We love this game, but have one complaint. We know you have to have advertisers, but the gummy ads to loose weight are awful. You cannot get back to the game unless you wait a long time for the ad to go away. We do not need to loose weight and do not want this product. None of your other advertisers are like this. If this keeps happening we will have to quit playing hit.
Why does this game constantly freeze. We enjoy playing it but its frustrating when it freezes. Anyway to stop that.

We like this game some are easy some take take a little more thinking. We absolutely despise the ads to show new games and how often they come up. We wanna play the game now see ads for new ones. This the main reason we gave you three stars. You cant even play two or three games in a row.
The game is fun but the commercials between the games kill you. We dont know if its our phone or the game but occasionally the game freezes and usually it freezes on one of the millions of commercials and you can only start things up by shutting down our phone and starting it again. The bug is not fixed we really wish you guys would fix the bug that literally will not let you play the game. Some junior college or something wants you to come study there. So Im really tired of our phone breathing and we tolerate the commercials we dont like them but we tolerate them you cant tolerate a frozen phone it doesnt work. Forgot sakes fix the goddamn bag. This would be a great game but now youre advertisements wont go away and you cant get back to the game unless you enroll in Publisher clearinghouse its disgusting. Please fix the bugs in your phone this is our second review the phone may be fun the game might be fun but with every other game the commercials freeze your phone so you have to go off and on again it just takes all the joy out of playing a game.
We like this game, the graphics are great and its a good escape. The game itself merits a five. The length and frequency of the ads are atrocious.
Ive had this game for years and want to give it more stars. But we cant tap a single thing in the game. Not even to get to the support page.

This is a really fun app to play.
We like the game itself, but there are too many ads. You have to watch an ad after every couple of games. Right now we can't even play because there's an ad playing that won't go away after over 3 minutes. Get a handle in these ads or we'll delete the app.
We play this game a lot but played one of their 8 day events for over a week! Never showed who won or ratings. We feel theres no point in playing anymore.
We have been playing for a couple of years and love doing the matches. But every time theres a new event, seems like we dont get through it. Well that because before you play theres a commercial and when you complete the game theres another. We dont have ten hours to get through 300 games. Personally, we liked the point system better. Win a round get points. Use points to get new images.
Trying to update this app is ridiculous, Ive been trying for five times now getting help from chat is also ridiculous. You go on there and ask a question and youre sitting there waiting and waiting. We dont know its been about 15 minutes so for us to even get an acknowledgment Ive been playing this game for a long time and dont understand whats going on now! Might be time to delete and not play anymore.
We love this game but we dont understand why we paid for the Pirate icons (granted, with coins, not actual cash) and they rarely come up in the rotation. Why? Dont you know that if people choose to pay for certain icons then THOSE are the ones we want play with?! What is your payoff? What do you gain by restricting what icons we choose? We only want to play with the Pirate icons and we turned the others offapparently we are forced to keep at least three choices active. Okay fine, so we shut off all but the Pirates and two alternates but when we play, time and time again we get the alternates and once in a blue moon we get to use the Pirate icons that we WANT to play with! If you dont want us to use the Pirate icons, why did you make them so darn cute!?! We mean, the little peg leg is just the cutest! Pls allow us to use the Pirate icons more often or allow us to limit the selections to just the ones we truly WANT and that we PAID for, not the ones you force us to play. This is a rather petty question we suppose but we love the game except for this annoyance. Would appreciate reply but not really expecting one. UPDATE: Thank you! Boy, Ask and ye shall receive, we dont know how it happened but now everything is 100% better! Im getting the Pirate icons regularly and Im just delighted. This game is fun and relaxing and good to do when youre bored or regularly.
The adds at times are never able to close off, so we have to clear off the app, that clears off the game we played getting no points and having to play it again. You sent us a download of how to clear them but that is still a hassle, why cant you figure out a way that this problem doesnt happen please. Thank you.
Loved this game but subscription is now 70 dollars a YEAR. We can buy a great computer game for that and never pay again and get free updates.

