Out of all the Playrix games, this one is thus far the best!!! A combination of Homescapes, Gardenscapes, and your typical seek and find games!!! Very calm and relaxing.
The 7720 level has a bug where two pots always remain unfindable and unbreakable at the end, preventing progress past level 7720.
We get to the end of game 7720 and it says you have 2 jars (example) left with one turn but no jars on the board? We've used up coins adding extra lives hoping they appear but they never do. It's like it's stuck. We also just paid $15 for one of the booster pack type things and have 6 hours of play time that will be wasted on this level that isn't working right.
There is a glitch on level 7720- it keeps looking for two more items to destroy to finish the level, but they arent there please fix.
Like the game but we have reach a certain point and we can no longer play the game. It is frozen.
We love this game but its getting too hard to win levels. Id like to win once in a while. Its like theres not enough moves.
We agree with the people who say this game is pay to win after a while. We love the story but the money needed to keep going is ridiculous. More importantly, for some reason the app has taken up 12 gigs of space on our phone?? What the heck is that about?? It used to only be 2 or so.
All of your games are made for the players to spend money on in order to complete. The only good thing about this game is the storyline and the characters. Levels are too hard to pass especially the hard and very hard ones even with 3 boosters and we dont count extra lives as boosters for bonuses. A lot of times you give out the same booster 3 days in a row mainly the glove. We have yet to complete even one of the adventure stories and we play this game everyday. Cant players play games for enjoyment anymore? Idk like your other games, if changes arent made to make this game more enjoyable then Im just going to delete all of your games. They basically all have the same things wrong with themwith this latest update, it doesnt address any of the issues that we commented on! Whats the point of leaving a review????????Whats with all of your games suddenly using cards instead of boosters which we desperately need and we have yet to complete any full deck of cards!!! Also now we have to use energy when we find items we need to complete tasks??? Crazy ideas and dont help the players out at all. In fact, they are detrimental to the game play!,,,,,,,,,.
We like the game -the story is pretty cute and you do have extra puzzles that you get to do which makes it a little more interesting than just the regular match three. However, some of the levels are so so hard they can take days to finally pass and honestly, we just lose patience and theres so many other games we could be playing so we dont think Im gonna play anymore. Its kinda not worth it.

This game is amazing! The graphics are so awesome. We really love that. There is a reasonable amount of free play! The challenges they provide to play as well as playing other gamers is so fun! We love the super rainbow ball.
Like said in the title we are obsessed with this game. The sounds, the art, the designing portion. The ONLY negative thing about it, is the fact that once you progress more and more to a certain point of the story, you get less and less design options. You dont even get any choices to choose from anymore and it really makes us sad, since getting to choose which design we liked best is one of our favorite things to do in games like this. Please give us design options back later in the story seems like theyre completely taken away the more you progress. And it kinda ruins the experience for us.
Wish you allowed a fast forward of the stars. We have about 7500, and Id like to just cash them all in at one time. Its way too tedious to just keep hitting skip.
We like the game in general, but Im frustrated with the game mechanics very frequently. For example, we can be right next to an energy generator, but we cant tap on it because we need to remove things that we cant see. Theres not enough energy to play the game unless you spend money. Dont the ads bring in enough money? We usually play the mini games, because the main game is very tedious and its difficult to pass the levels. We generally wait until we have enough free boosters accumulated to pass more difficult levels. The difficulty with game mechanics occurs in the mini games, which have limited time for completion. All in all, its a little frustrating. It could be such a fun game without these little hiccups.
So far we love this game fast moving and keeps you interested.
The quality of this is absolutely amazing. The graphics are beautiful and the stories are very interesting and intelligent. Im always in awe of how the mystery develops. Its especially fascinating when you are asked to compile a puzzle and actually drag pieces into their proper section. You wont find a similar game of such high quality.
Love this game but it makes our phone super hot and ever since the new update it won't load and doesn't open.
The game is very interesting and really different from others,but we have a problem,we were the leader of a team which we made and chose its name and we really loved being a leader of it,then we stopped playing the game for about two months and when we came back we found that theres another leader for our team!!! We continue playing the game for a long time but another person still the leader,we really want our team.

We love this game. We play it every day, but you just did an update today, August 1 and now it starts to load and our screen will not load it.
Please stop given 100 life points to get just to get to the end of the mystery.
Love this game! Amazing levels; however, with all the updates it crashes all over he time.
Upon updating the app to the latest version, we found ourselves constantly getting kicked out during the screen loading. We would then uninstall the game and install it again, and it would work fine. Then it goes back to kicking us out during the screen loading. Please fix it asap.
We like the game itself – but we keep having trouble with it restarting from the beginning (after playing for months. And today we try to open it and it immediately closes.
Been playing a while and today we updated the game and now it wont open.
Was mid game and app force closes on us. So we tried to open app again and loads 50% then again closes out! Cant get into the game anymore despite restarting our phone. Pls fix! Also game is generally fun but often the game becomes so difficult you have to spend $$ to move on. The side quests also get expensive to keep playing as well. But overall game is entertaining. We love the small puzzles.
This is a great game with solid graphics. Unfortunately the new chapter keeps crashing. We have deleted and reloaded the game three times but we only get one board in before it freezes again. Please fix this.

