it. Def recommend.
We enjoy this app, but we really wish there was a setting where you could turn off the timer.
The clues are usually clear but some are far fetched.
We thoroughly enjoy unwinding to a game of mini-crosswords. So much so, that we have shared the app with our students, friends and family.
It read that users can turn off the timer when solving puzzles. We type slowly.
Not happy with the political hints.
We like this puzzle format but this the 2nd time we have signed up and been charged $3.99 a month and can not open the puzzle packs in the current month. This happened last year too. We tried again in July. We could open July puzzles but was charged for august and can not open them. We canceled subscription. Very disappointed. We want our money back.
App works great – but after spending $4 to unlock everything, nothing unlocked. Feels like a scam.
We love this app! But recently, it hasnt allowed us to open it. We click on the app, but it wont load. Ive restarted our phone several times, redownloded it, and so on. Im not sure what to do and we miss playing our crosswords.
Wish we could turn them off, its too much. Before every puzzle you dont need it.

Update: crash fixed. The app crashes on launch after December 11 upgrade. OS 14, iPhone 11pro. Please fix.
We had trouble with this app after using it a few years. The changes made to it resulted in our not be able to review puzzle before we reviewed it. We guess we were pressing the wrong button. Once we received an email from app created, which was VERY prompt after our negative review, we learned to press the correct button , which allows us to review. We like having two puzzles to solve each day also.
