We love this game so much! We didnt expect it to be on iOS but the quality is amazing!! We highly recommend it, the story line is very entertaining and the character development is beautiful. Generally, the characters are all so precious.
We freaking absolutely love night in the wooods the story line this app is the most emotional most heartwarming app we couldve ever asked for developers if youre reading this we truly feel like this game has seriously made us a very serious gamer and we got so upset when the app was temporarily removed from the App Store please keep this game on the App Store also for younger people yes this app this game is scary in some ways but its 100% worth the purchase Mae is a college dropout at 20 and you get to play this game for 9 hours honestly we wish this was a movie. This is a freaking masterpiece. We hope never dies we always feel like ever since 2020 games feel fake but this game inspired us with the 2017 energy we are giving this game a 154/10 meaning its so much better than we wouldve ever expected especially on console yes we also have it on console. We paid more and we dont regret it all. Ignore all the haters please Ive never loved a game so much the art and the development is amazing : now onto what we recommend purchasing this 10000% unless you dont like games that actually have a story that means something that you would never regret purchasing unless youre just ignorant thanks so much developers of this game for making this game and thats all we have to say have a great day.
Although its better on consle or pc this game is beutiful and very true. As a college dropout this game just brings us so much emotion. We reccomend 100% the contols are slightly buggy but thats the only issue.
We've played through this game twice on Xbox and honestly ready for a 3rd play through on our iPhone. Definitely an automatic 5 stars without a second thought.
This is one of our absolute favorite games. The story is amazing and so is the art and music. If you want to buy the game we suggest getting it on nintendo, playstation etc (if your able to) the controls are a lot better and the game play is just easier overall.
Pretty much the 2nd best game we have ever played, everything about the game is amazing the $6 is very much worth it.
We love this game we beat it like 3 times and its still fun we love that its a 2d choice and horror game kinda but still fun please make a night in the woods 2 pretty please we love the characters the story and the design we LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS GAME.
So far, really enjoying this game. For the devstheres a demontower glitch that needs addressing. Its impossible to play past level 1, even with all the enemies killed the door wont open. We must have circled 10 times and visited the side room. Theres nothing left. Ive heard demontower is an important part of the gam, please look into it.
Im currently at part three of this wonderful game and we are unable to jump on one of the platforms that we are supposed to jump on no matter what we do. So we just can no longer progress. We tried to figure out a way to fix that problem but we cant so we thought our best bet would be to go on here. If anyone can help us out or give us instruction on how to fix this issue that would mean a lot. This game is lovely and we really want to continue playing it. We just cant progress due to this bug. Please purchase this and play it for yourself though Im pretty sure this is just an unlucky thing that happened to us. It really is a lovely game. TLDR: great game, cant progress due to bug, help would be appreciated.
So this has been one of our favorite games for awhile now, ever since we watched a playthrough of it (Glooms Playthrough) and ive been obsessed with it since, the story is good and fun, its so easy to just forget about the world and just focus on this game for hours, its soooo good and we love that you can play bass, we sucked at it at first but the more we practiced the better we got, so we can do all the songs without missing notes. ().

We play this game every fall. This is our third time playing it, and in every playthrough we find new things to do and explore. Its such an exquisite, impactful game, with wonderful storytelling and a beautiful soundtrack. We absolutely recommend this game to anyone – more than a platformer, it is an unforgettable experience.
Nitw is one of our all time favorite games, ive played it so many times because theres so much to see in this game. We were absolutely thrilled to see it available on mobile! Its definitely worth the $6 for all the fun, bittersweet, and heart-wrenching moments youll feel playing this game. We just finished the game and it was amazing!! We loved it! Kinda sad it over but it was such a great story line. If you like exploring, mysterious, friendships, and just living life you would love this game! 11/10.
The characters are relatable, the story is interesting, and very complicated messages hide behind seemingly simple plot. Well done Finji! The only problem we have with it are the controls for the mobile game, which seem to be a bit buggy, but Im not going to remove a star for that. Thank you for this great game.

