So far pretty good. We just started the game. We like that this game doesnt require any energy to play.
Keys faster would be nice. Sometimes the games glitch and wont let you finish the episode.
Good game and a lot of episodes and little things that you wrap your head around, somehow a few bundles that supposed to include other items to build a proper tool glitched and impossible to finish the tasks which is pretty annoying. Other than that its great game.
If you would have asked us a week ago, we wouldve told you this app was amazing despite its flaws, but if we have to wait two hours just to get a key so that we can continue playing the game. Im just gonna delete the app.
The games are really good but it has to many glitches. Like if we use our gems or money for a hint, it does not give the action. Or when we used an item to obtain another item, the game shuts down and we would have to redo that action again until the game shuts down again. We tried to restart the app but all our progress was lost even from previous games we had completed.
We love these games. The app has so many to play. We've had some glitching problems with a few. Customer support got back to us right away to help though.

Great game, no ads, we just wish u could zoom in closer on most of the mini games. Its hard for us old folks to see sometimes.
It's a great game but the actions needed and game instructions arent always clear. It can also get expensive.
We really liked this game until we were trying to play the level where you had to escape the prison cell and when we went to do the puzzle with the safe, there was no file inside of it like they were supposed to be so now Im just stuck.
We absolutely love the game unfortunately we will be deleting this because of the glitches. It saddens us after all the money we spent on this game.
Sooo many glitches. We honestly love this app, but we have had to abandon 3 or 4 games because of glitches. Ill complete an activity, but the game doesnt give us the item we need. Ive tried restarting games, restarting the app, nothing fixes the problem.
The games that work are a lot of fun. So many stories glitch and wont give the items you need so you can continue with the game. The last three we have downloaded we have not been able to continue due to different types of glitches.
We were really enjoying this game until it started leaving us stuck in places. Id get to the end and complete the action and not get the item. Or Id get to a certain point and it wouldnt let us move on. Ive contacted support twice but its not been helpful.
Multiple games would glitch and not give us items that we needed after we did the action to get them (such as using a can opener to open a can of grease). A puzzle wouldnt let us use a direction on one of the buttons. We watched a walkthrough to check and it was working for them. We tried to restart or delete and redownload the individual games and also the entire app. We finally gave up because we were getting halfway through and then wouldnt be able to complete the story.
We love playing these hidden object/mystery games! Especially, how they offer multiple chapters and other stories to play on the same app. For reference, Im playing this game on our iPhone 16 ProMax. However, some stories have a lot of glitches where when a character is speaking theres no sound or you cant even complete a full task if you dont purchase the extra option to explore a new room because the items that are needed are in those rooms. Without them, you cant even complete the task fully and even the whole game. Right now Im trying to complete Secrets of Salem: Eternal Covenant but towards the end of a game there is a can we have to open with a can opener. It opened but it doesnt end up in our inventory, which we cant use for the next steps to retrieve the other items that are stuck. The story is great but now we cant even complete it when Im at the end because that dang ole can wont pop up for us to use. This needs to be fixed ASAP!! It feels weird leaving a game incomplete.
Would love to finish this episode, but there appears to be a bug where you cant grease the fan because the can disappears.
Would really like this game if we didnt have so many error, restarting. Sections not working. Using coins and diamonds only for it not to help. Would have actually paid for more but again why waste the money.
So tired of puzzles, being impossible to do. So many games we had to give up because they are straight up broken. We never reviewed games before. So this has deeply upset us.
Its fun when its working but it glitches way too much. Cant finish some stories due to the glitch.
But the game would glitch and kick us out of the various stories. We tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing worked. Too bad because the stories were fun up until the glitches.

