We have at the very least dozens of games we cant play/apps we cant use because developers dont update for new OSs. This game is still playable as of May, 2021 and we really appreciate it.

We have been purchased almost all of the games from this developer and have loved them…when problems arose due to iOS changes, we lost access to our games. We were not happy. After communicating with Qumaron on several occasions, they helped us get our games back! They were very patient and thorough and we appreciate that so much! Awesome company! Thank you for such great games! Hope to see more.

We really like this game! We've played several in the series and they are fun and good for replying,too. Our only complaint with this one is that it won't give us the "score 10k on one level" achievement,even though we've done it multiple times. So we can't access the bonus levels. Anyone else run into this.

Great series of games with excellent pace. Wish original releases were more consistently bug free to start with but eventually, things get fixed.

Deleting game. Level 21 is unplayable. No matter which path you try you will be short what is needed to open up the way to restore the farm or mechanics hut. Either way you are dead in the water. So the ONLY possible option is to wait for the timer to give random resources. But you have to wait SO long there is not even close to enough time to complete the level. What a waste of time.

Love this game but we have finished all 45 levels and 5 bonus levels with 3 stars twice! When we finish the 5th bonus level it shows 147 stars instead of 150… Twice! We left the game and came back & now it has erased/blacked out some of the levels that were completed. What gives?? Are there only 45 levels to this? Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

The interface is absolutely awful. You click on a supply and the game doesnt register it. Instead it turns off the supply so it takes multiple clicks for it to work. There is no way to complete levels. On some levels there were challenges that were not visible and we could never find them, so we cant go farther in the game. Garbage.

Bought this game as part of a bundle and the app is trying to make us pay for it again! Restore doesn't work. And instead of FIXING the issue, the company that took over Realore wants us to give them our Apple ID in order to "permit" us to play a game we already PAID for. We don't give our Apple ID to anyone other than Apple. This company should be prohibited from selling ANY apps until they fix the issue. Update: After breaking down and giving them our Apple ID, they now want us to scroll through the hundreds of purchases in our purchase history and take screen shots of EACH game we purchased from them in order to be allowed to play the games we already paid for! We have reported this company to Apple and the BBB. UPDATE: company finally gave us codes for games we already paid for but they only worked once. We had to delete game to save space on our iPad and after buying another iPad, downloaded game again. Now when we hit restore, it claims we never purchased the game.

We purchased each of the games in this series and love playing each one. When Qumaron updated many of their games to iOS 11, for some reason, our apps didnt update. We contacted their customer support team and they responded very quickly (many times, they responded within minutes) and worked with us until all of our issues were resolved with each of our games. Excellent company to work with. Games are so interesting, we just cant stop playing them. Cant wait for the next one! Thank you, Qumaron.

Update – it took a few days (which, in our world of instant gratification seemed like an eternity!), but Qumaron made good on their promise and sent redemption codes for all games we sent verification for. Yay! Thanks for letting us play our favorite games without having to repay! We have to agree with the previous posts. We, too, have purchased multiple games from Realore that no longer work due to the new IOS. We emailed the new developer Qumaron with screenshots showing when the titles had been purchased and heard nothing. We refuse to pay twice for the same game and will not purchase from Qumaron ever again.

Love this game. Have played it off and on for years and its great to have it on our phone or tablet.

We love these games, but the family sharing is not working. We share with our sister and we recommended that she try this game. She downloaded it from our account and after playing five levels got asked to buy the full version, so she did. We had already paid for this game and got charged again. We have all the Northern Tale games and every time we download one from the cloud we have to restore our purchase. Its infuriating and Im beginning to believe its a scam to make us pay again if we forgot about already purchasing. Will not do business with this developer again.

This APP not letting us to restore purchase which we already paid for this game as bundle. We aint paying again for $4.99?! You kidding us.

So Qumaron took over Realore games and now cant play NT (Northern Tale) 3 or NT 1 & 2. We have tried their game code steps several times in 2 of their games (Island Tribe series also) and their method has never worked. Plus they only allow you to put it on 1 device even if, like us, you have 2 iPhones that you use it on. Our old phone is a backup in case our other is down or when our newer phone is charging. So now we have 2 phones where it wont work. We used to play all 4 iOS versions over and over. Now we can only play northern tale 4 because it restored when we clicked already purchased. They no longer offer or support northern tale 1 & 2 on iOS 11 or greater. Rip off company. We spend a lot of time waiting in doctors offices and played these games over & over especially after we could no longer play New Yankee in King Arthurs Court games. But now there is nothing left to play but boring Solitaire or Euchre games.

Dont do business with this developer and heres another reason why… **After leaving the review that follows, the developer sent message through Apple stating they had a solution, but the developers were unreachable. No contact from them. Then they left a response stating the issue had been resolved. It was not. Nothing was done. Nothing. Now they are asking us to revise our review. So here it is. Wish we could give it ZERO stars for wasting our time. Most of the games are still unplayable on IPad and for the few that are, we were still billed AGAIN for games we had already paid for. Original review: Many of us paid for a bundle of similar games only to have them rendered unusable when the developer failed to update the versions for compatibility with newer IOS. Now they are updating one at a time and want to charge full price for each individual game. We paid top dollar for the bundled games already. Not only are most of them unplayable now on new IOS, but now we are being charged AGAIN for individual games as they are finally being updated. Apple Store should not allow this. This developer is DISHONEST and uses DECEPTIVE practices. Violation of contact and destroys customer confidence. Shame on you, Realore.

We purchased this app and now the app suddenly has a new icon and will not give us the full version we already paid for! This is just wrong. We sure hope that the app developer will make this right.

So frustrating because this game is really fun. But on multiple levels the menu bar that gives you tasks and tells you what resources you have is in the way of gathering items or clearing paths. Cannot pass level 24 no matter how much we try because of this. If this were fixed we'd give it 5 stars, but since we've paid full price and can only play half the game 1 star.
