Yes you do have to jump over obstacles. You are not much of a ninja if you can't jump a rock before throwing a star at one of the Dreaded Red Dragon Ninja Clan.

Be patient… This game gets awesome after the first few levels.
This game is AWSOME! It sure beats that Mai game. We had to replace Mai with this Great one.
The first few levels are but as you don't notice it gets a lot harder.

You will think its difficult first but after 11 levels it's the worst game ever in the App Store. We could not complete the 12th level even after 67 attempts. Don't waste your time in these stupid games. This game could be improved if it has 3D graphics and if it gives more coins as a reward for completing the level so that we can buy bonuses . This won't give more coins because The app owner wants money. Stupid game.
We played the first couple levels and it was soooo crapy.

The rock blocks are almost impossible to jump on accurately. Jumps which would be easy in most games are infuriatingly difficult in this poorly tested waste of time.

This game is basically a puzzle/platforming game, where you must time your jumps properly, and use the appropriate ninja tools given to you, to progress. The situations vary by level, and you must use your hand-eye coordination, to overcome the level. As you go further into the game, it becomes faster and more challenging. We thoroughly enjoy such games, and if you want a taste of old school Shinobi games, with phone style puzzle game distraction… This game is for you. People complain about the graphics, but the graphics are meant to be cute and cartoony. If you're playing games for graphics, then you're clearly NOT a true gamer… You're a poser. The mysterious "ninja" music has a slightly changing soundtrack, to break the monotony a little. It's not great, but not bad. We like this game very much.
We love the game but the fact that if you hit those blocks even if you are on top of them you have to retry.

Well, this app is pretty boring. If your entertained easily, get this app. If your easily bored, we don't recommend this at all.
It is just a character jumping over rocks and such. So boring a expected more and they gave it a cool title but it doesn't live to its title.
U only get about 3 coins per game and it takes about a thousand to bye something. Extremely boring and theirs no button to just keep playing and not have to go to the main menu.
