Community Insight:
There have been many comments/complaints that the free daily puzzle doesnt work. But the admins of the app seem to take no heed. We dont recall seeing an update to this app in the App Store. The only thing that seems to change is occasional offers to unlock levels at a discount. We just now tried to go to app support, and it went nowhere.
Ive been using it for several years now to help ourselves recover from a mental issue. Before we found and started playing we had trouble remembering words and meanings but after several years we are better to the point of being able to express ourselves and even make small talk without fumbling too much. We have gone through and reset a few times but now a reset only allows us 20 levels. Please consider doing a refresh or update on this app. Thank you.
We love the game, however, we got rid of it when we had the interference of sermons that we couldnt get rid of until we cancelled the game. We go to church for our sermons. This should be blocked easily.
We completed all the puzzles at least 4 times now need more levels please When are yall coming out with new levels ???? Please. We love this puzzle.
Love your app, but its stuck. Game Im on is 36 Level 1. When we tap on it the screen just goes back to our home screen. We have rebooted but no luck. Device is an iPhone 6s. Thank you and Happy New Year.
Why isnt the daily puzzle working.
Played the puzzle daily. Looked forward to the fun. 7-5 days ago we were not able to access the daily puzzle. Have reset our iPhone; deleted the app and reloaded it multiple times; removed the app process and restart with the same annoying/sad affect. No contact to get support or advice. At times when the app reloaded a set of puzzles came up but they were not the daily puzzles. And the next time the same puzzles were available. We were only able to access 6 of these puzzles.
We love it for its quirkiness. Some of the hints just make us laugh.
Makes you think, some answers come quickly others need some thought. Truly Enjoy the Games.
We love playing this game & we are able to play the daily game. We have played thru the 35 packs but cannot open 36. If we click on it, the game closes all together.
Much better than the original, as it gives you a lot more free games to play.

We absolutely love this app. The only problem is the daily puzzle wont load. So we deleted app and reinstalled it. We went back to level 1, which would have been okay if the daily puzzle would now load-but it still wont! Please fix this! MONTHS HAVE PASSED-DAILY PUZZLE STILL WONT LOAD!!!!! Gggrrrrrr! Thank you for fixing the daily puzzle!!!! Yay.

We really like this game. But about two months ago the daily puzzle stopped working. We reinstalled hoping that would fix the problem but it didnt. Pleeeease help. We still play but its a lot harder.
Agree with other reviews. Have run into problem where we cannot download the daily game. Contacted support many times with no response. Attempted to to visit their website but it is in Chinese. No help at all.

A fun game! One of our favorites.
We have been playing this for over a year…and love it! However since three or four days ago we have been unable to open the daily puzzle. We have re-loaded the game & lost all our points, but still unable to open the daily puzzle? What do we do now.
Love the word puzzles. But why am we no longer able to get the free daily puzzle.

Since we're not a native English speaker, our knowledge is still not wide enough to discuss about the word problems that appear in the game, so we're just gonna mention some of its main good points. We've totally been knocked down with the way the whole game works. Not only this game itself is an extremely addictive one, but also we've never faced any annoyance during our experience with it till now. Coin purchases are available but no extra level purchase, play the game and you'll get coins for unlocking new levels. Advertisements do appear sometimes, but as long as they appear neither too much nor always after a single level completed, we're totally fine. Furthermore, although a lot of pp said that there were vocabulary mistakes, we still haven't had to deal with one ever-since we started playing. This is why we're not gonna regret a full stars rating for this game. Keep on the good work you developers! We're excitedly looking forward for new levels to solve. Love xo.

We like that this makes you think. Kind of makes us think this game is a cross between Scrabble and a crossword puzzle. We're enjoying it.

Used to play this word puzzle in the game books so when we saw this game app we were thrilled! Makes you think a little and that is a good thing. The clues are really off sometimes so you have to fudge it a little.
We think it's very similar to doing a crossword puzzle, but have the answers broken down. It's a very good way to keep your brain sharp.
Very intriguing, some definitions are rather easy to figure out while others you really have to work at the answer.
More than a guessing game. We use this to train for Scrabble games! Teaches you to look for patterns and to assemble words together, with ease! Nice job.

We enjoy working the daily puzzle at the close of every day. It is challenging and enjoyable. We are definitely an adult with ADD and this allows us to stay on task or to come back to it when we need. We are a full time caregiver to our 86 year old father with Alzheimer's. Working this puzzle keeps us at peace yet challenged on a daily basis. Thank you for such a wonderful game.

We have been totally hooked! A great game and very addictive! Challenging at times…which is what makes it so great! Also the ads are not ridiculous and completely annoying….these are the ones we don't delete jut because of ads and usually end up paying to go ad free! Would totally recommend for the person that loves a challenging word game.
