We love it but we hate when you have to watch a show or pay for two Things in each level Love Kate u Sexton.
We haven't ever played it but by looking at the views and we like mermaids we think it will be a good game.
We love this game ever since we started it.
We don't like it but it makes our little cousin happy. And isn't that what counts.
We like the game a lot it is really fun the only thing we don't like is you have to pay for more levels if you were able to play all the levels without paying for them we would have gave you a five star rating.

You don't get the things that you need.
This is the worst game EVER,WHEN we were playing level one it wont let us play it ,so dont waste ur money and time on it,it is foolishness!Am an 8 yr old and that was a bad game.WHAT A RIP OFF.
Im not a fan that you had to pay about 6 dollars to get the other levels with no adds. Its way to expansive considering you only get 10 levels total and you just repeat the same medical procedures, (which is not many) over and over again. Our four year old got bored with it quick. Save your money.
It won't let us get all the levels we guess you have to buy them for 4.99 waste of your money. We do not recommend this game it is terrible do not get it you will be mad trust us.
This game was terrible it is called the mermaid pregnancy game for a reason but won't even let you play any of the levels of the mermaid being pregnant. It only lets you play the levels of the stupid sick daughter. It's such a rip off do not waste your time on this terrible game.
This game won't let us buy all the levels or let us play the freaking game!!!!!!! (Hate this game).
Would love to play this game if it even LET us get into the first room:(! We tap and tap but it just freezes! Waste of your time.
