Ever since the recent update we’ve been getting so many pop-ups to our web browser when we have this game open. Its super annoying.
In the middle of playing the game, no where close to the ad on the bottom, it will open our Safari and show a malicious ad. It has been doing it multiple times in 1 puzzle.
Been playing this for several years now the game just opens up Amazon advertising while in the game. Please fix your game. Unless you have some special deal with Amazon to force open their ads 2 to 3 times a puzzle.
We really enjoyed this app. We enjoyed having both puzzles and nonograms to work on. We enjoyed the scaling difficulty. We even didn’t mind the diamond timer as the rewards helped allowing play when we wanted. We’re rating this as 2 stars because recently the game has allowed extremely invasive ads. The ad banner automatically opens a browser in the middle of your game and there is no way to prevent this or report the ad. We’re just one puzzle, we had 14 new chrome pages open for the scam ‘you won an ipad’ ad. We can no longer support this app unless this is fixed and this ad is removed.
Loved this game for a while, the simplicity and short ads are great. But the very hard level puzzles arent solvable without using hints. After playing a while we have started to get re routed to a browser Amazon scam. Never had this happen before from an app. Have to delete it.
Every now and then the app will relocate us to a scam Amazon website.
Cant play the game since a Popup keeps opening up our browser. Been playing the game for a long time and have not encountered this problem until the last week or so.
Please fix the issue that keeps opening a scam ad every few seconds. Its one of our favorite games but that will keep us from playing.

We have loved this app for years, and now in the last week, multiple times a puzzle we are sent to the web for an Amazon scam. This is unfortunate because it is not longer user friendly and we will have to delete it.
We loved this game, its better than the other Nonogram apps we’ve had. However, they use tapjoy which appears to have malicious ads/offers. Our malware protection says it prevented access, but Id rather not take chances.
Whenever im playing the game the screen will randomly freeze and when we exit out the app and get back in, it loses all our progress. This is the third time this has happened this week.
This game was SOOO enjoyable. At first. Now, complete a puzzle and an ad opens. Wait for it to close and then we get the screen to, you guessed it, watch another ad for 3x rewards. Want some more diamonds? You guessed it. Another ad. And the absolute worst thing is its THE SAME AD EVERYTIME!!!! Wait for the ad to finish and were presented with another 5 seconds. Then another 5 seconds. And the most annoying thing? Its an ad for Royal something or other for 2 minutes!!!!! Over, and over, and over, and over.
We honestly like the game but we play things like this to relax. There are optional ads (fine) after every puzzle for extra rewards but then there all also random ads after almost every puzzle if you opt not to watch one. Im spending more time watching ads for frankly better games than we are playing this one.

Game is fun to play pretty simple and easy, but you play for 15 minutes then you run out of gems and the only way to get more is either wait for the gems to load back, pay for them with actual cash, or get these achievements that we have gotten and still cant activate the gems for. On long car rides and am not paying to play this cheap easy game.
We had a bunch of progress, saved it to the cloud, and we didnt do anything with the app at all and it wiped our data, when we try loading the save it said it was corrupted. Im very annoyed by this. Fix it or something.
We absolutely love this game. We love the puzzles the different options, everything! We have the VIP account and we love getting all of the extra diamonds every week. BUT HOW DO YOU GET SHOVELS FOR THE GARDEN PLEASE HELP.
Game is fun. No ads except when you want extra gems/coins. They introduced our garden but no instructions. We have no idea what shovels are for.
