We have tried them all and this is the best.
Trickier than it seems. Great alternative to other cross games. Played for about 30 minutes, can remember an ad – maybe one or two. Way way better than the ad-fest of most games Update: played a bit more, one ad per puzzle. Very reasonable. None of this earning tokens stuff (where you have to watch tons of ads just to play one puzzle) Really like the game, harder than some of the others.

Really great nonogram app, though we wish we could zoom into the larger puzzles. We know that this could introduce some weirdness, but it would go a long way to making this easier to play on mobile with touch controls. Great work regardless.

We love this app as our number one choice for nonograms because of the d-pad, thank you for many years of fun gameplay. However we recently switched from an android to apple phone, is there any way to retrieve the few thousand puzzles progress we had.
Good games have different series that are fascinating.
High jacks the game to their site. We cant get watch the ad credit and we cant get out of their high Jack without shutting everything down. Get rid of Intuit Karma Crefit. Tell them they will never yo our business as they are not trustworthy.
Our payment should unlock ad-free hints.
We love this game because the solutions are pictures – not just random grids – and we can use logic to solve them. We wish the developer would add a landscape mode the iPad version, so we can solve puzzles when setting the iPad like a laptop. But its great.
We really love this version of picross. The default dark theme is great for playing in bed. We like that it wont give us any corrections. The app crashes every once in a while, and it makes our phone run hot.
Best Nonogram game out there and love the dpad interface. However, 25×25 and 30×30 become very hard on the eyes even on a big iPhone 13 max, and the app crashes very frequently. Saves your progress through so we dont care about that too much.
Great game. Not all puzzles are straightforward, youll need to look for patterns, select coin flip probabilities, and use the rewind option to explore other possibilities. Amazing how fast an hour flies back with this game. Ads are at the bottom and are easy to ignore however on occasion youll probably click on one by accident as the advertisement bar is near the on screen controls that we use as we dont use the Apple Pencil.
Relaxing background noise and challenging puzzles. A great way to occupy your mind.
Ive had a lot of fun with this app. Lots of puzzles, good feel to the game. Did the last update break something? When we play the game now, it soaks up battery power faster than we can charge when we have our phone plugged in. Our phone starts getting really hot and the game gets less and less responsive. This isnt happening with other apps. Cant play the game in its current state.
Love the game. As for ways you can improve it: Six words. So easy to implement: Long press to switch between tools. You could play without ever moving your focus from the grid. YOU'RE WELCOME. :).
We love the amount and quality of the puzzles. Ive only run into a handful out of thousands which required a guess or had multiple possible solutions. There are a lot of options to customize your experience, but they stay comfortably out of the way when not needed. Appreciate the option to buy out of ads.
We recently got an iPhone but all of our progress is on our Samsung. We have more than 1,000 levels complete on both apps but we're not sure how to transfer our data between our new iOS phone and our android.
If we pay money to remove ads you should actually remove the ads. Id ask for a refund but cant figure out how. So congrats, you got our money you sneaky boy.
We would play this app all the time but after the update in mid march and this update yesterday, the app will not open. Just a black screen and then it crashes. If anyone knows how to fix this please help.
This is the only game we have in our phone.
This game is great but is there any way to make the grid larger? We play on an ipad and the 20×20 and 25×25 grid blocks are tiny, much smaller than our fingertip. The screen appears to have room to expand the grid. Love the undo button and auto fill for completed rows/columns. Bigger grids please.
We have been playing this game for a little over 2 years now and it has been really really calming and we love it, genuinely. But there has been this bug recently where an ad will keep randomly opening our browser while Im playing the game without us even clicking on the ad, we really want to just vibe out and enjoy the game but this problem makes it hard to :(.
This really is a great Picross Game. When we downloaded the app in early May it was glitch free, with an endless supply of puzzles. So good… We would have readily paid for the app. However, recently it has locked up several times and ads are frequently coming up in the middle of game play… Often times taking forever to even load up. Obviously, breaking the concentration used for a logic based game. We also recently chose to reset the puzzles so we could just replay them and most of the puzzles are gone. Only 120 are available, we have no idea where the other hundreds went. Tried to reinstall and they are still gone. Real bummer… Hopefully the developers bring it back to its past glory;).
This is a good game and Ive spent HOURS. Previously, the ads were unobtrusive and honestly quite reasonable. However there seems to be an issue now with the little banner ads at the bottom loading incorrectly. It messes with the flow, and can freeze the app sometimes. Disappointing, since we would love to give this 5 stars. Fix the ad issue, and Ill happily amend our rating.
There are pop up adds that open the in app safari that are so annoying, please fix this.
We absolutely love this app. The game has been our shut off the world and relax while listening to podcasts go-to. But, now the pop up ads are constant and so annoying and lock up our phone. They happen up to a couple times a minute. Please fix and Ill update to what we wanted to give you – 5 stars.
This is a great logic puzzle game. Unfortunately the last few weeks some kind of glitch or bug has made it awful to play. There are frequent pop up ads (but it pulls up an error so not even an ad) and the game freezes up or shuts down completely. It has ruined our favorite de-stress puzzle game. Please work out the glitches.
In our opinion this is the best app for this type of puzzle. Great variety, difficulty, and interface. However, recently there are pop up ads during puzzles. They block the screen and freeze the app. We have to restart the app all the time, sometimes more than once a minute. It makes the app unuseable. We hope this is fixed soon because it used to be great.
We paid for ad removal for this app now all of a sudden we get pop up ads that lock up the app.