Since the latest update, we are unable to play the game, we have tried restarting our phone. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and the game progress loading screen does not get beyond 50% based on the recent reviews. It seems this is an issue with several people and we are wondering what an ETA for an update to fix this is because we have paid for the season pass that is slowly getting eaten away day by day. We have tried chatting with support several times and the Bot says someone will be in touch shortly but no one joins the chat or emails us so we dont know what to do. Will update our rating if this gets resolved. Update: still no word from support staff but game is loading now and we do enjoy the ad free game so def five stars.
We only play the match-3 part now which is basically a poor mans candy crush. Just went over level 3000 (3003 as of today) and we have 11,154 stars which we think is pretty funny. Acceptable time waster.

We lowkey thought we were going to download a game with a buncha ads and a boring plot, but this games pretty fun. The storyline is creative, the puzzles are fun, and its only been 30 minutes that we installed this game. Hella fun game fr, much love to the creators.
Im not gonna make this super long. Just something short and sweet. This game is such a good game as soon as we downloaded it, it made us speechless. The graphics were amazing, the gameplay was so addictive, and the puzzles and mini games were so much fun. The only bad thing about it was it said a couple bad words here and there. But thats just our opinion. We love this game. We would like to compare it to Homescapes. Homescapes is just like this game but in the matching game it doesnt help you that much. In Mystery Matters it tries to help you out as much as it can. Its so fun and we think you should try out Mystery Matters.

Update #2 Ive tried to contact customer support regarding an issue Im having with the game but for some unknown reason we cannot submit the form. No response from customer service either Update: Now that Ive been playing the game for a couple of months, after reaching level 2000, the levels have become nearly impossible to complete. Every 2 levels is either a hard or super hard level. Some have been extremely frustrating, taking a few hours to a couple of days to beat even with tools. Its taking all the fun out of playing the game. This game is our new favorite for now. Ive played a lot of match 3 renovation games but this one is different. We love all the different types of puzzles. Sure some levels are hard to complete but most match 3 games have them. We dont understand why some reviewers say too many ads, we dont have any ads popping up while playing. Sometimes our screen will freeze but Im not sure its the game or the iPad other games do that also. Every once in a while there seems to be a glitch, sometimes we will have one move left and enough bombs to deal with it but it will randomly hit a different item instead of the one we needed it to. That is annoying! Its like the game is cheating us out of the reward we earned. The story lines arent the greatest and some of the dialog is hokey. They move along very slowly but all the side puzzles you get to do along the way are pretty cool. We do not like all the swearing, its not necessary for the story at all. Ive made it to level 2013 in 60 days without spending any money. The game is very generous with rewards. Im not going to spend money to play. There were a couple other games we played that got ridiculously hard to complete a level with the amount of tries given so we just stopped playing them. If this gets like that then we wont play anymore.
We dont remember when we downloaded this or even started, but its been a goto game for quite awhile. No worries,always able to proceed forward either in small or large increments depending on whatever we feel like. Interesting stories and situations. But best of all Wait will one pop up??????? NO ADS Just a perfect time killer when we want to kick back and relax.
We didnt know what exactly to expect when we first downloaded the game. We read it featured match 3 levels with mini games and that caught our attention. That was several months ago now and Ive played it everyday since. Literally everyday. We have never gotten to level 1000 on any previous games Ive played thru out our lifetime! We really liked how we were rewarded for reaching level 1000-too cool! Im still playing strong and currently am on level 1656. Some levels are super hard to beat but we keep at it so eventually we get it. They dont pressure you TOO much like other games do to spendspend spend your money. We recommend you try this game NOW, its a good one.

Ok this game is fun but the safe are really not cool. They are really to hard to break. And that makes it difficult to get out of the room.
The reason why we rated this app three stars is that the lives are only five. It should be more and we dont think you should lose a life for each level that you dont beat there should be a second chance our suggestion your developers the second chance will be and we quote that in case players dont beat a level they can still complete the task with the limited amount of stars that they have by an option complete the task without needing any stars or get a percentage off the matter of stars needed to complete the task. We think everyone deserves a second chance especially players of the games love sincerely Maddie 2212.
The gameplay, graphics, story, mechanics, the interface, the designing of the mini levels, everything about this game is spectacular. This is THE best game ever developed by Playrix. Better than Garden & Home Scapes Please keep this game going forever with infinite levels.
We enjoy the game, but its been a battery hog. It feels like the latest update may have helped this out. We hope so.
Its a fun game but we do think the contests should be looked into. At times your team gets a large amount of points towards the win then times where there is only a few points consistently toward the win. All teams should get equal points through out. It is add free but we have spent a fair amount of money here, but thats on us, our choice.