We’re enjoying the game so far. We like the fact that when you complete a row it fills in the blanks for you. It’s a little deceptive as you’re filling it in though because the numbers on the side that grey out as you fill the spots are not necessarily telling the truth. We’re still waiting to get far enough into the game that it unlocks the puzzles in the ads. Unless that’s a downright lie like many ads. We’ll see…
The VIP subscription is fake. We’ve signed up twice and neither time did we receive the 750 diamonds promised by subscribing. And you still have to watch ads to get 13 diamonds per ad. Its a pointless subscription, and frankly, too high – what kind of game charges 2.99 a week for a subscription AND has ads you still have to watch to get diamonds the subscription was supposed to provide? The garden section of the app doesnt make sense either, and there are no tutorials for it. Also. The rewards page doesnt work – it says we’ve fulfilled reward tasks but the check marks still dont go away so we cant actually get the reward? The nonagrams and jigsaw puzzles are great, but any other aspect of this app is terrible and not worth the subscription. Dont buy it.
We are addicted. We love this game so much that we routinely play it directly after the hanky panky Would recommend.
Im not a bot Im real and we love this game it is amazing but we wish we would give more information about how to play it because we had to learn on our own but other than that we love it it is really addictive!
We are at least temporarily giving a low review to this otherwise perfect game because their system of compensation via advertising is constantly broken and it is enormously infuriating and frustrating. FIX THE DAMNED ADS.
Its as simple as that, we purchased no ads and still have ads. Terrible game do not support it.
New puzzles and land this week?
We love this game but the ads for zit removal and other disgusting crap are such a turn off they make us want to delete the game. We love playing a game so we can feel nauseous and want to puke all over our phone and to call it dragonscapes, really?
We enjoy the actual game, but lately the ads are all the same, for some clearly fake weight loss gummies. These are a well-known scam and it is extremely irresponsible to give these crooks a platform. Do they not do any vetting of their advertisers? It makes us not want to play the game anymore.
We have played this game every day for months and completed several jigsaw scenes. Two days ago, our screen froze on the daily bonus page at sign on. We are now unable to play at all. Prefer not to delete and reinstall and lose all our progress.
We’ve played this game for several years and have loved it until recently. Now when we open the app, it freezes on the daily reward screen and we cant click on anything we hope this gets fixed so that we can continue to enjoy the game.
Game is fun but we can hardly play. Freezes on reward screen makes it not playable. The only way to fix is to delete and redownload but you lose progress.
UPDATE: The ads for free gems still isnt working! The developer has had MORE than enough time to fix the issue. We no longer buy tokens, & as a rule we try not to play more than one or two games a day. It gets 2 stars only because its fun to play. On the game Nonogram, the free tokens ads no longer work. We are able to play one ad, then we have to close the game & re-open it. Then MAYBE we can get another ad to play. And when we complete a puzzle & it gives us the option to play an ad to earn triple the points, we cant get those ads to play, either. We just have to click continue. We tried contacting them using the website form, just like trying to get the free tokens, it wont send our issue.
We have played this game and enjoyed it for several years. However the latest update has totally screwed it up. It freezes and the only way to get it to work is to delete it and download again. Of course in doing this you lose all progress youve made and it makes you start over. There are many other Nonogram games that work sooooo much better and dont freeze. Sorry but you lost a devoted player.
The last couple of months we have notice that the game freezes up as soon as the game opens, it started out every now and then but now it is constant. We have been very happy with the game up till now.
After solving puzzle tell user what the picture is, sometimes it is hard to tell.
We love the challenge! Keeps our brain thinking! Minimal ads. Side games/challenges.
We have loved this game and have been playing for months but Im starting to lose interest now that it takes 3 screens of puzzles to earn all the puzzle pieces to complete a picture. Was much better when one batch of puzzles gave you the pieces for one picture. We probably wont be around much longer due to this.
We enjoy this game. We find it relaxing and fun when we need to destress. But lately, when we enter the game, it freezes. We havent been able to collect the free diamonds or stock up on some coins because we cant access any of the screens. We’ve played this game for years and its never done this before. We even checked for updates in case there was something there for bug fixes but came up empty. What a shame.
The game is frozen on the daily reward page cant get past it, cant click on claim and we have played all our other games with no issues. We have read our emails and gotten text. Everything else is working on our phone except for this app.
