Im ok, with watching ads, but Im constantly being cheated. Several times in a session. Occasionally, we understand. Although gaming in Las Vegas, wouldnt let that fly. The game freezes a lot. Ill have to delete this game soon.
Why did they close the challenges before we could even finish.
We agree with money vacuum, you should let people who spend money have a little fun. More to say, when addressing money vacuum you say that you guys are like the mechanics of the casinos, no you guys make the casinos look good, its one thing to take the points from people who dont spend any money, but you guys take away the points faster when we spend the money, this is ridiculous. We know you guys are rigging the decks to make people spend more money, its obvious, there was one time you guys let us get to 19 million, and then immediately took it back, because you wanted money. Let people enjoy the game a little longer. And dont talk mechanics, were not that dumb.
Ive played this poker game and it just takes your money. Interesting algos. You get a sale price and purchase 20.00 of play of 6 million. Never got one five of a kind and the highest hand was straight flush. Even after they gave us a 5 million point bonus after the original dwindled. We played 50.00 to 200.00 per hand range. Terrible odds. Its a great looking game but it doesnt pay.
We play a lot of video poker at casinos the app is a visually beautiful representation of the machines at casinos, but thats where the similarities end we understand the developers desire to make money, but ridiculous is ridiculous after 5+ years (including spending $20/month for chip buys) of playing very small bets on the app ( because it strongly appears the programming has been set to grind away at your bank) and way too frequently attempt to get you to buy more chips There is a weekly poker challenge in the game with 16 stages we typically finish 1-13 in about 2 hours, then spend 5 days looking for (2) 4 of a kind to finish stage 14 Not enough big wins, and the chip packages are too expensive.
Its great fun for a while. Gets increasingly impossible to win over time.

We did not purchase anything on December 15, 2023, but was charged $99.00 and received nothing. No coins. Nothing. This December charge was denied a refund! What is going on??? We do not have a support ticket. We just know we have been a loyal customer for a long time spending hundreds of dollars a month on coins. Fool that we are, we get charged on December 15/16 for $99.00, but charged for what?? We do have a subscription for $19.99 for 1 M coins a day, but we would never have a subscription for $99.00 a month. Please refund our $99.00. Thank you.
Have reported this 2 times now of course its always our fault. We know how to close apps and reboot but same old same old. Loads half way then spins. And we see from other reviews Im not the only one Fix this please.

Ive tried a lot of different video poker apps and this one is by far our favorite. We love all the different games and BIG wins.
Cant play very long without losing everything.
Id rate this a 5-star but with the problem that keeps happening made it become a 4-star review. The problem Ive been having happened the next day after we had downloaded it. Whenever we want to play one of our games it loads and then before the second loading it stops halfway. We tried every way to fix this such as restarting our device, exiting all our apps, making extra space, and deleting the app then reinstalling it. It worked when we deleted the app but it came but after about 20-40 minutes.
Payouts are still terrible. IF a big payout hits it goes away fast.

The worst paying game out there.Dont waste your time.Very frustrating.You can collect points for days to try and get some play in but literally lose it in 5 minutes.You can go 20 deals and not get one thing.Then it might throw you a bone and give your bet back but then thats all.There are many better apps out there.

We bought credits 2x ran it up to around 30,000 credits. Today its at 21,000 and was prevented to play unless we buy credits we've had this happen 4x now, its pure greed.
Youve killed the game! Undo it ASAP.
This was a fun game. The V5.0 update ruined all that. It now takes 2:43 just for the loading screen, and the graphics are like watching a bad GIF. Game is unplayable at this point for us. Too bad, we liked this. Time to delete and recover the space. (Same behavior on both the iPad and iPhone).
We vote try it if youre into Vegas and l figure you must be you got yourself in the app then this app is about as Vegas as you get.

They are banking on people buying credits but with very few big wins! Their excuse is always the same every time the odds of winning at not guaranteed and are based on the same odds as if you were in a casinoblah blah blah. Save yourself some aggravation and skip this game.

We had this game on our IPad. We bought $20 worth of coins and played it less than hour. We closed our IPad and came back less than 2 hours later. When we picked up our IPad it felt hot and the battery had decharged about 25%! Ive never had an app on our IPad do that before.

Its very easy to inadvertently hit the bet max button and before you realize it the coins you just bought are gone! Wasting $20 in a couple of moves. Otherwise, its a fun game. But Im uninstalling it.
If you like Las Vegas you are welcome here. Spend your money, win some invisible coins, continue, spend more of your real money. Bells will ring, you will ? Progress ? To where??? Heck of a game, nice themes, mildly cool, decent graphics, and yes, fun…. But at your expense in the end. As in Vegas, you are not here to win. Yes we spent $4.99 for 1.3M in coins, but away they do go. Amazingly quickly. Be careful. Bottom line, if you got it to blow away, they will be happy to accept.
