Sorry totnose that says it doesnt work or they had problems. This is the best pound for pound practice app for finger drumming available. This app works perfect with the Akai Mpc Fly which eleminates the need to tap on the ipad glass. This app teaches you new ways of finger drumming and if you practice you will get better.

Newbies can play while learning… Our 3yr old is on it NOW !!!! Yet also entertaining and useful to seasoned adventurers !

This game is really fun and it also helps u to understand some of the basics of making a beat.(GREAT APP)

This is great we only wish there was a iPod/iPhone version so we can dl it for our 3 year old. She already makes beats on the MPC Renaissance. But to have her follow directions to recreate beats is brilliant. Great work Akai.

The sounds doesn’t work at all. We’ve completed a couple of levels but we’ve done everything to get it working but it just doesn’t work.

They’ll charge your account without your permission. They stole money from us, they are no good.

I’d like to start by saying that we are a professional musician. We have owned an mpc2000, s5000 and s6000. Currently we use iMaschine to start most of our songs. So we’re familiar with the difficulty on programming on a touch screen. This is not a way to learn any level of finger drumming. There is a huge window for your timing when "performing" the songs in game. We think anyone interested in an MPC will be let down. The true mark of the Akai brand is always "the feel". They really do have an organic feel. This app betrayed everything that we love about Akai equipment and won’t teach you how to program any of their hardware or software. Couldn’t be much worse.

We just wasted 1 minute of our life. We can never get that back. Next time try to create an app that does something. Anything.

Other than the intro music… Theres no sound….

Sorry, couldn’t get past the LOUD, crappy intro music.