We've encountered so many bugs where things may disappear or we can't move the piece(s) and we can't move on even if we use the "hint". It'll just tell us there's nothing to do here… We do wish they could fix all the kinks before releasing a limited time event or any new games. We understand they're in the business to making money, but shouldn't it also be made for our entertainment and not frustration? The game is up to date and so is our iPad's OS. We've done all the things we could except deleting the game and redownloading it because that'll just erase our game history since it's not linked to an account.
The game is extremely glitchy. Some of the puzzles dont allow you to do what youre supposed to do to complete them. Which forces you to either start a whole new story without completing that one or to use gems to bypass the puzzle. Which costs money. We emailed the company a week ago and have received no response. There are several typos throughout the game. Which is fine. But just unprofessional and lazy. Doesnt make for a good playing experience. Some of the instructions for the puzzles are extremely confusing. We often have to guess how to complete the puzzles when they will let us even complete them. The items you collect are so small you cant tell what they are. And you have to tap them multiple times and find the sweet spot just to be able to get the label for them to show up. The game started out relatively fine and in working order. But the more stories we play, the worse it seems to get and the more issues we have/find. Very disappointed.
Theres a couple of glitches but this is awesome. We get to play for long enough (dont have to wait for energy) that we wouldnt mind putting some money out every once in a while.
The current Salem event chapter 4 (Nov 2025) has a bug where you cant finish it because you need to oil the fan and the can disappears upon opening.
We like this game except you have to buy to get anywhere. On the first Mystery, we got stuck and no hints appeared even after we bought some. That should be fixed.
Contains many clever puzzles without making them impossible to complete.
Not too hard but not too easy either. Sometimes we get to a game that Im not sure how to play, but we figure it out eventually.
This is by far the best game except the puzzle frustrate us to the point where we deleted the app but everything else was so good we had to get it back you should invest modes like casual , advanced ykk other then that bomb game.
We really enjoy the games but the crypt puzzle in behind doll eyes doesnt work. We can move the first shape a few times in specific directions before the puzzle freezes.
Its a good game but we get to a puzzle and its like the game doesnt have all the functions like the puzzle just stops working and cant move on in the game very disappointing.
Loved this game until the last couple days. All of a sudden its not letting us do things. We hit the hint button and it tells us theres nothing to do right now downloaded 3 different episodes and all are doing the same thing.
Absolutely love this game. Our favorite is how challenging it can be, but how simple it can be with a little extra thought. Thank you for a great game and a free game at that.
Graphics are great and the stories are entertaining. Would love for new games to be added more frequently. Thank you for this beautiful collection of games in one place.
Our daughter and we play these every night. We have become closer playing these games. The puzzles are challenging but doable. We love having multiple games in one bundle. The graphics are phenomenal & look so real. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a challenge and wants to keep their senses sharp. Cant wait for updates as we know we are going to get some more awesome games.

In the game Unsolved Case: Murderous Talent, the stage of the game where you have to take the photo out of the open window, it won't let us no matter what we do. We've tried restarting the game, hinting, even seeing if the game needs updating; nothing works. Very disappoiting.
We were enjoying the game until we came to the spring mini game in Snowy Peak Hotel. It says move the springs and pull the lever to test and we pulled the lever and nothing happened the springs didnt move. We found a walk through video on YouTube and saw that when you pull the lever the springs actually compress and you can find a solution. That was not happening on our version. We cant complete the game so we cant continue. It is very frustrating.
We were really enjoying this app! Im deleting it because on two different adventures, we cant proceed. We can see what to do but cant press the object to proceed. Ive tried closing the app and coming back. Ive done that with days in between but still no luck.
Fun game overall. Enjoyable to play and its got a good balance of not too easy or too hard. But the sound settings are SUPER annoying. They reset every time you open the game, if youre listening to music or a podcast it pauses every time you go to the main menu or back into a story. Kinda ruins it.
When we reached the final puzzle it glitched making it impossible to complete it 100 percent.
We love the game. Its chalk without being too hard. However, some puzzles dot solve even though the correct solution is provided. The mountain climbing in with foot & hands is one, then combining 3 liquids to make a potion/solvent, then the gears puzzle. The foot & hands and the potion freeze and will not react or show progress. The gears- Im sure we have placed them correctly but the puzzle isnt solved. Help.
Its hard to grab some things bc the evidence is in the way. So we cant move on in the game bc we cant grab the next clue. Super frustrating.
This game is amazing we love everything from the graphics of the game in characters shout out to whoever made this store. You did an amazing job. Keep up the hard work.
Its a funny and amazing game but there are constant bugs. We emailed them about a bug where it wont let us advance to the next chapter. Its been almost a month and a half now and still now fix.
Sometimes the mini games are glitchy or you need to drop tools exactly in certain place and it can be confusing; other wise its a very fun game.
We absolutely love this game, but a couple of the mini games are unpassable playing on the iPhone. For example, the swallows and sparrows backpack game in Behind the Mirror plays differently on the computer (via a video tutorial we watched), but on the iPhone Im unable to make the same moves. Not sure why, but this has caused us to be unable to advance in 2 storylines now.
Lags, sometimes it glitches and the area we go into is pitch black and its not part of the game.
This game is really fun. We love the puzzles and story. But we have noticed that some puzzles are not working correctly. For example the one with the hands and feet at the snow climbing from Snowy Escape, it wont let us finish the puzzle because our hands and feet cannot reach the top. Theres also one with gargoyle faces from the Halloween Hotel one where you have to connect them without using the same faces, but the connect line doesnt show up no matter what faces you press. Now Im stuck on the Behind the Doll Eye mystery, in the cemetery, theres a little mini game to get the crown and the buttons wont let us move the pieces to the correct shapes because it wont move left or right at certain areas and only moves to take you to the heart shape when you need a club. In order to pass the first few glitchy puzzles, we had to use our diamonds. But we dont now want to keep paying for diamonds/gems when its not our fault the puzzles are not working correctly. Ive looked up walkthroughs and they are able to complete the puzzles easily and when we try to do the exact same thing, it doesnt not work. Please fix! We will not be playing the game until it is fixed because you cannot move past the stage without completing the puzzle its extremely frustrating.
