We havent played Konami games in a year but left with 30billion points. Today we tried to open it and it wanted to send us a FB code. Suddenly we have an iCloud address. We have never had iCloud email. When we try to adjust our email it says there is already an account. Heck yeah its us! We went to Facebook and there are no Konami games under the game section. So suddenly we are on level 1 and no points. This is upsetting.
Been playing this for a couple weeks but now unable to log on to the site.
After they changed the games within the game to make them better the only change Ive seen is it is much more difficult to win. The only reason we stay is the points we use when we go to Vegas.
Im honestly surprised that this app is as highly rated as it is. The actual games are great, but the scoring mechanics are flawed. For example, when in a bonus, it doesnt track you cumulative bonus win. The biggest gripe from us is that we have to click through 1,000 offers when we open the app before we can actually play anything. Extremely annoying. Good game, but needs polishing. You should take a look at 88 Fortunes, minus the multiple pop up offers.
Been buying coins for 15 years and now you make min 495,000. Please put back 27,000 minimum bet so we can enjoy the game again. You want us to spend money, than make it fair to win! Please respond to post.

We get an email then when we click it, it sent us to a web to open the app. Annoying.
A pop up now appears after every spin on every game that applies to their promo game Fortune Mint saying better luck next time – bet more. If its not pop ups asking you to buy credits, its this glitch. So annoying.

We Love playing this game, however it is very difficult just to open website, we must reboot our iPad like 3 times before we are able to open game, we would have given this game 5 stars, if it wasnt such a pain just to get website to open. We hope they fix this issue all our other online games open up immediately.
Some folks just wanna casually log in and collect their daily bonusthe worst part is all the pop ups selling you something EVERY time you open into the app.
Used to be our go to slot app before the latest upgrade increasing the minimum bet and score required to receive the daily bonus. We even had a streak of 355 days going. Now you have to save your hourly chips for a week to build up enough to even have a chance to get it. Plus you have to navigate through 4 to 6 offers to buy chips before you can collect your hourly chips. If Im going to spend money on chips Ill go to a real casino where you at least have a chance to win real money. Very disappointed.

This game takes a long time to reap any benefits. We can play for more than an hour and not even go into any bonus we dont like the last update.

Commenting on your new changes: the alphabetized game titles is nice. However, upping Daily Challenges requirements and not really paying any differently on games is not appeasing at all. It is your ploy so that gamers will go thru their points faster and thus buy more. We have stayed with you for many years and once our points are gone we WILL NOT buy more nor stay with this app. There are so many wonderful casino slot apps out there that pay so much better.

Id say 50-75% of the time the game opens in portrait mode with a tiny cutoff window for gameplay. Force closing it and reopening sometimes fixes it. This bug has been here for the last 3 updates.
You have to play this game forever to collect reward points, then when you think you have enough all the rewards are for minuscule percentages off at places. Also this game seems to not refresh rewards for a very long time.
This app has multiple ways of taking your money. 1 – it steals your reward money when you go to redeem. 2 – it can overcharge when buying coins. 3 – it underpays in the payouts. We have 1 million reward points that we cant do anything with. No longer buying coins. Locking card.
This is a great app if you like 4 to 6 popups before getting to the game. You get them everytime you login and everytime you change slot machines. Too many pop ups. We don't even bother anymore.

After several updates ago, the app started losing its perfect functionality. Nowadays when using, 75% of the time it opens in a 1 inch wide window. You have to close the app and restart it to get the normal full screen. If its opened and you get the narrow window You can restart it right away, and it usually opens to the full screen. That is super annoying and it makes us open the app less than we have in the past.
We are very disappointed with the update. We had over 22 million in coins which were not contained when we were advised to update the app. Also almost had all games unlocked now have to start over to unlock our games.