We love this app but theres a new ad type that plays for hints that wont let you dismiss it, so you never get the hints. Please fix this.
We love this game but whatever they did to make it better means it just crashes Over and over on our we pad. We suggest finding another app if you like these kind of puzzles.
One of the few Picross games on the App Store without a dumb life system.
Nice and simple. What we like about it the most is the memo function. Other Picross games lack this simple function. The sound in the game is mediocre and boring. Wish they added some color schemes.
(1) There were some way to submit a question. (2) If there were some way to enlarge the area being filled in. We can handle 15×15, and usually 20×20 as is, but trying to work 25×25 or 30×30 in the same area we cant do it. And stronger readers are not the answer they just speed up acquisition of a headache! (3) If it were possible to differentiate between colors for various parts esp. Where the prevailing color essentially eradicates the squares to be/being filled in. // we work or have worked on a number of these since we discovered them some months ago, and every single one has its own quirks and differences. This is by far and away our favorite, and we wonder how much of our difficulty is from visual impairment (aging, status post detached retina, and did we mention aging?) and how much is inherent in the puzzles and common to all practitioners. Well, we only know how to review from our own experience, so.
We play a lot of picross games and this one is by far our favorite cant wait for more levels or another game in the series.
Love this setup and great selection of monograms. Only thing that keeps it from a five star is the buttons going back and forth between X and filled in square. Most buttons to change anything are very unresponsive, sometimes must hit them two or more times and when you are on a roll its really frustrating when you expect one mark and get another. If you can get used to that, its one of the best out there.
We play many of these nonogram games. This one has the best controls for quick filling out that Ive ever experienced. Im impressed.
Keeps your brain thinking and its a great way to pass time. Kind of addicting.
The ads block access to the bottom row of puzzles. We reported ads for blocking content but it does not change where the ads load in the game. Other than that, we like the puzzles. Would be 5 stars if ad location moved.
Update1: Hint bug(?) is not fixed. You still have to keep open the application to let the hint counter down. If we use one hint and dont use the game for a week, Ill still have to wait to hint counter. It doesnt make any sense. Ill change our rating to 5 star if you change this. This game one of the best nanogram games but why 2hr countdown works only when youre playing the app. Yesterday we got a hint, 24 hr later still remaining 1hr 34 min for 2hr waiting time!! It only counts when you play the game. Ill change our start to 5, when you change this.
