We just downloaded this game and we are obsessed! It is so fun and it doesnt have that many ads like some other apps Ive downloaded! We really recommend this game if you get bored easily it it a fun game to just hang out on.
The game is fun. It is difficult to fill all the orders and we consider ourselves pretty quick. No way a 4 yr old could play this game. There are way too many ads. We spend as much time watching ads as we do playing. It seems near impossible to even close out of the ads. It really is ridiculous. We would like to just be able to play and not watch an ad every two minutes. And we are not paying when there is so much more out there to do and play.
Ive just recently downloaded the game .. So much fun but it keeps freezing!!! We thought it was our iPad so we downloaded the game again and it erased please fix it.
Just let us play dont need all the tutorials.

Having lots of fun, challenging at times but not too hard! Its a fake we can stick with.
So we downloaded this app because it looks fun and it is but our mom got addicted to it we wake up in the morning she is playing our cooking on our iPad. The only thing we dont really like is the lives its just unfair when your on hard levels but overall its a great game.
Ive been playing this game for a while now and we really enjoy it. Our only complaint is the redundancy of completing 40 levels on 1 restaurant 3 times. We would rather see a system when points/money earned earns you stars from 1-3 based on finances. So you could go back and play a level that you may have only gotten 1 or 2 stars. It gets boring and not challenging playing the same levels over and over again. We like that you dont have to use your gems to upgrade restaurants as in other games where you just run out of gems and cant move forward anymore in the game. The free spin every 4 hours is great but 9/10 times you will land on $200 or $500, dont usually get gems or in game boosts. Overall its a fun game, we play it everyday but it does get boring having to complete the levels 3 times in order to earn stars- we would prefer to see each give the player an opportunity to earn 3 stars the first go around.
Im tired of seeing ads every other level. Whenever we click the no ads button, it keeps saying purchase failed. Please fix this.
We recently purchased gems. We got charged on our credit card but no gems showed up. We contact customer Svc via the contact us button under settings. They will not respond. So if you want to risk paying them money for gems that wont show up, buyer beware.
This game cheated us we earned diamonds and made purchases using our diamonds for instant cook the game took our diamonds and never awarded us the instant cook and theres no way to even contact them to report a problem . We will keep writing a bad review and rating this game bad until something is done this is not fair . We actually liked this game up until now . Good thing we didnt spend our hard earned cash on this.
The game cannot move to next city. The setting panel missing on page. Missing daily check in.
What is there to say these games are fun they ever seem to bore us and we like the combination.

We have been stuck on a level for several day, we can not proceed due to running out of customers. We are not going to spend money on the game. Plus, Ive read that it steals your $$. Its a sh ame, Id love to play with out getting frustrated . Loosing because of lack of customers is ridiculous.

The game is fun. It freezes a lot. We deleted it because the coins u earned from watching countless ads dont transfer to different countries as u advance. WHY NOT. WELL BY.

This game is fun and addicting, but once you get good and invested it starts giving you levels you cannot complete without purchasing boosts with real $! Basically, you are given a task and not enough customers or time to complete it (literally no matter how fast you are) and you must buy to play at that point and it feels deceptive.
Get us to spend cash. Im stuck, on a level that purposely leaves us needing more customers. For several days now. Guess what, this is when we delete the game. Everything is upgraded to the max. But you want 35 gems to give us more customers. Not happening! Buh-bye.
It totally froze on us today, black screen, music playing but nothing. Forced us to delete the app and reinstall, lost all progress and $$$ Ive paid in to date. What a waste of time. Post our review, these developers are stealing peoples money, the app fails takes your money and you never get the gems! Its awful. Too bad. Latest steal is $21.96.
The game hangs a lot which causes us to lose the game. Like the food gets burned cause it is hanging and doesnt want to move.
WARNING!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY BOOSTS. We have purchased boosters twice and did not receive them. Tried reaching out to them and they do not reply.
The game is great if you like making in-app purchases, they take your money and then it doesnt deliver the purchase. Its really really great if you like zero customer service and no response on top of them taking your money.
They took our money even during these hard times. We purchased 60 diamonds and they did not give them to us. So we thought it did not go thru. So we did it again and still nothing. Then it says it log out and log in again. Then says something else. Still nothing. But they charged us twice and still did not get our purchase. We want our money and we will continue to do reviews until we get our money back.
We are so happy that we love this game so we just want to say thank you for making these cookie games thank you.
Just started on round 8 its a quick play! Reals you in with adrenaline so you have to keep playing to see whats next.. Makes you anxious to keep playing. Feel the need sensation.