If you are into creepy cosmic horror, and yet also worried by the soul deadening onslaught of the commodification of our lives by abusive hierarchies, and saddened by the loss of meaningful connections in life, and maybe troubled by a looming existential absurdity, then this could be a fun game to give a go! A wonderful balance of witty script, cute characters, and terrible, all consuming existential dread. We LOVE IT. Seriously, we never write reviews but NITW is something else. We never thought Id find such a breathtaking game on mobile. Its more than worth the 6 bucks- its 10 hours of gameplay, its GORGEOUS, and gosh darn it, we felt like we were saying goodbye to old friends when it ended! (Also, the LGBTQ+ representation is immaculate. We miss you Angus you sweet beautiful top hat man).

So much to the point we refuse to acknowledge any of the minor set backs (like moving mechanisms being a bit hard) just to dwell in our love for this beautifully crafted story. Im already excited to replay the game and do all the different choices. Thank you for such an exquisite game. Its truly amazing.
This game is a masterpiece. The graphics are absolutely stunning, the soundtrack is so beautiful and the storyline is full of twists and turns that make it amazing. We would 100% play this again and again.

We were surprised that this was released on iOS, but Im so glad they did. You wont regret purchasing this game, its fantastic and will absolutely get you in your feels. But the port from other systems to mobile is a bit buggy. The movement controls arent the best, and sometimes buttons are difficult, almost impossible to press because of the placement of them on the touchscreen. Overall, its a great port but there are bugs that need to be fixed. If you have a few extra bucks, spring for the console or PC version, as its far easier to play and is not nearly as buggy. However, this is still a fantastic game and you shouldnt be discouraged from purchasing it on here, as most of the main issues can absolutely be fixed with a simple update. Totally recommend.
Everything about this game is fantastic the writing, the art, the bizarre mini-games. If youre so wired, this game will make you nostalgic both for western Pennsylvania and your self-sabotaging post teenage life. Cant recommend this enough.

We love this game but we really wish they made a sequel because it hurt our heart the way this game went Its the experience of the game its not how good it looks you really connect with the characters.
Played this game on PC when it was released, on switch a few years ago, and now ready for our 3rd play through on iOS. Just love returning to that feeling, and what better time to do so than when the weather is just starting to get cold. Thank you developers for continuing to bring this game to new platforms.

Our brother and we backed the original Kickstarter for this game and patiently waited for release. We played it in tandem on launch day, taking different paths, making slightly different choices. We both found characters all too uncomfortably familiar, things that hit just a little too close to home. Because we grew up in Possum Springs. We know these people. And we know their pains. Please play this game.
We love the game a LOTTTTTT!! Great characters, amazing dark spooky scenes, and we love just everything about this!But we do wish that the game is longer, has more lore other than playing it again and stuff and changing choices and whatever, and was a bit more darker about Mea and her having insomnia, more lore about Casey, and more about the stuff of the insomnia in this world of the game. But aside from that, we really like this game.
The game itself is wonderful. We adore the art style, the characters, and the story itself! Would definitely recommend this game to our friends/any young adult trying to find their way. Only deducting one star because Gameplay on mobile is a bit tricky and hard to use at times. The nightmare sequences are also a tad hard to see. OveralI, its a very good game and we highly recommend giving this it a try.
Absolute classic, but are the sun rays missing in Maes bedroom? Normally wouldnt mind but we hold this games presentation in extremely high regard, so the little details matter a bit more. Also having it capped to 30 is okay, but would love 60.

We love the storyline, graphics, and characters in this game! But the handling leaves something to be improved. Some of the dream sequences are too dark to see where you can move and what will just make you fall, anything that makes you press a button sometimes take several attempts before it recognizes youre not just moving the characters hand, and after choosing to look at more news articles there was no way to exit that once we read them all! Would love to give this more stars if some things get fixed, but with the glitches and it costing $6 we cant just yet.
The first level switch to open the next level door isnt working. Wont let us activate it. Very annoying.

Im stuck in the mineshaft at the door blocked by wood planks and Im trying to tap to get them off because we saw a tutorial to do it but we think its glitched because no matter what we do it just moves the hands it doesnt actually grab the board and we tried exciting out and everything but it wont change can we please get help? Id love to proceed.
