We are so disappointed with the new update. The puzzle pieces cannot be moved in a fluid way. It will not allow you to try pieces in different places. It seems to jump a bit away from where you are trying to fit it. We have been playing the previous version for many years and been quite satisfied. Why change something that was a 5 to a 2. Not happy.
We agree with the other reviewers why change the app. It was better the old why. Please consider going back to the previous version.
We enjoyed this game until this update. Its difficult to use hard to put a puzzle piece to the puzzle. Jumps around. Its small. Ill be looking for a new puzzle game.
We miss the old format. This one is hard to see the colors against the background no matter how we change it, its either the really dark or the lightest disappear. Also the shapes make it hard to tell which ones go together.
This was our favorite puzzle Ap, until the update. Now it takes forever to even open and doesnt operate as smoothly. A lot of our pictures that we had added are gone! If it aint broke, dont fix it.
Not sure who thought this change was an improvement, but it is totally not! Extremely frustrating.
The background is a pale version of the puzzle being worked instead of a solid color. This makes it difficult for our 80 year old eyes. The puzzle also moves too much. We preferred setting options the first time we used the app (# of pieces, rotation, sound, etc). This developer has the only jigsaw puzzles we use & fear the strain on our eyes will be too much to enjoy these any longer.
We have had many surgeries on our eyes. Now with with way the puzzles bounce around we probably wont be able to do them anymore. It Was very enjoyable before. Very Disappointed.
Love the app! It would be better if the puzzle pieces in the sidebar were a bit larger to make them easier to see and grab. Also, if the color background would also change the background on the pieces sidebar for easier viewing of the pieces.
We like the way the puzzle pieces are arranged down the side some don't have to sort them. Much better than the old apps we've used. We also like that we can import our own photos if we wish. Very easy to use. Update: 10/31/16. The puzzles keep disappearing from our iPad screen when we're part way through them and we have to start over. We did not do anything to cause this. It happened twice this evening on the same puzzle and if it happens again, we will delete this app.
Warning: you may never have time for anything else.
Great app. Lots of options and best of all no intrusive ads.
A have 3 different jigsaw apps but this is our favorite.

Cant stop playing – even download or use our own photos. NOCSDiva wrote that they were missing pieces. Odd that we have been playing this game for several years and that has never happened to us.
Thank goodness, we finally found a puzzle that doesnt drive us crazy with advertisements. We have downloaded and some, we deleted the same day. This is the best we have found so far.
We would like to say great jigsaw puzzles. We like taking our photos and turning them into puzzle, so much fun and great way to pass time. Anymore updates on this app we would appreciate but still deserves 5 stars, congrats and keep up the good work on making more updates and apps.

Since we can choose the number of puzzle pieces we can make it easier or much more challenging based on our mood or time available to relax. We havent used our own images yet, but we will eventually.

We love doing puzzles, and this app has anything we could ever ask for. Awesome! We spend hours doing puzzles and love it.
Beautiful puzzles and so many choices. It gives a sense of accomplishment when a puzzle is complete and the finished product is so pretty that we look at it for a while before moving on to the next puzzle.

We love our jigsaw puzzle but lately it has started to freeze up. We hope it can be fixed.
Our one thing we wish would change is the ability to save the background setting. Every puzzle it resets back to paper and we have to change it back to our preference.
Love that you can choose the number of pieces for each puzzle. Started 2 different puzzles, but when we went back to work on them later our progress was gone. Back to starting over. The preview is extra small and needs a zoom feature.
We love the app but lately every couple minutes this apartment.com ad starts talkingso annoying.
We used this puzzle on our old 5th generation iPad and now that we have a new 8th generation iPad, we cant get it to work.. If anyone knows why, please let us know.
We have had this app for sometime and just lately have had the same issues as others with pieces missing. Last night we lost a puzzle almost half done, it just vanished. There are enough complaints that we would think you would do something to repair the problem.
We do the 1100 piece puzzles because they look the best, no lines when you finish, tho when you begin a new puzzle it takes a long time to figure it out unless the puzzle is one with distinct colors or markings. We find these relaxing and rewarding. BUT for the first time we had tp pay $3.99 to remove ads. We paid it thinking it would remove All the ads. WRONG. Evidently going from one puzzle to another in this small grouping brings up new ads on the side. RIPOFF. $3.99 is two high for this.

We like this app better than the other apps. But we really get ticked off when Ive worked a really hard puzzle and come to the end only to find the last piece missing. Please fix this problem.
Really love your puzzles…..Ive been working on the black and white drawing puzzles quite a challenge. But Ive also come up missing one piece on each of the two puzzles Ive played with, this has happened on others also. So we move on and hope for the best. Thank You for the great pictures.
We ADORE this app. Love the free selection of beautiful images to choose from, the settings you can choose from number of pieces to the background color to sound choices, love the layout and navigationlove it all. We play a lot of games but this is our go-to favorite app of all time. Highly recommended.

Puzzles work great. We havent had any missing pieces. They fit together nicely. They are challenging when you do the 100 or more pieces. If you want easier ones, you can pick the number of pieces each puzzle has.
Easy to play at a variety of skill levels. Great App.