Love your game & the especially special ones run like the Detective. Currently playing the Detective game, but when you finish a game, the Video does not work so you are unable to double your score. We like this game alot. We can play for quite some time, at least an hour, which is a lengthy amount of time for us. We usually play these types of games for less than 30 minutes, but this game is an exception.
We really like the updated version.. Larger fonts and characters. So much easier to see and play. Thanks for this update. Can play the game longer without getting tired. Much, much easier on the eyes.

We've been playing this game for years it's very relaxing for us. But we went to play today and the rewards we have collected all these years were completely gone and we were back to zero! So frustrating.
It is slowing down during frames instead of moving fast as usual.
We play only on our phone. It's enjoyable but intrusive ads sometimes make it impossible. We understand the need for and accept the ads, but many times we can't return to the game. Cannot "get out" of the ad without completely closing down the game or even turning off our phone completely. Very frustrating to say the least. Each game segment takes seconds but many ads run at least a minute or more. Ads are obnoxious and repetitive and the never ending diet pill ones are irresponsible at best. The game is good for biding time in a waiting room and that's about it.
We love this this game but Im very frustrated that now if we fail a puzzle you switch out to an easier one. We dont want an easier puzzle. We want to complete the original one.
Enjoy this game but it has too many ads that interrupt play. The interruptions are annoying, so we stop playing and switch to other games.

Why do we HAVE to participate in events we dont want to???!!!! We do we HAVE to accept every new puzzle items if we dont want them???!! Very frustrating not having a choice.
We have over 51,000 coins. We have bought everything in the weekly update. There hasnt been anything new added to weekly update in months. What do we spend our coins on? When are you going to offer new images to buy? The only new images we get are in the monthly/holiday challenges but that gets old since we have to watch soooo many more adds to win the coins or stars.
We know, ONET 3D is free, and needs adds to help the developers but please, be sure that the ads respect the time allotted to each one and at the end you can return to the game by marking the respective "x". In recent days, some of those ads do not offer that option and you have to restart the game, since the option they handle only takes you to the apple store and/or back to the ad without being able to return to the game. Truly unpleasant. Also, using Apple music fake option in one of the annoying adds. We can recognize it because we have Apple music. Royal match and some drug to lose weight are those too. Have recorded vids of that.
Love the game. Only problem is those horrible ads. Ive had to discontinue that game because those horrible advertisements wouldnt go away. Why do you allow this horrible event?we dced your game because your advertisement stayed in place foe over 2 hours. Try 1 more time then report your tactics.

Im a big fan of your game. Our main complaint is that Star game where you can collect star and win even 100 coins for playing that. Our point is we have played this and was winning coming in second and put the game on the next day only to see it started over and dont let you know who won even if you did. We guess we just dont understand the Star way of playing and winning? We wasted a lot of time just collecting lots of Star and was probably just playing at all? Why does your game offer a game only to not let the player know how it ended.
Ive been playing this game for awhile and really enjoy it. Im a 74 year old female and we feel playing this game keeps our mind working! The contests are fun and challenging and we love the new graphics.
We love this game it is very enjoyable and entertaining however we do not like the auto ad breaks we find them VERY annoying we would have rated the game a five star if this was not happening.
Great game but there is a few flaws on how it works we were on level three and every other move the level would all but reset.
Love the game but removed it because of too money ads!!! We dont mind paying a small fee to remove ads but $4.99 a month or $69.99 a year is way to expensive for a game when there are so many good games out there that dont have so many ads or charge a small one time fee. We have been playing this for awhile. Almost up to #5000 but the ads seems to have gotten more and more. Im done.

It is relaxing, entertaining and fun. We have been playing for a year in our free time. We were trying to find out about the milestones and how you accumulate them. We like the milestones.
This is one of our top two favorite games and its the only one that has a subscription that is worth the money. Thanks for adding more games within the game, they keep us motivated to keep playing.
