Community Insight:

Great game, but we bought the full version and it is no longer available! Please help us get our full version back.

We acquired this game when it first came out (several years ago). Our kids enjoyed playing it, so we went ahead and did the in-app purchase. Now our family has grown and we wanted to restore our in-app purchase for this game on a second ipad, when we rudely found out that restoring the previous purchase is unavailable. The "menu" only takes you to their store. We are very disappointed this company does business this way. We'll be sure to avoid the apps you have listed in your app menu page. There are many more programmers who do business properly. We be looking elsewhere.

We agree with others about in app purchases. We have this turned off by default. So the only way to purchase the app is to turn in app purchases back on. So we did and we purchased the app, then we turned it off again. We then went to our second iPad and tried to download the "purchased" app. No luck, it only installs the trial. So it would seem that the in app purchases are meant to get money for each install per device, even if they are linked to the same account. Puzzles are a let down. It's the same puzzle pieces in the trial. Just a different amount of pieces. We figured they would be literally different puzzles. But in the developers mind a 3 piece snake puzzle is a different puzzle to a 4 piece snake puzzle. All the same shapes. Head, body tail. Or head, body, body, tail. We know it's called snakes but this is lazy.

Kid enjoyed playing, but after the update the app became the free version. Haven't found out how to get the paid update back.

We paid for the app for the iPhone and wanted to install it to the iPad. Somehow, the app on the iPhone is a trial version and asked us to purchase it again!!! We deleted it and tried to install it again but the result was the same. How do we get the full version back without have to pay it again.

Our son learned to recognize 1-10 in part because of this puzzle. He loves it.

We have been trying to buy the full version of this game and it says we already bought it for 1.99 but when we try to unlock a new puzzle it asks us to buy the full version again very disappointed our son likes this game but our credit card info is on here and we supposedly purchased the full game but it's not letting our son at the full version.

Little ones really enjoy this app. Colorful fun.

Our kids absolutely love the game! The dinosaur version is brilliant. Keep more puzzles coming as our 2 year old has completed all of them! Oh and BTW, your child shouldn't be able to buy the game by him/herself. We suggest you ummm change your password?!? Give us a break. Secondly, 99.5% of apps cost money to pay for employees and insure a future for the company. As a business owner, we find it appalling so many people want handouts. You did receive part of the game free so stop complaining. As you know, software companies have been selling products like this for years.. Grow up tard.

It's a delightful game for children, beautiful artwork and idea, but we would like to have the option to turn off the background music. Please consider this optipn for next update. Thank you.

Great app for young kids. This puzzle in particular has really helped our 3 yr-old learn the symbols for numbers (she has been able to count to 20 for ages, but strggles to know what a 7 looks like, or the difference between 6 and 9). We would not recommend this for older kids, we can't imagine kids 4 and up would be interested in this for very long, its pretty basic. In response to some others… 1st – It says right in the game description "first three games are free, other may be bought in the game". This should not come as a shock. Nearly all free apps are offered as a preview before buying the full version. We appreciate being able to see if our daughter will even like the game before spending money on it. 2nd – you should not be allowed to download apps without a password (even free ones), you can also disable in-app purchases in your general settings.

We have 5yo identical twin boys who have severe autism, who like these puzzles very much. However, even though we have disabled in-App purchasing, we have a problem in that they keep clicking on the "more games" link and getting switched over to Safari. We would really love it if game authors would stop putting ANY links in kids games at all. Out of all the things that could be regulated in the App Store, this is something that would be great for Apple to dictate in their terms for games meant for kids 8 and under — no browser links whatsoever. Good games do not need advertisements, especially those targeting kids who just want to play a game without any added confusion.

This game is very stupid it lets u do like 4 puzzles then it wants u to buy the rest…do not waist ur time and leave this app to rot in the app store.

We love the concept of this app it reminds us of Tozzle but they make it way to easy for our three year old to buy the additional "51 Puzzles." we don't mind paying $2 for an app, but if you are going to advertise this as free and then design it so that our 3 year old can buy it as we're juggling cereal and juice at the grocery store, well you lose our respect. It's just a shady thing to do to parents. Why not say its the "Lite" version and straight up say the full version cost $1.99.

Our 2.5 year old daughter absolutely loves this game. It's really reinforcing in her mind number order. The puzzle game is perfect because it forces her to put the pieces in place in order according to the numbers on each piece. She has been playing it for almost 2 hours straight now. The game is free for a few sample levels, but you can buy the rest of the levels for $1.99. For us this was worth it.

Now we know to disable in app purchases. Since we got scammed into buying the upgrade, we thought we would put the app on our phone, too. They want us to buy it AGAIN? We don't think so. We already bought the upgrade. Isn't once enough.

This is usually one of the first apps that our three year old goes to on the iPad. We like that he is learning to recognize numbers and put together puzzles in a fun environment. This particular developer offers a lot of great apps for kids. We wrote a review on www.ipadapps-ipadcases.info.

Our 4 year old loves these puzzles.

Our sone loves this game as well.. We haven't run into a single game by this developer that is not superb. And to the reviewer who has issues with the in app purchase, why does your child know your password to purchase applications? Also, why do you not just disable purchasing with the restrictions before letting your child play with it.

Love the app, but we need to be able to purchase outside of the outside the app (no in-app purchases).

The Graphics are great but static, and the sound is the same for all their apps. (come on, get skywalker sound effects library or something – bored ) Oh, did we mention you can only play it in ONE direction. No rotation here. Our child thinks it broken.

Our son just purchased the full app in minutes of playing this. We don't mind purchasing an app after our son is able to play & enjoy the game. But the developer makes it very easy to purchase w/o requiring a password. That is a very deceitful way of doing business & we will never support any other games that are made by this company! SHAME ON YOU.

Our niece loves this game, but this developer made it easy fir kids to purchase the app with just an accidental push of a button! Very deceitful and we are super pissed! Screw this unwanted app purchases.

We played one thing and it said that we had to pay!!!!!!!!! We HATE IT.

This is a total scam. Our little boy has tons of kids apps that require you to go to the App store if you want to purchase an upgrade. This is the first app we've seen where it's 1 simple touch and you've just made a purchase. We can't keep this app now because we're sure there's other hidden Purchases. We will be reporting this to Apple.

Luckily we caught our son before he purchased the add-on! Sneaky.

Our daughter LOVES this game. It has to be her most played game on our iPad.

We really like the concept of this app and would have gladly paid the $1.99. But after catching our daughter twice nearly clicking the purchase button within a few minutes of testing this app, we can't with good conscience buy this. We agree with other reviewers that this can only be intentional and underhanded. Shame on the developer.

Besides the fact that this app is not good, BEWARE if you are going to let your kids play with this. It is way too easy to purchase an upgrade with just a couple of clicks. This should not be allowed on an app directed to kids ESPECIALLY toddlers!!! What a pathetic attempt by the creator to get money from unsuspecting people!!! Avoid this app.

Our 3 year old granddaughter is fascinated with this app- she is learning to identify by sight her numbers and the sequencing of 1-12 while putting together puzzle which include snakes; flowers; and hearts. Bright colors; great snap sound when puzzle correctly placed; and of course the applause when she has completed the puzzle. Highly recommend this app for a fun way to introduce numbers and sequencing.

We downloaded the free app and began to play it with our son. He clicked a couple of screens and before we could do anything he had accidentally purchased some upgrade to the app. Should be some other way to prevent this. We will be complaining to apple.
